Background: Pupils? responsibilities are presented in the curriculum Lgr11 as a given thing. There has been some research in the field of pupil Responsibility, but research covering school grades 1-3 could not be found. The study investigates theories of Responsibility, pupil Responsibility, power and pupil influence.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the teachers? views on pupil Responsibility.

In the previous curriculum for the preschool Lpfö 98, the educational Responsibility was documented belonging to all the team members. On the 1st of July 2011 a new curriculum was introduced to the preschool, Lpfö 98/10, where it is documented that the educational Responsibility now belongs to the preschool teachers. According to curriculum experts at the Swedish school board this educational Responsibility is not new, just a clarification of the preschool teacher?s educational Responsibility.This study is a qualitative study and the purpose was to interview the preschool teachers about their thoughts concerning their educational Responsibility. The purpose was also to examine if their educational Responsibility has affected their role in the team at the preschool and if they believe that this has any significance for their profession.My result of the study shows that the educational Responsibility of the preschool teachers now has been clarified and that they should take a leading role in the team towards the goals that are set for the preschool.

The aim of this study is to examine if Kenneth, a character in the novel Nyår by Stig Larsson, takes his ethical Responsibility for one of the characters that appears in one section of the book, Ann. Nyår has often been related to morality. This study shows that Levinas philosophy of ethics is a supplement to the discussion of morality. According to Levinas, a person that acts in a non-moral way still can act in a righteous ethical way. With this starting point, it is possible to be close to the text and to bring out new perspectives on the novel.

A subject that is being discussed often these days is the question about the pupils own Responsibility for and influence over his or hers education. Therefore, we wanted to study what taking Responsibility for ones education is, according to teachers and pupils. We interviewed pupils between the ages of nine and fifteen, and asked them what taking Responsibility for their own education meant to them. We also interviewed their teachers and asked them how they perceived that the pupils own Responsibility-taking worked. We used informants from two different schools, a big school in a city and a small school located in the countryside.

Corporate Social Responsiblity is today a well known concept in the business world. The concept contains Responsibility and sustainability for those who chose to work with Corporate Social Responsibility and the three Responsibility areas within the concept. Responsibility and sustainability is of importance, no matter what core business a corporation has. The Responsibility goes both out from the corporation, to take care of the surrounding society and the environment. The Responsibility also concerns the corporation interal, aiming for a sustainable work enivornment and good working conditions.

Background: Corporations are established and organized in order to create economic values for their owners and the main aim of every business enterprise is to be profitable and satisfy the financial expectations of their shareholders. However, corporate social Responsibility focuses on the ethical aspects of corporate business in order to achieve the balance between the profitability and social Responsibility. Nongovernmental organizations through their activities promote the respect for human rights and environmental care within the corporate world. Purpose and Scope: To make an in-depth study about the role of nongovernmental organizations regarding corporate social Responsibility in order to increase the understanding of corporate social Responsibility. Methodology: We used literature research for our thesis and we analysed the secondary data related to the corporate social Responsibility.

Corporate Responsibility is a popular phenomenon of today. The interest for the subject is extensive and means for implementing corporate Responsibility strategies within organizations are demanded. There are studies showing how management control systems can be used in order to implement general strategies into organizations. Still, management control systems designed for the implementation of corporate Responsibility strategies, in particular, are not provided by the current academia. The aim of this paper is to contribute to studies within management control systems by studying the management control system specifically designed to implement corporate Responsibility strategies.

When you talk with the municipal housing companies today there is a general view that theyare doing all the work when it comes to social responsibilities in the municipalities, theprivate landlords only have a focus on profit. The private landlords doesn't agree but says thatthey take a social Responsibility, at the same time there is a difference in what socialResponsibility is. By looking at how the picture of CSR and its use is seen today we analyzewhy the opinions and definitions about social Responsibility differ. We also look at CSR in itslocal adaptation in Sweden's special conditions at the same time as we compare it to CSR inEurope and the world. We thereby create an analysis of how CSR is perceived, prioritized anddeveloped in Sweden to see the root of the disagreements.In our study we show how different views and roles in the community influence the picture ofCSR in Sweden.

We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is successfully integrating social Responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.

Our understanding is that Responsibility is shifting from the community towards the individual within the field of social work. This resulted in our essay, which aims to study how the representatives within social service assistance and churches in Helsingborg work with personal power. Our aim is also to illustrate how these representatives view the boundaries of Responsibility between the individual and the community. Our questions are: How do the representatives work with personal power from a micro and macro perspective? How do the representatives look upon their position as representatives? What do the representatives consider as Responsibility of the individual respective the community? And; Are there preventing factors from individual Responsibility? We obtained our empirical material from a qualitative method consisting of interviews.

The aim of this essay is, due to a noted lack of earlier research together with an even more accentuated Responsibility regarding the matter in question, to study the citizens? preparedness for crisis. Starting out from a number of questions regarding the citizens? Responsibility andlearning from the hurricanes Gudrun and Per, the discussion concerns the terminology ofcrisis together with the question of Responsibility and learning from experience.In conclusion, the source material consisting of nine interviews shows that preparedness for crisis for the affected citizen above all is related to the personal measures to create a working situation in a state of crisis. Hence, to a great extent, the citizens show consciousnessof their own Responsibility.
