1989 there was a big Strike among teachers in Sweden. The Strike lasted for over five weeks and got a lot of space in the media. In this study the author has focused on the Swedish press opinion about the Strike and the striking teachers. The study is comparative one between Non-socialists press and press connected to the Socialists. The author has used a form of qualitative text analysis to examine the data which consists of editorials from six different morning papers.

Syfte: Undersökningens utgångspunkt är ett intresse för dataspelet Counter Strike sett utifrån ett genusperspektiv. Det övergripande syftet med uppsatsen är att granska varför inga tjejer nått toppen inom Counter Strike. Metod: Utgångspunkten för uppsatsen ligger i det hermeneutiska perspektivet. Undersökningen utgörs av en kvalitativ studie bestående av flertalet intervjuer med mestadels kvinnliga dataspelare av spelet Counter Strike. Slutsats: Resultatet av undersökningen visar att den sociala biten är den främsta orsaken till att kvinnor spelar Counter Strike.

The following paper is a study about how three Swedish workingclass news papers, Arbetet, Norrskensflamman and Ny Dag, describe and stigmatized the common Strike braker in may 1931. The purpose with this qualitative interview study was to try to describe, through a phenomenological viewpoint, the meaning that Counter-Strike players put on there contemporary world. We started to explore this Game World with field research studies on the world?s biggest Game exhibition Dreamhack in the city of Jönköping. This helped us to develop our main question for this study.The thirteen participants of the interview were selectively chosen from a Game Café in the city of Karlstad. They were interviewed with five questions that dealt with their experiences of playing Counter-Strike and their experience of time perception in their world.

However, contention merely shifted from workplaces into the streets; there was indeed a protest movement against austerity, as shown by a series of large demonstrations, and some riots, between 1989 and 1993. Further analysis indicates this movement faded as it was increasingly chanelled into the electoral campaign of the labor pary; having won the 1994 election, the organised labor movement no longer had an interest in sustaining the protest movement against austerity..

This report is the result of my examination work in Textdesign at Mälardalen University, Eskilstuna. The purpose with this work was to develop an accessible information material for the target group ?normal bowlers? that gives them the information they need to make their own decision on the lanes, because they often miss a coach during an away game. The focus was to target adjust the material through the theories readability, legibility and reading value, together with the method qualitative interviews. The result became a tested information booklet about how to read a lane pattern paper with additional information within the subject..

I denna uppsats har vi gjort en studie där syftet är att undersöka hur tobaksföretaget Philip Morris använder marknadskommunikationen i sin kommunikation av varumärket Marlboro och deras produkter.Denna uppsats är uppbyggd på tre frågeställningar: Hur marknadskommunicerar Philip Morris sitt varumärke och produkter? Vilka aspekter är det konsumenterna tänker på när de ska köpa cigaretter? Upplever konsumenterna någon påverkan från tobaksföretagens marknadskommunikation?I vår studie har vi valt att en kvantitativ studie som genomfördes i form av en enkätstudie och den besvarades endast av rökare. Respondenterna som besvarade vår enkät hittade vi i sociala medier, i tobaksforum på internet och genom att ta kontakt med personer som precis hade köpt cigaretter på ICA Luthagen i Uppsala.Huvudresultaten i uppsatsen är att Philip Morris har trots restriktiva lagar- och förordningar hittat nya sätt att vistas bland potentiella och redan existerande kunder. De flesta började röka för att det var socialt. Smaken, rutinen och varumärket var de tre viktigaste aspekterna när respondenterna köpte cigaretter.

The objectives of this study was to (1) examine Swedish professional bowlers understanding of imagery (2) their experience in imagery (3) see if there was interest in improved use of imagery within bowling. Twelve professional bowling players (M = 30.42), all male, took part in the study. Six of the players were ranked among the best in the world. The instrument that was used was The Individual Profile of Imagery Experiences in Sport (IPIES, Weibull 2008). The result showed that eleven of twelve use imagery within bowling.
