En kvantitativ och kvalitativ bedömning utförs av alla blodceller. Advia 2120 utför differentialräkning av leukocyter genom cytokemiska reaktioner och ljusspridning i olika vinklar vid belysning av celler. Celler identifieras baserat på kärnkonfiguration, granulering och cellstorlek.Hemocue White Blood Cell (WBC) Diff har en charged coupled device (CCD) kamera som scannar celler i en mikrokyvett.

Th is thesis is about how to create communicative images. It is mainly for landscape architects. With communicative images, I mean images created with the purpose to communicate a proposal or idea in a direct way to. By only looking at the image, the viewer should get an idea of what the proposal entails. A communicative image should also create an interest in the proposal.

Detta examensarbete undersöker om och hur man med hjälp av filskillnader kan effektivisera uppdateringar av datorspel. Flertalet olika tester med deltaenkodning har utförts, detta på olika versioner av filer från kommersiella och aktuella spel. Bland annat har försöken med deltaenkodning jämförts med de officiella speluppdateringarna, och med vanlig komprimering av de aktuella filerna. Resultaten visar att användning av deltaenkodning på de filer som ändrats mellan spelens versioner kan vara mycket effektivare och ta mindre plats än de officiella speluppdateringarna..

The essayinvestigates North Koreas possibilities for further reign through Niccolo Machiavellis theory.The argument is that the North Korean state and Kim Jong Il have few or noneconditions to continue with the same political system that the state in this time have.The result shows that, through a Machiavellian perspective, Kim Jong Il and the North Korean regime have bad conditions to continue ruling the state in same way as now. The investigation, unfortunately, do not show when and how North Korea will be exposed to a government switch , but the result points to a change..

The aim with the project was to portray something to step on. Its purpose has been to experiment and explore the interaction between pattern, structure, material and colour for something to be applied on a floor. Focus has been on esthetic expression and not the creation of some¬thing for a specific environment or audience. My goal was also that this project would illustrate the importance of the floor to create a certain atmosphere in a room.The project was divided into three phases. The first one was the experimenting and exploring phase, where the goal was to find an expression.

Dagens äldreomsorg kantas av kvalitetsproblem och arbetsmiljöproblem vilket titt som tätt uppdagas i olika mediala skandaler. Sedan en tid tillbaka har äldreomsorgen i Stockholm konkurrensutsatts och idag bedrivs lite mindre än hälften av stadens vård- och omsorgsboenden av privata utförare. Samtidigt anklagas vinstdrivna bolag för att ta ut höga avkastningar istället för att satsa på kvalitén. I denna studie undersöks hur Stockholms stad följer upp och säkerställer att privata utförare tillhandahåller en god äldreomsorg. Studien visar på att kvalitén i dessa verksamheter är komplex att följa upp och kräver en relation präglad av tillit och förtroende mellan kommun och utförare, och uppföljningen har visat sig likna biktens funktion inom den katolska kyrkan.

The purpose of this work is to raise ideas and interest for land that is very much forgotten,unused and neglected in terms of maintenance and usability. Railroads are often seen as adirty and loud intrusion in the landscape and therefore cities turn their backs on them. Theland around railroads is not considered useful despite its often central location and scrublandis common in these areas.The starting point of this work is the restrictions and possibilities linked to the land withinthe security distance 30 meters from the railroad center. Within this security distance thereare numerous limitations and regulations due to the nature of railroad use. These limitationsare counted for in the initial chapter and lay the foundation for the rest of the work.
