Alkoholmissbruk hos föräldrar och dess konsekvenser på kommunikationen med barnet och barnets utveckling.
Abstrakt Barnen med alkoholmissbrukande föräldrar lever i svåra förhållanden och de är noggranna med att bevara hemligheten om alkoholmissbruket. Barnets liv påverkas mycket negativt och det orsakar destruktiva konsekvenser i barnets framtid. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur förälderns alkoholmissbruk påverkar kommunikationen med barnet och hur barnets utveckling påverkas. Syftet besvarades genom öppna frågor till barn till föräldrar med alkoholmissbruk. Deltagarna i studien är fyra barn mellan 14 och 15 år gamla och en mamma till två barn på 11 och 14 år. Resultatet visade att barnen lever i en kaotisk omvärld där ingenting kan förutbestämmas, de är övergivna och misslyckade. De känner sig inte älskade, och får sämre fysisk ? och psykisk hälsa. Det är tydligt i barnens berättelser att det inte finns någon konkret kommunikation hemma. De lever inte gemensamt i familjen, var och en får klara sig själv. Det påverkar barnens relationer och beteende utanför hemmet. Barnets utveckling går inte rätt till, och de anser sig själva mindre värda än andra barn. Abstract Children with alcohol abuse parents live in difficult conditions and they are careful to keep the secret about alcohol abuse. Children life seriously affected as it destructive consequences in the child future. The purpose of the study is to find out how alcohol abuse parents affect communication with the Childs development is affected. Purpose answered by open questions to the Childs parents with alcohol abuse. Four children took part in the study with age between 14 and 15 years and one mother of two children with 11 and 14 years .the results showed children live where nothing can be predetermined. They are abandoned and failure. They do not feel beloved and get worse physical health. It is clearly told by children that they do not have concrete communications at home. They do not join all together home, each one manage and explain himself. It takes effects on Childs relations and behaviour outside the home. The Childs development cannot be in right way, and consider themselves inferior than others. The children have no hope of future. It takes a lot to them to feel over again.
