Nålen i höstacken : En studie i hur Kalmar kommun kan kommunicera med unga genom sociala medier.

The municipality of Kalmar have a problem, how to reach and Communicate with young people in Kalmar. In today?s changing media environment it gets more difficult to stand out and reach audience with messages and especially with the new forms of media that has revealed. Therefore, we have been commissioned to develop recommendations on how the municipality of Kalmar can Communicate with young people in Kalmar.  The purpose with this study is to investigate which media channels young people in Kalmar use and their attitudes towards social media in particular. We wanted to find out how the municipality should Communicate to reach them and what attitude youths have against the municipality in general.

Förskolebarns kommunikation i leken : Lek, kommunikation och språk i sammanhang

The aim of this study is to observe Swedish preschool children in their natural habitat and without any intervention. Four different observations are made and thereafter analyzed. Throughout the whole study the subject of interest is the children's communication in their play. Children can Communicate with each other in various ways, for instance with speech and without speech, i.e. with their physical language, aesthetic and multi language.

Förtätning av film till stillbild

During this project a photographer and an illustrator have explored if a single image can Communicate a bigger whole, in this case a movie. By analysing five motion pictures with visual communication theories, semiotics and colour symbolism as tools, ten images was created. These images do not only consist of symbols, but also Communicate the overall feeling and colour scheme of the movie.These images have been tested in interviews with six individuals, who, except for one, work with visual communication of some kind. They have studied the communication skills of the images from their own experiences.The result of the interviews showed that all images could not Communicate a movie. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Swedish insurance companies Communicate corporal social responsibility (CSR). We used two methods for approaching the purpose. At first we approached a quantitative content analysis to investigate in which ways the companies Communicated on their websites. In the second part of the study we used qualitative textual analysis to study two companies sustainable reports. The theoretical framework of the study is based on theories of CSR and how to Communicate it.

This essay has a purpose of looking at Swedish independent labels in the music industry and how they Communicate with their market through social networks on the internet. There have not been much research about this in the past and we hope to contribute with knowledge to the area. In mind we had the changing music industry, an evolution of the internet and viral marketing communication.To answer our research question we decided to conduct three interviews with people who worked at independent labels and had market communication as their area ofresponsibility. The three independent labels in our study were based in Sweden, except for one that is based in London, England as well as Stockholm, Sweden. We selected the independent labels based on their tendency to work with marketing communication in the social networks on the internet.

The main problem that is seen in schools is that teachers sometimes don not reflect on what kind of pupils they have in the class and therefore do not adapt their way of Communicate, which can lead to confusion and misunderstandings from the pupils side.In this essay I have study a teacher?s way to Communicate with her pupils depending of what kind of class she has. But there are also a theory from Bahktin were he points out how to succeed with a dialogue in a classroom.The conclusion in this essay is that communication and dialogue in the classrooms are important regardless what kind of pupils you as a teacher have.

?Man behöver inte folks nummer längre? : En studie om hur studenter använder meddelandekommunikation via smartphones

How do young adult students Communicate through their smartphones today? Which applications and features do they choose? What motivates their choices for the various possible situations? In this paper we investigate which communication channels young adult students in Sweden use for private message communication in their smartphones, in what way they use the channels and why they choose specific channels for different types of communication. In Sweden today, there are numerous of different ways of Communicate through smartphones. We have interviewed ten Swedish young adult students regarding their use. The results speaks for that SMS has proven to still be used very frequently, even though it has existed for many years and that there are plenty of other ways to Communicate through private messages today.
