English abstract  The culture of hotel and restaurant work.Dangerous for Apprentices and students?The study is based on a survey targeting 50 teachers at chef schools with good geographic distribution of 9 schools. Teachers answer questions on bullying and sexual harassment in the hotel and restaurant sector, and students practice shock in the meeting with the industry. Students face a hard and tough environment where it is expected that it will suffer a great deal of harassment and degrading treatment as part of a tradition. There seems to be a general but erroneous belief that the professional climate has improved.

How do we match our education with the needs of the construction line of business and the requirementsof the Swedish National Agency for education? Is there something that we have to change?In this study I have asked our former students about their opinion of our education and I have also asked them to give me their view on what a good teacher is like. I have been able to benefit a lot from their answers in my efforts to be that good teacher. This survey took place at Facebook.The answers showed that we carry on a piece of solid workmanship. But you can always improve, try harder.

Gunnarsdotter, Sofie & Karlsson, Caroline (2008) Yrkeslärarrollen i förändring i den nya lärlingsutbildningen. (Changes in the Vocational Teacher´s Role in the New Educational Program for Apprentices). Skolutveckling och ledarskap, 90 hp, Lärarutbildningen, Malmö högskola. Lärlingsutbildningens lärarrollsförändring är ett examensarbete och en C-uppsats på 15 Högskolepoäng på Lärarhögskolan i Malmö. Det som föranlett arbetet är våra funderingar kring hur lärarrollen förändras då den nya lärlingsutbildningen införs i gymnasieskolan hösten 2008. Uppsatsens syfte är att, undersöka hur den nya lärlingsutbildningen påverkar lärarrollen.

Workplace accidents in Sweden have in recent years increased. Companies are at the same time putting a greater emphasis on preventing accidents and inform about safety and risks. Therefore there is a need to know how to visualize this safety information. This study is based on a part of a project proposed by the industrial company AB Wahlquists Verkstäder, in which they want to visualize their safety information for new employees and existing staff, and also for temporary contractors and Apprentices. The purpose of this study is to see what is required of the visualization of safety information and what guidelines that should be followed.
