To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the worldThese words sum up my account of social worker expertise. How does one become skillful?a master?in the profession? I answer this question by exploring how social worker proficiency can be developed and grow with the help and support of supervisors, clients and colleagues. Development through professional supervision and in the encounter with clients is an essential part of the work. I also discuss what it means to be new in the field (a novice) in relation to being experienced (a master).

Today we are living in a knowledge-society where knowledge sharing is of utmost importance for companies in order to keep their competitiveness. Therefore, it is a much debated issue - in both the academic and the corporate world - in what way one should handle the knowledge which continuously is created within companies. The aim of this study is to describe how practitioners share tacit knowledge within a large knowledge company. By that we aim to get an answer to how the chosen theoretical models regarding tacit knowledge relate to the empirical world. In this study we will focus on tacit knowledge in contrast to explicit one.

Denna rapport behandlar prestandaskillnader vid överföringar med Ajax och WebSocket, samt webbläsares kompabilitet med WebSocket.Ämnet kändes relevant då fler och fler webbsidor börjar använda sig av dessa tekniker för att hämta och skicka data i realtid.Undersökningen genomfördes genom att en testapplikation skapades där data kunde överföras med respektive teknik, varpå tidsåtgången för överföringen mättes och presenterades.Resultatet visar att WebSocket har klara fördelar mot Ajax när små mängder data överförs, samtidigt som Ajax visade sig vara snabbare vid upprepade överföringar av större mängder data.Undersökningen visade även att stöd för WebSocket saknas i flera webbläsare, varför WebSocket ännu inte är redo att användas fullt ut..

I denna rapport används multipel linjär regressionsanalys för att analyserahur ett antal variabler påverkar bostadsrättspriser i stor-Stockholm. Modellerframställs för Innerstaden, Västerort och Söderort separat. Dessa modellervar baserade på data som hämtats från Fastighetsbyrån och kompletterasmed avstånd hämtade från Google Maps. Datamaterialet består av försäljningarav bostadsrätter i november år 2011 och 2012. För varje enskild variabeltestas validiteten och variablernas inverkan på slutpriset diskuteras.Det konstrueras dels regressionsmodeller som är additiva och även sådanasom betraktar procentuella förändringar.

Since Hyltén-Cavallius is our filter between us and the notifier, I have examined his life and incorporated events that may be of interest of the essay. Catarina Andersdotter´s life is described in the essay to show the factors and living conditions in her life that influenced her choice of stories.                      The environment of the commons over time period is described for the purpose of the variables of the legends. Legends have been qualitatively and quantitatively investigated.                      The essay shows that most of the legends deal with mytical world and its creatures as well as the interaction with humans.

Efter nästan 50 års förhandlingar beslutade rådet år 2009 att införa ett enhetligt patentskydd inom EU. Loans to agriculture and forestry businesses have increased to record levels and debt has doubled over the past years. The financial turbulence of the past years has contributed to an increase of the meaningfulness and willingness of the banks to be able to understand and handle risks associated with agriculture and forestry (Breiding, 2010).

Abstract Background: The World Health Organization has expressed a great concern about the increasing prevalence of childhood obesity. Region Västra Götaland (VGR) has developed a web based program to support school nurses in their work to promote health among children with obesity. Previous research on childhood obesity emphasizes the importance of support from nurses and how their work is organized. Aim: The aim of the study is, firstly, to explore school nurses experiences with health promotion work among obese children. Secondly, to investigate whether school nurses use the salutogenic theory of health.

Det föreligger ett ökat behov av placeringar inom sjuksköterskeutbildningens verksamhetsförlagda utbildning. Syftet med den här interventionsstudien är att kartlägga sjuksköterskestudenters tillfredsställelse med lärandemiljön och handledningen i två olika handledningsmodeller. Interventionsgruppen (IG) handleds i par av en handledare i en studentsal, s.k. peer learning och kontrollgruppen (KG) enligt traditionell handledningsmodell. För datainsamlingen har en validerad enkät, CLES + T (Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher evaluation scale) använts.
