Background The usage of Nutrition Supplement in the elderly care is commonly occurring and plays an important role in the intake of nutrition for the elderly. The usage of nutrition Supplement is to reduce malnutrition within elderly care. For the elderly it is crucial to keep a healthy diet and to never lose weight. The loss of weight can be very dangerous it could even be fatal for the aged and should therefore be avoided. To have a diet that is rich in energy such as enriched meals prevents the elderly from receiving a shortage of calories since the diet is rich in fat, protein and thus also rich in energy.

This project report describes a Supplement for character creation in a tabletop role-playing game ?Dragons and Demons." The purpose of this project is to improve the character creation for the players? trough the narrative elements such as character?s background story. The applied qualitative methods such as a test panel and a questionnaire were conducted for the evaluation of theories used during character creation and to get feedback on the Supplement?s creative value for the players. The aim of the questionnaire was to see how the method for the character creation differs from the regular way of making a character for a tabletop role-playing game and if this idea improves user experience during the tabletop role-playing game.The results of the evaluation are based on answers from novice and experienced players, and conclude that the additional background story creates an insight into the character's past, which makes it easier for novice players to get quick started with character creation.

Milk fat is an important feature in many different milk products and other foodstuffs and it is often crucial for the dairy plants that the milk fat is stable for different manufacturing processes. Lipolysis is the enzymatic degradation of fat and is the one of the causes for an elevated amount of free fatty acids (FFA) in milk. Further, the change in fatty acid (FA) composition in milk can affect the stability of the product and also the manufacturing process. Both internal and external factors, at farm level or at the dairy plants can affect both FA composition and content of FFA. Milking frequency (MF=number of milkings per cow and day) and the composition of feed are two examples of factors generally performed at farm level. The objective of the present study was to evaluate how FA composition of milk and amount of FFA are influenced by two different ingredients Supplemented to concentrate.

Syfte: Att undersöka ifall ett ökat intag av antioxidanter via kost eller Supplement kan förhindra uppkomst och progression av åldersrelaterad makuladegeneration, AMD.Metod: Granskning och sammanställning av publicerade forskningsresultat inom området.Resultat: Av 7 granskade studier visade 5 på en skyddande effekt mot uppkomst eller progression av AMD vid ett ökat intag av antioxidanter. Resterande 2 studier kunde inte finna något signifikant samband. Resultatet varierar för specifika antioxidativa ämnen i olika studier.Slutsats: Forskningen tyder på att ett ökat intag av antioxidanter, antingen via kosten eller Supplement, skulle kunna förebygga och bromsa de skador som uppkommer vid AMD. Man bör dock ytterligare utreda eventuella negativa bieffekter vid höga doser av bland annat ?-karoten och E-vitamin.

Forskningen visar på att fria radikaler inte enbart är skadliga för människan utan de ingår även i viktiga processer i kroppen som till exempel vid träningsadaption. The purpose of this study has been to look into and analyze the view on sex equality in textbooks and teaching media, and teaching of a group of upper secondary school teachers, through a gender perspective. The teachers teach subjects within social- and political science. The two questions that I wanted to answer are: What views do the teachers have on sex equality in their teaching? What views do the teachers have on sex equality in the teaching media (textbooks and other teacher media) which they have access to? Since I wanted to look into the teachers own views I chose unstructured interviews as the method of gather empirical information. To interpret the transcribed texts I chose the hermeneutic view of people as intentional.
