Egen och social påverkan på perfektionsim hos individuella idrottare

The main purpose of this study was to examine own and social Influence on perfectionismwith individual athletes. The participants (n= 96) of this study represented ten different sportsand their ages was between 15 and 44. An interview with four of the participant wasconducted. The instruments used for this study was the Positive and Negative PerfectionismScale (Terry-Short et al., 1995) and for the interviews questions was based on own and socialInfluence. The results showed that there was a relationship between positive perfectionismand own Influence, negative perfectionism and own Influence, negative perfectionism andsocial Influence.

Leder ökat individuellt inflytande till minskad stress? : Undersökning av tjänstemän inom Karlstad kommun.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine whether the individual Influence at the working place leads to the perception of decreased stress. Also I looked at whether stress and individual Influence is affected by the employees age, sex or employment years. Previous research shows that individual Influence decreases stress but strangely enough do the research show that individual Influence seem to decrease in today?s work environment. This research is quantitative with questionnaires, answered by 74 civil servants working in a department in the municipality of Karlstad.

Studentinflytandets roll på Kau : En diskursanalytisk studie kring studentens roll i universitetets organisation och verksamhet

The importance of student Influence at the universities is something that is described in Swedish regulations as well as in local policies and documents for Karlstad University. At the same time there is no description for the interpretation of what student Influence actually means. Vad är elevinflytande? : En kvalitativ studie på två skolor med fyra lärare, en utvecklingsledare och en rektor om deras syn på elevinflytande

Today, student Influence is an important part of the school?s activities and is anchored both in Lgr 11 and the school law. Student Influence has gained a larger and more important role thru out the years. Previous research points out that teachers and management at school?s have had difficulties with interpretation and understanding the education plan (curriculum) and to know in which way and how much Influence the student should have.

Inflytande och gränssättning i förskolan : En undersökning kring hur fem pedagoger förhåller sig till inflytande och gränssättning i förskolan

This qualitative study is aimed to find out how teachers at one preschool relate to Influence and boundaries. This has been carried out through qualitative interviews whose contents have been analyzed and processed. The theoretical framework of the study is the philosophy of John Dewey derived from Pragmatism, where thought and action is seen as one where the child needs to try and experiment to learn. We are two authors who stand for this study in which we both were present at all times for the interviews.The interviews revealed that teachers believe that Influence is important for children's self-esteem, to become a good citizen of the community and to learn that certain things are expected. It also emerged that Influence combined with boundaries is seen as very important.It appeared that the teachers look at Influence in preschool in three different ways - Influence here and now, Influence in the future and Influence for the children self-esteem.

Medveten lärare? : Om självreflektion i undervisning

In this paper I have examined how aware teachers are of their Influence on pupils development. The method I´ve used are interviews with three teachers and one pupil each aboutMusicality - how do the teachers and pupils look at the concept musicality generally and personally?Influence I- do the teachers believe that their thinking about musicality Influence the pupils self-confidence and development?Influence II- do the teachers think that other pedagogues have Influenced them in their teaching and thinking?My main results show that both the teachers and the pupils have similar apprehensions as their teachers, which points towards that Influence can exist. The basis is however too limited to make any extensive generalizations.The conclusion of the paper is that we have to be aware of how we Influence our pupils. They carry this ?knowledge?, whether it is positive or negative, all their life..

The purpose of this study is to investigate how much Influence children perceive and feel that they have in terms of after-school activities and offerings. I have also tried to find out how much Influence the children in the selected after-schools feel they have. This is to highlight how children themselves perceive their Influence and if the children are aware of their rights in terms of participation and Influence. The study also wants to highlight the forums and the ways in which children feel that they are heard. The study used questionnaires and group interviews were made of 15 children aged 8-9 years from two after-schools, located in two different schools in the same municipality.

This report describes an interview study of Swedish elementary school teacher?s view on stu-dent Influence. The objective is to find out about teachers' approach to student Influence, what do they think happens with students that are allowed to Influence and what are the negotiables and non-negotiables when it comes to student Influence in elementary education? And do the teachers really want their students to have Influence?According to the official policy documents for the Swedish school system the Swedish school shall work towards a democratic school. Not only should the students be educated about de-mocracy but they should also learn to use democratic values and processes.

Inflytande i teori och praktik : En kvalitativ maktanalys över arbetet med individuella planer enligt LSS

People with certain types of disabilities have the legal right to ask for an individual plan. The idea is that the plan should be a tool for the disabled to get more power and Influence over the planned actions that involves their lives. The aim of this thesis was to study the individual circumstances of interpersonal power and Influence in the work of individual plans. The study was done with a qualitative approach, where three executing officers and three individuals were interviewed. The results show that the conditions for the individual?s Influence are far more complicated than at first glance.
