I denna studie har Policyutvecklingen av den svenska terrorismbekämpningen undersökts. Utvecklingen av den svenska kontraterrorpolicy sedan den nationella strategins introduktion, har ägt rum under en period när allmänheten och det politiska styret inte tillskrivit problemområdet samma betydelse. Medan allmänhetens oro ökat, har det politiska intresset kommit och gått. Med en fallstudiedesign har utvecklingen från 2008 års nationella strategi fram tills idag studerats och analyserats. Genom en kvalitativ textanalys har utvecklingen visat sig ha två trender.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the regulatory power, efficiency and impact of export control on Swedish arms export from the 1980s onwards, linked to the delegation of authority of permit license to the Inspectorate of Strategic Products in 1997. An increase in the administrative sector, based on a collective decision making process and established criteria and guidelines, aimed to strengthen the control of arms export to non-democratic and problematic states. In short, the aim of the study is to investigate and analyze whether there was a decrease in the arms export to problematic states or not. On one hand, it is reasonable to assume that the introduction of the new regulation entailed a more strict arms export policy. However, previous research has showed that regulations are sometimes not effective since incentives to breach these may be present.The study begins by examining the Swedish case and situation in terms of arms manufacturing and export, as well as the delegation of authority and legislation applied to the field over time.

För att dagens företag ska fortsätta att vara konkurrenskraftiga behövs ett ständigt arbete med att minska utvecklingstider, utvecklingskostnader samt säkerställa en hög kvalitet. För att tillfredsställa konsumenterna behövs också konstanta produktförbättringar, nya varianter och funktioner. En trend i dagens industri är ett ökat behov av avancerade IT-system för att nå dessa mål. En typ av IT-system kallas Product Lifecycle Management PLM, vilket är ett kontrollerat och systematiskt sätt att administrera och utveckla produkter. Kärnan i PLM är skapandet, bevarandet och lagringen av produktrelaterad information, vilket kan göra det lättare att hitta, dela, modifiera samt återanvända data.
