Undersköterskors behov av handledning i arbetet på ett särskilt boende för äldre

The topic for this essay is Tutoring for nurses. The study is about nurses who work in a nursing home for the elderly and who want to get Tutoring and more education. Qualitative method was used and twelve nurses who worked in a nursing home were interviewed. The interviews were taped and written down. Then relevant quotes were picked out of the text and placed into eight different themes.

Kooperativt lärande i inkluderad idrottsundervisning : en litteraturgranskning

Syftet är att genom en litteraturgranskning av vetenskapligt publicerade forskningsartiklarundersöka vad peer-Tutoring som en form av kooperativt lärande kan innebära för möjlighetentill social interaktion och lärande när elever med funktionsnedsättning inkluderas i enidrottsundervisningssituation. Många elever med funktionsnedsättning är inte inkluderade iidrottsundervisningen som de skulle önska, detta begränsar deras påverkansmöjlighet till godhälsa genom fysisk aktivitet. Kooperativt lärande och peer-Tutoring har visat sig gemöjligheter till ökad social interaktion och lärande. Sökmetod: Tio vetenskapligt publiceradeartiklar granskades och tre återkommande områden kunde skönjas. Dessa var socialinteraktion, lärande hos eleverna och lärarens roll i undervisningssituationen.

Lärares lärande genom handledning : Lärares uppfattningar av handledda gruppsamtal som ett medel i lärande och utveckling av sin profession

Den här artikelns syfte är att undersöka lärares uppfattningar av handledda gruppsamtal som medel i lärares professionsutveckling. Studien är kvalitativ och tar utgångspunkt teoretiskt och metodologiskt i fenomenografin. Nio lärare har intervjuats på en grundskola i Jönköpings kommun, 2011. I resultaten framkommer att frågandet har en central roll i handledningssamtalet vilket möjliggör fördjupad reflektion med perspektivvidgning som leder till ett förändrat tankesätt hos lärare. Stöd, reflektion och hjälp att inkludera : Lärares syn på specialpedagogisk handledning

The purpose of this study was to gain deeper knowledge about the special needs of guidance significance as an aid to students based on teachers' views and perceptions.Eight teachers from three different municipalities, active in primary school and middle school have been interviewed since all have participated in and have experience with special needs Tutoring. Their responses were compiled and answered the three research questions: What experiences have teachers of special education counseling? How do teachers the guidance they received from a special teacher? What effect has the special educational guidance given for the inclusive education? The result shows that the special educational tutorial helps teachers gain a deeper understanding of students in need of special support and guidance to the mission vary in scope and content. The special educational tutorial that is aimed directly at the teachers seem to have a positive effect on inclusion and a critical/dilemma perspective while the consultative guidance primarily directed towards the adaptation of educational material and allows students to walk out of the classroom to receive special education promotes exclusion and ability grouping and a compensatory perspectives. From a sociocultural perspective pointing results of the study that teachers with special education Tutoring experience to students in an inclusive education contribute to each other's learning,creating meaningful for everyone involved..

Handledningsbehov med förhinder.

The purpose of this study is that, based on expertise in special education Tutoring, examine the degree of supervision demanded by teachers in primary schools. As a result of this study, we can see the views teachers have regarding guidance within the following issues: the demand for Tutoring, the importance of conversation and reflection, and guidance from the specialist teacher.Since the study deals with phenomena of a qualitative nature, we use semi-structured interviews in the empirical part of trying to understand the informants' way of looking at the phenomenon we are investigating. The study included interviews with six teachers in the elementary school year?s 1-3. The results show that there are more opportunities than obstacles to mentoring.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate adult students information seeking. We draw a distinction between traditional timetabled studies, flexitime studies and external studies. For many adult students flexitime studies and external studies involve a new kind of studying. The new types of studies entail that adult students must apply themselves to more information seeking. In our study we investigate how the students proceed when seeking information.

Handledningens betydelse för en skola för alla- Skolledares uppfattningar om handledning (The Importance of Tutoring towards a School for All - Schoolleaders' Opinions about Tutoring)

Syftet med vårt arbete var att ta reda på tio skolledares uppfattningar om handledning som en metod att utveckla pedagogisk verksamhet mot en skola för alla. Skolledares syn på begreppet handledning samt på vilket sätt handledning som metod används som en del i utveckling av pedagogisk verksamhet, var en del av undersökningen. Intressant blev också att se vad skolledare menar att handledning innebär när avsikten med handledning är pedagogisk utveckling mot en skola för alla. För att få svar på våra frågeställningar samt få en djupare insikt i skolledares uppfattningar, valde vi att göra en kvalitativ studie med halvstrukturerade intervjuer som metod. Skolledarnas uppfattningar har presenterats under olika teman i resultatdelen.

