The purpose with this research was to find out what advantages and/ or disadvantages there might be as playing the Role as a lecture. In everyday life we give eachother different Roles. During the last years the lecture has become a current and outstanding Role. This has made me more curious about the lectures´ thoughts about there Role. In this work I have tried to explore about the lecture playing the Role.

The aim of our study is to examine stepparents´experiences of their Role in the new family, we also want to examine if the Role as stepparent is affected to the Role as a biological parent. Our study is based on six semi-structured interviews, with three stepmothers and three stepfathers.By using Role theory and symbolic interactionism our results indicate the requirement of constant negotiation as well as acknowledging the need to consider the other familymembers, those you may not have chosen to live with.We can see that the division of responsibility is governed by what is best for the family - to make life as easy as possible. It is clear that many stepparent lack guidance in what is expected of them in their new Role; howeverr, they have been able to grow into it.  .

this paper is a study on children's social interactions in Role-play. The aim is to try to highlight how children with other develop social skills and how to further motivate children tosee, understand and manage their reality in Role-play by highlighting the characteristics of afunctioning Role-play. I would also highlight the importance of pedagogue´s Role in relation tochildren's social skills in Role-play. The purpose flows into these issues, what distinguishes afunctioning Role-play? The intention with the research was to investigate the Role of civil society in the Kenyan democratization process. Problem: On the basis of the franchisees Role and how he look up on his Role in his business, should one like the Swedish Law applies characterize the franchisees Role as the Role of a contractor?Purpose: The purpose with this research is too survey the franchisee in his business and how he looks upon his Role as a franchisee and see if this like the Swedish Law states be characterized as the Role of a contractor.Methodology: By doing a proportional stratified selection within the the Swedish Franchising community, nine semi structured interviews has been made. The empirical foundation of these interviews has been concentrated and analysed with the support of the chosen theories. The result of the analysis has created the conclusion.Theoretical perspectives: The research is built up of three angels of approach; the Role, the business and the economy within the franchisee and the contractor. The three approaches aim too illustrate the Role of the franchisee, the franchisees Role in the business and the economical effects in franchising.

In order for companies to be competitive they perform different types of development projects.  Due to globalization a greater focus is added on costs, not least on costs in development projects. Project controllers are involved in development projects in order to review the financial aspects. The authors have examined the Role that project controllers hold in respect of two Swedish manufacturers, Volvo CE and Scania CV. The investigation has revolved around three main issues where the authors conducted interviews with controllers that do not work in development projects and project controllers in development projects. The goal of the interviews was to gain a greater understanding of the Role of project controllers, how this Role will differ from those that do not work in development projects and the difficulties faced by project controllers.
