Bostadsaffären är för de allra flesta den största affären i livet. Varje år säljs ett stort antal fastigheter i Sverige. En stor del av dessa fastigheter säljs med hjälp av en traditionell fastighetsmäklare och de mäklarförmedlade fastigheterna säljs i de allra flesta fall med prissättningsmetoden Provision. Provision är ett omtalat ämne som ofta möter motstånd. Syftet med vår uppsats var att ta reda på hur hem- och villaintresserade personer samt traditionella fastighetsmäklare ställer sig till Provision.

When a person of the older generation in a family owned company wish to transfer his ownership to a person in the younger generation this can be done through a succession of generation. Different methods can be used to proceed with such a matter, selling the company shares for a price below the market value is one example of this.When the owner transfers shares to a person in the younger generation, either as a gift or by selling them to a price below the market value, the Provision in the 7th chapter 4 § ÄB can be applicable. This Provision establish that; when a gift that has been given during the grantors lifetime and when the purpose of this gift is to be equivalent to a testament, the gift shall be returned to the receiver if this action confines with the direct heirs statutory portion.A gift is to be equivalent to a testament when the giver had the intention to arrange the succession when the gift was given away, and when this gift did not amount to any economical sacrifice for the giver. There are two situations which causes a gift to be equivalent to a testament. The first situation arises when the gift is given by the giver right before his death, on his deathbed so to speak.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att studera vilka faktorer som motiverar fastighetsmäklaren i sitt arbete. Vi vill också undersöka om det finns skillnader mellan städerna Stockholm, Gävle och Tierp vad det gäller motivationsfaktorer och stressnivå..

Provision används i försäljningsintensiva företag för att öka medarbetares prestationer till ökad försäljning. Provision är ett starkt styrmedel och kan skapa negativa effekter i form av dysfunktionella beteenden och kortsiktiga beteende hos medarbetare. Då Provision inte agerar enskilt utan samspelar med den övriga styrmixen är det viktigt att förstå hur Provision kan samspela med övriga komponenter i en styrmix. Syftet med studien är att skapa ökad kunskap om styrmixens utformning i försäljningsintensiva företag som använder Provisionsstyrning samt analysera samspelet mellan Provisionsstyrning och den övriga styrmixen. En kvalitativ metod användes vid genomförandet av studien.

This thesis deals with the information needs and information Provision of teachers in compulsory school, from a role theoretical perspective. The object is to investigate teachers opinions on their information needs and information Provision. The following questions have been used to approach the problem: Which are the information needs of teachers in compulsory school? How do teachers get the information they need? Which difficulties and deficiencies do teachers experience in their information Provision, and what does the ideal situation look like? The theoretical frame of reference consists of a model of the information seeking of professionals, which is based on role theory. Qualitative interviews have been carried out with nine teachers.

In this work we study how the information Provision should be organised in a new smaller size Swedish university college in a town without previous academic traditions. Specifically, our aim is to propose a possible model for information Provision in Campus Helsingborg which is currently under construction. The study consists of two parts: literature review and empirical investigation. In the literature review we summarise a selection of articles about traditional and untraditional practically realised ways of information Provision in nineties. The empirical investigation consists of 19 interviews with students, teachers and librarians from Kalmar, Halmstad and Helsingborg.

Information is essential in order for pharmaceutical companies to be successful. This essay focuses on the information Provision of pre-clinical scientists at AstraZeneca R&D Lund, and the role of the company library in this process. In semi-structured interviews, four pre-clinical scientists were asked to describe their information Provision regarding what type of information they need, how they find it and what sources of information they use. Four librarians from the company library were also interviewed to give their perspective on the information Provision of pre-clinical scientist. The study also aimed at comparing the image of the process as described by the scientists themselves and the librarians.

Not all payments that an employee receives are cash salary, but may also be salary benefits. It should not matter in which form an employee receives payment, taxation shall be equal despite the form of salary. Cash salary as well as salary in benefits are covered by a general rule in the Swedish Tax Law and shall therefore be taxed when they have a connection to the work performed. There are exemptions to the general rule as some benefits are tax free. In general, taxation shall be easy to foresee.   The legal rules that are treated in this thesis have a general meaning.

The courts international juristiction within the European union is regulated by the Brussels I Regulation. Article 2.1 of the Brussels I Regulation contains the fundamental Provision. According to this Article the plaintiff shall submit an action where the defandent is domiciled. The Regulation provides exemptions to the this Provision in Article 2.1.The court of the international case can also be determined according to Article 5 (1) of the Brussels I Regulation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the qualitative aspects of IASB?s Exposure Draft of Proposed Amendments to IAS 37 and to evaluate what quantitative effects an implementation would have on the capital structure of listed companies in Sweden. The major changes of the proposed amendments compared to the current IAS 37 are that the terms ?Provision? and ?contingent liability? are eliminated and instead a new term called ?non-financial liability? is introduced. Furthermore, the valuation in current IAS 37 based on a best estimate is replaced by a fair value valuation.

As self-service technologies become more common in service Provisions, a deeper understanding is needed of how customer satisfaction is affected by automated service encounters. The study was performed on people travelling by air on Swedish domestic routes. Passengers were asked to evaluate the airline?s performance on different attributes of the air travel they had undertaken, as well as to form an overall evaluation of the service.
