Computer programs must give a technical effect that goes beyond"normal physical interaction"to be considered to belong to a technical field. The Invention shall be be susceptible of industrial application, which means that it should be possible to reproduce or use in any other industrial way. The reqirement that the Invention shall be new means that the technique must not be previously known because of patents, published articles, etc. That an Invention shall be a contribution to the state of the art in a technical field means that the Invention shall not be obvious to invent for a person skilled in the art. Patents do effect the innovation among the inventers, but in most industries most Inventions would be invented independent if there was a patent system or not.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva och förklara hur processen av att omvandla en Invention till en innovation kan se ut. Detta genom att granska de olika steg som lyfts fram som centrala inom existerande teorier kring innovationsprocesser. Vidare syftar vi till att utifrån dessa teorier undersöka om de fullt ut kan användas för att förklara ett företags fall eller framgång vid en innovationsprocess. Metod: Vi har utfört en abduktiv fallstudie där vi samlat primärdata dels genom personliga intervjuer, dels via telefonintervjuer. Sekundärdata kommer från internet i form av de berörda företagens officiella hemsidor, samt presentationsmaterial från företaget True.

This paper is about skiing and Swedish nationalism during the late 19th century and early 20th century. The aim is to investigate why skiing was considered so eminently suited for the incorporation of certain ideals in the national fellowship.The paper accounts an analyse of texts and documents about Swedish skiing from 1897-1924. Skiing was a nationalistic concern from the very beginning of this period. Prospektering av nya oljefyndigheter, bogsering av installationer och att förse installationer med förnödenheter är några av de uppgifter offshorefartyg utför.För att genomföra arbetsuppgifter säkert, använder offshorefartyg och installationer sig av North West European Area Guidelines. Riktlinjer för hur arbeten skall utföras säkert och för att undvika olyckor som kan skada både människa, miljö och ekonomi.Kollisioner mellan offshorefartyg och installationer sker ändå, med varierande konsekvenser. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att ta reda på vad som sker på bryggan, ombord på ett offshorefartyg när det skall utföra arbete intill en installation. The purpose of the study is to investigate methods and work procedures that aim to motivate people to leave a cult and/or supporting them after a cult exit. The study was limited to investigate how Sweden?s, within the area, three premier voluntary organizations Föreningen Rädda Individen, Rådgivning Om Sekter and Hjälpkällan work with present -, ex ? and relatives to cult members. In addition to the mentioned organizations we have also investigated the work procedures and methods used by Åke Wiman. The study has got a qualitative approach and includes semi-structured interviews.

Purpose: The purpose is to present a greater understanding of the progression of innovation capital in a technology transfer and biotech start-up context. The findings offer technology transfer professionals, entrepreneurs and academia an overall perception and mental framework of the technology transfer practice and the embracement of a promising Invention, building upon its hidden value. Methodology: The thesis was conducted using a qualitative case study, executed with the help of interviews, in order to answer the research question: How is an embryo of innovation capital continuously cultivated in a technology transfer and biomedical start-up process? Since their Invention in 1999, CubeSats have become a widespread standard for small picosatellite missions. CubeSats allow for quick development of satellite payloads and launch in space without the high costs of a normal satellite. Emphasis during the CubeSat design process is placed on use of commercialoff- the-shelf (COTS) components and reuse of previously-designed units.This report describes the interfacing of a scientific magnetometer, the Small Magnetometer in Low-Mass Experiment (SMILE) to such a CubeSat mission, the Space Weather using Ion spectrometers and Magnetometers (SWIM). Design of a complete platform for use in multiple such missions is presented here.Modularity is one of the key aspects followed in the course of the work. A new board containing the analog pick-up and compensation circuitry for SMILE has been designed to fit inside a CubeSat frame.
