The essay focuses on the blacklisted restriction of passive sales in the block exemption to Article 101 TFEU on vertical agreements. It confirms the authors' thesis that the distinction between active and passive sales do not cause any problems in the theory, but that the reality shows the opposite. Both organizations are UN-related and are in charge of refugees, however they differ by the fact the UNHCR controls all of the world?s refugees with the exception of the Palestinian refugees, for which UNRWA. The aim of this work will be to examine the definition of refugees as well as their entitlements and in what way they differ depending on which organization they belong to.As theory I have, among others, used Rainer Bauböck?s book ? Transnational Citizenship?.

This essay aims to generate understanding for todays grammar teaching in the early grades.Through base in previous research, I intend in this work to seek understanding of what affects the grammar development and its impact on education. I investigate in this essay teacher's approach to grammar and how it affects the incidence of grammar teaching.Work empiricism consists of qualitative research interviews and a survey with the intention to present a broad picture of grammatical meaning. Regarding to the informants that are involved in the investigation, I have deliberately chosen teachers from different generations to find reflections of their own education and how itinfluenced their view of grammar. My study shows that teachers acquire greater part of teaching about languagefunctional side compared to the form of the language. The teachers who participated in the survey indicated that the language functional side priority by reason that the more responds to students' learning needs and promotes a desire to learn through meaningful for the student.

This work investigates how educationalists on a multi-cultural school work with language development of bilingually children. The children in both investigated classes have a different mother tongue which means that they have Swedish as a second language, they are bilingually. It?s relevant for me to know if there is any consideration taken for these bilingually children. If yes, then in what way? The method which is used is a two weeks observation of two classes in the third grade, complemented with semi- structured interviews with the two class teachers.

The aim of this study has been to create a future scenario of what archiving might look like in the future. The main theory used in the study comes from future studies, but also a theory about the social impact of technology on work were used. The questions that were analysed were about the tasks of the archivist, the appearance of the archival institution, collaboration with other LAM institutions, knowledge requirements for the archivist and the amount of archivist positions. The method used in the study was scenario Writing, which derives from future studies. The source material consisted among other things of regulations and laws related to archiving together with some archival manuals.The tasks of the future archivist will probably consist of the same tasks as those of present archivists who work with digital archiving, even though archivists probably forever also will have to work a little with paper records.The future archival institution will probably retain its paper records and keep its digital records on digital storage media.

Stavning är en komplex förmåga och lite undersökt, därför var syftet med föreliggande studie att analysera stavningsförmågan hos elever i årskurs 2. Deltagarna var 86 elever, 63 med läs- och skrivsvårigheter och 23 utan läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Elevernas stavfel av nonord och riktiga ord analyserades utifrån fyra klassificeringssystem med avseende på olika feltyper. Även korrelationsberäkningar mellan stavning och andra kognitiva förmågor utfördes. Resultatet visade att de utan läs- och skrivsvårigheter presterade signifikant bättre än de med läs- och skrivsvårigheter framför allt på testet av nonord.

Bostadsanpassningar och att skriva bostadsanpassningsintyg utgör en del av arbetsterapeuters dagliga arbete inom kommunal hemsjukvård. I takt med att befolkningen blir allt äldre och bor kvar längre i sina ordinära boende ökar denna del av arbetsterapeutens arbetsuppgifter. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva arbetsterapeuters erfarenheter av bostadsanpassningar och intygsskrivande. Författarna använde sig av en kvalitativ ansats med semi-strukturerade intervjuer för att samla in data. Intervjuerna utfördes inom hemsjukvården i fem kommuner från mellersta till södra Sverige.

This essay is a part of a project called ?Young peoples representation of love and relationships? and was initialized in Barcelona in January 2006. The University of Barcelona cooperates with the University college of Södertörns Högskola to compare perception of love among youths in both countries. The project focuses on teenagers between 13-19 years of age. The project uses four types of questionnaires with questions about love, feelings, empathy and relationships witch were compiled by research workers at the University of Barcelona.?A Love-ly game? is a qualitative study that is based on a questionnaire-investigation made in a Gymnasium-school in a suburb south of Stockholm.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheters skilda sätt att uppfatta användandet av talsyntes. Kvalitativa intervjuer har genomförts med nio elever i grundskolans årskurs tre till nio. Studien har utgått från en fenomenografisk ansats.I resultatet framkommer sex skilda uppfattningar om användandet av talsyntes. De sex kategorierna är: talsyntesen i användning, viktiga andra, autonomi och självständighet, lärande, delaktighet och förändring samt engagemang och attityd. Majoriteten av eleverna upplever användandet av talsyntes positivt.

This work aims to improve our knowledge about Swedish video game journalists, a new occupation in a quickly expanding business. Through a survey sent out to over 50 Swedish video game journalists, the result indicate some unexpected facts. Men largely dominate the profession; just 10 % of the work forces are females. This relation was notable in our survey, as well as in earlier studies. Video game journalists between 26 and 35 years old seems to be the largest age group, which we think is a bit surprising considering how new this form of journalism is, and the fact the internet provides opportunities for every enthusiastic video game writer.

En nationell interaktiv webbplats- www.kuling.nu arbetades 2003 fram på Psykosvårdens utrednings-och behandlingsenhet, Karlakliniken. Webbplatsen riktar sig till barn och ungdomar som har en förälder med psykisk sjukdom och är en del av det anhörigstöd som erbjuds på enheten. Denna studie görs som en uppföljning av kuling.nu där syftet är att beskriva den interaktiva webbplatsen kuling.nu med avseende på innehållet i besökarnas inlägg på diskussionsforumet samt användningen av webbplatsen. Huvudinläggen på kuling.nus diskussionsforum har analyserats med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen gav sex teman som speglar innehållet i inläggen: ensamhet; att bära ansvar; känsloupplevelsen; betydelsen för den egna personen; sökande efter svar och förmedling av stöd.

The aim of this paper is to analyze and problematize the content in the teaching media Känslan för ord through an integrative perspective. This is done by using two sets of questions based on two of the didactic questions what and how. How is the content of the Swedish subject constructed in Känslan för ord? and How is this content integrated in Känslan för ord? The used material consists of a fairly large amount of literature which provides different approaches, priorities, and methods about the Swedish subject. This literature forms the base for the model used to analyze the course books.The results are based on an analysis of the exercise culture (uppgiftskultur) in the two books and are extensive.
