Ungdomars kännedom om sina föräldrars livsvärden

Do youths know what life Values their parents have? Does this knowledge have a connection with the youth?s attachment to their parents? Do the youth?s life Values differ from their parents? And could the youth?s life Values affect how they estimate their parent?s life Values? To answer these questions data from a survey were used. The respondents were 13-15 years old youths and their parents. The results show that youths do not know what life Values their parents have, irrespective of if the attachment to them is good or bad. The results also show that the youth?s own life Values to a high extend affect how they estimate their parent?s life Values.

Based on last years events that have taken place, events on the school Lundbergs and the police Values of work, has the meaning of having a set of Values been questioned. This study aimed to investigate and answer the fundamental Values based on the common value basis for the government employees within an organization and how it perceived by employees. The new institutional theory was the framework for this qualitative study conducted with semi-structured interviews. Respondents were employees within the organization. Ethnographic qualitative methodology was the basis for our methodology and we used a thematic model of theme interpretation, communication and knowledge in our analysis.

This essay examines a presupposed correlation between the way one look upon Values and the way one look upon the will of the people in a theoretical democratic context. The more specific purpose is to test the following hypothesis: There is a reversed connection between the way one look upon Values and the way one look upon the will of the people in a theoretical democratic context, that is; a strong claim of Values give reason to a limited conception of the will of the people and a weak claim of Values gives reason for a more unlimited conception of the will of the people.In order to test the hypothesis I examine three different conceptions of democracy, these are: pluralist democracy, deliberative democracy and constitutional democracy. I analyze the way they look upon Values, there view of the will of the people and finally if there is a connection between the way they look upon Values and the will of the people. Values should be understood in a metaethical context. In other words it is not Values in the ?common? meaning, instead its how val-ues in them selves should be understood, and even more relevant, what we mean when we ex-press Values.My conclusions are, first and foremost, that there is a correlation between the will of the people and Values, according to the formulation of the hypothesis.

The public administration and its officials have a number of Values which they have to relate to in their work. The Values are a set of democratic and economic Values.This study?s purpose is to examine how the officials at the National Insurance Office in Sweden give priority to these Values. The study is performed by interviews with officials at two insurance offices.The study shows that the officials in a high degree value the democratic Values legal security and public ethics. In turn they experience that productivity, which is an economic value, is being promoted in a high degree from the management.

The purpose of this study was to gain a clearer picture of how after-school-care teachers? work with fundamental Values in after-school care, both practically and theoretically based on the curriculum Lgr 11. I wanted to acquire a broader understanding of the school's core Values and what kinds of tools teachers used to cope with their task. This is manly a theoretically study, which focus is on the theories behind the way we choose to identify the role of politicians. The purpose of my study was to find out how staff in after-school activities thinks they work with norms and Values, we may call this Values education, and how this in turn may influence children's norms and Values. By extension, how children are socialized with each other and develop socially. In my research, I have interviewed five of the after-school activities staff who work with children aged 6-9 years at a school in the neighbourhood Rinkeby-Kista in northwestern Stockholm.The results show that after-school activity according to the staff can play a very important and sometimes crucial role in children's social development. Staff believes that if they do not learn the social rules by participating in playing and games in early childhood, when growing up they are outside and cannot participate. By their pedagogical approaches, in terms of Values and norms, the adults in after-school activities can help children to become socialized into a community of solidarity and eventually as adults become responsible citizens able to function and participate in society..

The aim of this thesis is to illustrate the content of the democratic Values tolerance, personal development and political equality, in relation to the Swedish school?s systems fundamental Values, and from there problematize the schools approach towards the Sweden Democrats. By using a qualitative text analysis upon the party program of Sweden Democrats, we have been able to fulfill the aim of the thesis. We have motivated and defined our chosen democracy Values from the schools fundamental Values and from democracy theory. With the use of an analyze schedule we have been able to go through with the interpretation and analyze of the party program of the Sweden Democrats.

During the past decades the competition for skilful employees has increased and companies and organizations compete to attract the right people. The Swedish municipalities and country councils need to recruit 420 000 new employees before 2020, but have a limited budget to promote themselves as attractive employers. To find a solution, many of the municipalities have started to work with fundamental Values to become more attractive employers and to inspire employees to use word-of-mouth to recommend them. There are no empirical studies of how successful this strategy is, and the purpose of this thesis is to show if there are significant correlations between the fundamental Values, the employer's attractiveness and word-of-mouth. The results of the study are based on a survey with 1996 answers from employees in three different municipalities in Stockholm, Sweden.

The objective with the study was to evaluate what key persons at LFV Group (Luftfartsverket) think about-presented core Values and their implementation within the company. Another objective of the study was to describe and compare the process of implementation of core Values and how this affects organization culture at two selected reference companies. A qualitative method was applied in the form of semi-structured interviews with key persons at Luftfartsverket and the other reference companies.As the result a four-step program is proposed to describe the implementation process of core Values: presentation, introduction, realization and follow-up. Values, where an organization describes the attitude its members should have towards their work, are being used to a larger extent than before. The neoinstitutional theory describes organizations? attempts to create legitimacy through activities that are not really connected to their core activities. On the basis of the aforementioned theory this study examines to what extent employees and store managers at Clas Ohlson use and relate to the Values of the organization in their everyday work. The study covers these individuals awareness of the impact of Values in their work as well as the way they relate to Values.
