s transformatorflöde - en studie av återanvändningen av transformatorer i projekt krafttag

Problem StatementAfter the hurricane Gudrun in January 2005 EON Elnät Sverige AB started the project KRAFTTAG, were 17,000 km of the airborne power grid shall be replaced with cables underground. The transformers in the airborne power grid shall be dismounted, renovated if necessary and then conveyed to stations, of type kiosk.Additional new transformers, more than planned, have been bought. This is due to the dysfunctional transformer flow from the demolished power supply to projects, were the new power supply is built, the general picture is complicated, since the reconstruction involves other companies and many employees at E.ON.PurposeThe purpose of this master thesis is to map and understand the existing transformer flow. The objective is to make a recommendation on how to increase the level of E.ON? s transformer recycling.Methodthe authors have worked with a system approach, including both qualitative and quantitative data. The study of E.ON's supply chain is based on action research at E.ON's sites, where gathered data has been received from interviews.RecommendationsThe writers have identified five problem areas and come up with possible actions, which together can lead to an increased recycling of E.ON's transformers:The cycle time is too long - means that the time from when each transformer is being dismounted until it can be utilized again in the new power grid is several months, which is much longer (than necessary. The total time of the transformer flow can be reduced by a number of suggested actions.Transformers are being scrapped unnecessarily due to rough and superficial scrap criteria in combination with a too low maximum renovation cost. Thus, by upgrading the guidelines and the costs for renovation, more transformers can be recycled instead of being scrapped.? Needs of guidelines and routines - in the supply chain cause several avoidable problems. A more efficient transformer flow can be achieved if E.ON takes a superior responsibility and focus on this area.? Communication and information sharing is a common problem which has obstructed the cooperation in the supply chain and potential synergy effects have not occurred.