"Nu kommer hunden!" : Aktionsforskning om barn som läser för hundar med syfte att utveckla lässtunderna på svenska bibliotek

This master´s thesis in Library and Information Science examines the experiences of children who read to a dog. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the interactions between the librarian, the readingdog-handler, the child-ren and the dogs and what the benefits from the interactions might be. The aim is also to examine how the child-ren express their literacy during the readingsessions and how to develop the readingsessions at a specific library. The author follows a reading dog project for seven weeks, in collaboration with a specific school and library. Action research was used as a research strategy, and since action research is done on the basis of practice, a coll-laboration with the participating children, the librarian and the readingdog-handler was significant in this study.The theoretical framework concists of theory and concepts from the sociocultural theory developed by Ro-ger Säljö, and human-animal studies with concepts from Donna Haraway.

Bedömning av utländsk brytning och förståelighet hos personer med svenska som andraspråk före och efter en kurs i svenskt uttal

There is a lot of research made on second language (L2) learning (Jesney, 2004). However the relationship between foreign accent, intelligibility and acoustics within pronunciation Tutoring is quite an unresearched area (Thorén, 2008). The aim of the study was to analyze how a course in Swedish pronunciation affected foreign accent, intelligibility and acoustics among L2-learners of Swedish. A total of 41 people participated in the study: 16 L2-learners, 4 native Swedish speakers consisting a control group and 21 perceptual assessors with Swedish as native language. The L2-learners foreign accent and intelligibility were rated by the listeners before and after a course in Swedish pronunciation on an eight-point Likert-scale.

Samtal om texter för ökad läsförståelse : Introduktion av boksamtal i en F-3 skola

This study covers reading comprehension and the introduction of the "Tell me" approach as proposed by Chambers (1993) to a group of teachers in a Swedish F-3 school. Five teachers got to use the method for three weeks and were interviewed before and after the experiment to analyze their current ways of working and reactions to using the method in everyday Tutoring. The result from the first interview showed that all of the participants had been using methods to improve the children?s reading comprehension prior to the study, but no one had tried the "Tell me" approach. After trying the method throughout the test period, all of the participants were positive about the methodology and showed an interest in continuing the use of it.

Matematikverkstad : hur kan lärare och elever arbeta där?

The starting point of this work has been to get knowledge about teachers working in a mathematical workshop with the students. I also wanted to investigate what students think about math, both within the workshop and in traditional teaching.To achieve this I chose to interview a teacher in charge within the framework of a mathematical workshop, and six students in the 5th grade. I also did a lesson observation with the purpose to see how well the teacher?s Tutoring agrees with the results of the interview.In this study I have discovered that the lessons in the mathematical workshop are planned after what the students are working with in the textbook. The teacher opens the lessons with the whole class and then splits it up in groups.

Sveriges hantering i praktik av EU:s regelverk om samordningen av medlemsländernas sociala trygghetssystem : En fallstudie av svenska offentliga instansers implementering och uppföljning

This essay analyses how Swedish authorities implement the EU regulations on the application of social security schemes and, more specifically, when it comes to health care and sickness benefits. The research is based on a survey and several interviews and aims to answer how the lower echelons of the hierarchy work towards the implementation, what are their working conditions and how the authorities evaluate and optimize the implementation process.The general conclusion of the study is that there are several flaws in the implementation process. The results have shown that there is a lack of resources as well as of Tutoring and education amongst the actors. The complexity of the regulations does also seem to have influenced the process. Finally the results have shown that the public instances do not proceed to a systematic evaluation of the implementation process which has led to a bad communication between the different actors as well as to difficulties in improving the flaws in the implementation process..

"Ett växande verktyg" : En studie hur pedagogisk dokumentation kan synliggöra barns lärande i förskolan

The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the potential effects on a number of social workers that may arise from listening to stories of domestic violence, and how these social workers deal with the potential effects. The study is based on qualitative interviews with seven social workers that work with domestic violence. The theoretical perspective that we used was the theory of coping. The results of this study have indicated that the respondents have been affected of listening to the stories of domestic violence. Examples of different impacts that the work has had on some of the social workers is that they avoid movies and/or books with elements of violence, they are more aware of the domestic violence in the surroundings and there has also been changes in their cognitive schemas.

Ekonomisk utsatthet i skolan : - En kvalitativ studie om hur lärare identifierar och hanterar ekonomisk utsatthet bland elever i en svensk storstad

The aim of this essay was to understand how teachers identify and deal with the problems surrounding economic vulnerability among their students.  A qualitative study method was conducted by seven semi-structured interviews with teachers from a big city in Sweden. When analyzing my result I found support in Goffman's stigma theory as well as in previous research. The teachers identify economic vulnerability amongst their students through their material belongings, when the class does something extraordinary, and through how the students communicate. Problems that the teachers can see in the classroom for economically disadvantaged students are that they can be aggressive, unruly and become introverted. Problems with studies and shoplifting are also common.
