As today, companies are facing an increasing competition; markets are expanding while customers are getting more informed and Fastidious toward companies and their products. For this reason it is crucial for enterprises to create loyal customers, or at best hyper loyal customers. With today's prerequisite this creation is difficult and it is therefore of highly interest to examine possible and alternative ways for enterprises to attain this type of hyper loyal customer. In this thesis we have examine hyper loyal football supporters with the aim to identify mechanisms that create and characterize this type of loyalty. By means of a survey and a focus group we were able to identify six loyalty mechanisms; the ability to influence, vicarious achievement, self-esteem, group affiliation, family and social relations.

The functionalism started in southern Europe after world war one and got its breakthrough in Sweden with the Stockholm Exhibition in 1930. Poverty caused many people living in overcrowded conditions which the functionalists wanted to change by using less expensive materials and giving healthier living conditions to the people. The industrialization brought new materials and working methods which made this possible. The Swedish functional style is recognised by its light plaster facing and nearly horizontal roofs. Also the garden design of that time was influenced by the functionalistic ideas. The garden was now introduced as a pleasure garden for not only the rich but for everyone.

En säker bakteriediagnostik kräver en korrekt provtagningsteknik, ett lämpligt transportsätt och rätt odlingsteknik. På grund av centralisering av verksamheter och ekonomiska begräsningar, är transport av prover till mikrobiologilaboratorium mycket vanligt. Detta medför behov av ett transportmedium som håller känsliga bakterier vid liv under långa transport- och förvaringstider. Dessutom skall transportrören klara av maskinell utodling som kräver ett vätskebaserat provtagningsmedium. Denna övergång minskar även arbetsbelastning och förbättra ergonomin hos personalen.
