It has now passed two years since the new site- and construction law, PBL, went into force. It replaced the previous PBL applicable since 1987, and it involves relatively large changes in many different areas of the construction sector. The ambitions of the new law are for instance to simplify and clarify the legal text, increase efficiency in the permitting processes and improve the quality of construction. To achieve this, a variety of changes was made. Some of the most important are: inserted Deadline in the processing of building applications, extended assessment of building applications, revised rules about controlplan and quality manager, a certificate is required to start and end the project, an additional meeting is inserted and the construction management of the municipalities will have to do a mandatory visit at the work scene.

Examensarbetet har gått ut på att självständigt jobba som 3D-generalist och få kunskap och erfarenheter ute på arbetsmarknaden. Jag har jobbat i samarbete med ett TV-företag på en vinjett som kanske skulle användas. Det har varit ett hårt och stressigt arbete. Det har funnits saker som inte gått att slutföra, en Deadline som överskridits. Det har funnits ändringar idémässigt samt osäkerhet.

The defence unit´s archive stretches over a time limit between the middle of 1971 to the end of 1987. The records the archive mainly contains are concerning the civil defence, inspection and construction of shelters, war- and crisis planning. The majority of the records are registered record, as often is the case with an authority?s archives. The main problems that occurred concerned what should or shouldn´t be public, the principle of provenance and what to prioritize; finish the project before Deadline or make sure the records are prepared for a storage that ideally should last for several lifetimes..

Introduktionen av nätupplagor på svenska dagstidningar har haft storinverkan på svenskarnas nyhetsläsande, samtidigt som dennapublicering i flera kanaler också skapat stora förändringar gällandejornalisternas arbetssätt. Medan en dagstidning i pappersform oftastendast har en Deadline per dygn, präglas nättidningarna starkt av enkontinuerlig publiceringsprocess. Vi har med denna uppsatsundersökt vilka krav flerkanalspublicering ställer på journalistensarbetsverktyg, med utgångspunkt i vilka hjälpmedel som används idagsläget. Vi har använt oss av etnometodologisk och etnografiskmetod, där vi intervjuat och observerat ett antal reportrar ochfotografer i deras dagliga arbete på Göteborgs-Posten. Under vårstudie har vi funnit ett antal programvaror och fysiska redskap sombör finnas i en journalists verktygslåda.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ge en förståelse för hur en kompositionsprocess kan se ut. Analysen följer, genom skisser och loggbok, komponerandet av de två verken The Legend of Baddabah för kammarensemble och Reflektioner över trasig vänskap för symfoniorkester. Materialet ses i relation till tidigare forskning av kompositionsprocessen och undersöker hur Stan Bennetts schematiska modell stämmer in på mitt arbetssätt. Jag redogör för hur två egna verk komponeras från första idé till färdigt partitur. I diskussionen behandlas dels hur Bennets modell till vissa delar stämmer överens med min skapandeprocess, dels hur jag använder olika metoder när jag komponerar som improvisation och matematik, dels hur jag låter personer i min omgivning påverka min gestaltning av musiken, och dels hur tidspressen tvingar mig till handling..

A well known optimization-problem of multiprocessor system is scheduling of tasks. In this paper I use a variant of previous known algoritm, (Fast Critical Path) for scheduling real-time tasks on a multiprocessor system. This is made in a simulation study in MATLAB. The system architecture is assumed to be a MIMD- machine, (Multiple Instruction stream Multiple Data stream) with bus-typologi and message-architecture. Scheduling was made on this system where the number of processors varying from five to ten.

There is consensus in research, policy, business and many other areas around the benefits of creativity. Previous research shows that creativity is only spurred under certain conditions. Usually creativity is not associated with concepts such as control, Deadline or cost effectiveness. Companies, by contrast, have the need for control and management of their operations, which implies that the two processes can be difficult to reconcile. A company that wants a high creativity while maintaining control and management is forced into a series of organizational compromises.

Under vintern och våren 2013 rullades en livsmedelsskandal upp som innebar en stor förvirring och osäkerhet kring ursprunget och härkomsten av livsmedel. Omfattningen av fusket och vilka åtgärder som blir aktuella under längre sikt för att komma till rätta med problemet är i dagsläget under utredning. Jag har valt att inrikta mitt examensarbete på att utreda hur ursprungsmärkning tillbaka till gårdsnivå påverkar de berörda slaktkycklingproducenterna. Metodvalet blev att genomföra en kvantitativ enkätstudie. Kommentarerna tolkades med kvalitativ metodik (Patel & Davidson, 2012). Av 43 relevanta gårdar i undersökningen besvarade 30 enkäten innan Deadline.Ursprungsmärkning definieras som en märkning för att härleda livsmedel till en specifik plats, stad eller land.

