The aim of this study is to examine the information behavior of younger seniors with a special focus on the Internet. Using a qualitative method consisting of a case study, including observations, diaries, questionnaires, and information diaries, we were able to compare the information behavior of the seniors in their use of the Internet, with the information behavior in their Everyday life. The result of the study shows that the respondents led very active lives and used many different information sources in Everyday life. They did not only seek information, but also assimilated it, often with a purpose to mediate it to other people. The motives behind the information use in Everyday life were mainly connected to their life situations.

The rules used are those of the Nordic variant Yatzy, in which a few but important rules are different from the American Yahtzee. To evaluate the Everyday strategy 100,000 games was simulated in a java program written specifically for this purpose.

The aim of this study was to design short interventions based on the literature study, which will change the pupils? posture on mathematics and connections between problem-solving in mathematics and Everyday life. An experimental group of 17 pupils in fifth grade participated in the study and were educated in Everyday mathematics 20 minutes a day during four weeks. The intervention was measured in a pre- and after questionnaire, in order to control the design and discover possible changes in the pupils? posture on mathematics and connections between problems and Everyday life.

The purpose of this paper is to increase knowledge and understanding of how an identity is constructed on the internet and if it is different from the Everyday identity. To analyze this, I have studied the theories of how identity is constructed in Everyday life and then applied this on the empirical data that I have collected. In this study, I have chosen to pursue a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews to gather the empirical data. In the study, six informants participated and all of them has an active social life both on and off the internet. The results that I have found in this study shows that an identity online is constructed in a similar way as it does in real life, however, some limitations that exist in Everyday life do not exist online.

The main focus of this study is to explore Swedish soldiers? experiences of the transition back to Everyday life after international service missions. This includes the help and support that they have received and also what barriers to care they have experienced during the transition back to Everyday life. The theoretical perspectives of this study are social identity and stigma theory. This study was performed using a qualitative method and includes six individual interviews with active duty officers within the Swedish armed forces.

The aim of this project is to examine the needs and problems that exists amongst homeless people and to develop a solution that will help them in their Everyday life. Since the homeless are a relatively large vulnerable group i Sweden, their Everyday lives could be made easier in many ways.A clear definition of the target group is put together to create a good starting point. What state and help orginazations do to help the homelss and the society?s view of the homeless is also relevant and has been documented. Four personal stories have been put together to desicribe cases of clear problems existing in Everyday life.Several interesting problems has been defined from the research and acceptance in the communtiy, desire to be seen and heard and a lack of confidence were the main needs.

In speech and language intervention, the ability to interact is seldom evaluated; rather intervention is evaluated in terms of improved testresults.  If goal-setting in intervention also is based on Everyday communicative needs, the relevance of the treatment may be increased and intervention outcome may be implemented in the patient?s natural environment.The present study, as part of a research-project, is based on analyses of interaction and interviews to examine Everyday conversations and speech and language intervention. The aim was to explore if there is a relation between Everyday communication needs and goal-setting in speech and language intervention for people with aphasia. A further aim was to investigate if there are Everyday communicative needs that may form goals for speech and language intervention.Two individuals with aphasia and one individual with both dysarhtria and aphasia participated in the study. Three speech and language pathologists and two relatives also participated in the study.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the elderly people experience the food on a sheltered accommodation. We will examine nutrition in the food and if the elderly people have an influence on food they gets Everyday. The aim of this study was to examine older persons? Everyday experiences of food within the context of homes for the elderly. More specifically, nutrition and the personal experiences of influence concerning choice of food were examined.

?Crumbs make crust? is a collection of memories, told in words and pictures. It is a praise of the ordinary person and the essentials of Everyday life.I have several years of experience from working with elderly people in social home care service. There I was given the opportunity to meet different personalities and take part in their stories and Everyday life. I have followed this life and collected memories and in this project I have portrayed an older generation, now looked upon only as crumbs, yet crumbs that in many ways rested on and still rests on society today..

The study aims to increase understanding and knowledge of motivation; this by examining how the leader experiences her capability to promote employees' work motivation. Also, how employees perceive that the leader influence and enhance their work motivation. Interviews were conducted with a manager and two employees of a government agency in Sweden. The results demonstrate different opinions between manager and employees in the manager's ability to foster motivation in the Everyday work. The leader thinks that she promotes her employees work positively and believes that she is giving her employees attention and appreciation.

My purpose with this study is to examine whether or how teachers are gender-conscious in preschool Everyday situations. That is, if they are aware of their attitude and treatment of work on gender and what gender concept has relevance for educators. In much of the practical literature that I read, it appears that many teachers are not aware of their responses and attitudes to children based on gender aspect. I have examined how the gender work differs in the two preschools that I chosen to study.The questions that this study is based on isDoes the educators at the preschools work gender conscious in Everyday situations?-Is it boys or girls who get the most attention from educators in Everyday situations?What do the teachers at the preschool concept of gender?What approach have been the teachers of preschool to counteract traditional gender patterns in Everyday situations?I have made ??a qualitative study where I interviewed five educators and made ??observations on the two preschools.

Corpus objects are also socialmarkers that have a tradition of being elitist; in both choice of material and in that they imply acertain way of usage. Corpus objects are heavily loaded with tradition and rituals.