I did my degree project together with Universeum AB. The project had the work title: children?s world and the aim were to give children between 3-8 years old a place that was especially made for them. With their interests and needs in mind the area should trigger play but also learning through a well planned pedagogical environment.I did this project because I thought this was an excellent opportunity to really practise my new gained skills I had learned during my two years in CCD (Child Culture Design). It also gave me the opportunity to actually see how well my knowledge was working when it was put to the test, and I did learn a lot from this.Together with a crew of 6 people I developed and designed the area.

More than half of the implemented IT-projects go over budget, Deadline or simply fail. The processes in an IT-project requires technical competence to be present among the project participants to ensure the achievement of business goals and to make organisations competitive. The success of an IT-project largely depends on the project manager which makes it interesting to further investigate what impact the project manager?s technical competence has on the project. Previous research shows differing opinions whether technical competence is considered important for the project manager to be successful or not.

Det nuvarande Internetprotokollet (IPv4) utvecklades under tidigt 70-tal och har sedandess införande kommit och bli det dominerande protokollet för adresshantering. Vid dess skapelse så fanns det betydligt mindre enheter som behövde kommunicera med varandra. Idag så finns det betydligt fler enheter som behöver kommunicera och IPv4 klarar då inte av att hantera de krav som ställs. IPv4:s uppföljare IPv6 (IPng) står dock redo för att ta över facklan som det dominerande Internetprotokollet. Rapporten fokuserar på Skaraborgs kommuner och hur deras status för Ipv6 implementationen.

Abstract This master thesis is a result of the work thas was done for my entry in the international architectural competition Urban spaces and urban life in Ørestad South, that was announced by Ørestadselskabet on the 31st of October 2006. The project work lasted from early November until the Deadline on 14th of February. In addition to the proposal that was handed in, the master thesis consists of a number of reflections about the work that was done and design work in general. The proposal is an answer to a not that evident task. One would expect that the assigment was clearly defined in the brief of the competition like this. And so it seems to do but to define the real assignment and join your own aims to it from such an extensive brief can be quite time consuming. Why do architects participate and what is an architectural competition? How does the brief affect the choices and statements made by the entrants? What is a square? What is the strategy that leads to a convincing concept? The role and use of a concept in the design process.

Arbetet handlar om hur upphovsmannen komponerade och arrangerade musik till en gradvisväxande ensemble till sin popmusikal. Kompositören har reflekterat över vilka uppgifter varjemusiker tilldelades i olika sångnummer inom den instrumentala ensemblen. Precis somskådespelare har olika roller inom en pjäs har musiker olika roller inom en låt.Ett mål med musikalen var ett skapa en udda och unik ensemble då musikerna även medverkade ihandlingen. Upphovsmannen valde tio olika instrument samt bestämde turordning för dem. I detförsta sångnumret medverkar endast piano, i det tionde och sista består ensemblen av piano, elbas,trummor, trumpet, cello, elgitarr, cembalo, trombon, klarinett och flöjt.

This case study aims to find out whether the promotion of Swedish news through push technology, and the selection process behind it, obeys the traditional criteria of news values.A months-worth of push notifications, sent out by the mobile phone applications of newspapers Dagens Nyheter and Expressen, were analysed through the application of a number of taxonomies meant to determine their newsworthiness.These taxonomies were, however, based on 20th century media, and do not necessarily adapt well to analysis of digital news publication forms. The purpose of this study is therefore to find out which criteria are still relevant to the news selection behind a digitalformat such as push notifications; and which have become obsolete.The basis of this study is the criteria of news values originally designed by Galtung and Ruge in 1965 and revised by Harcup and O?Neill in 2001; as well as the model of assessing front page news proposed by Hvitfelt. The content analysis was conducted in a manner as similar to that of Harcup and O?Neill?s own study as possible, so as to constitute a re-revisal ?revamped for the digital age.Our results show that the criterion of ?frequency? ? that is the conformance between the time-span of an event and the publication frequency of a medium ? has acquired an ambiguous importance.

Till följd av ekonomistyrning uppkommer olika former av beteenden. I revisionsbranschen utgör tidsstyrning den största delen av styrningen, vilket ter sig logiskt då löner är den största kostnadsdrivaren. Tidsstyrningen ger i många fall upphov till tidspress, vilket i sin tur tenderar att ge upphov till olika typer av dysfunktionella beteenden. Dessa dysfunktionella beteenden står i kontrast mot revisionens syfte, nämligen att borga för kvalitet och riktighet i företagens ekonomiska information. I tidigare studier i andra länder (bland andra USA, Storbritannien, Irland och Australien) har dysfunktionella beteenden visats uppkomma till följd av hög tidspress.
