Idag produceras allt större mängderdata genom människors användning av informations- och kommunikationsteknik.Traditionell teknik klarar ej av att hantera den variation ochmängd data som existerar, vilket lett till utvecklingen av nya tekniskalösningar för dessa uppgifter. Begreppet Big data brukar användas föratt beskriva stora datamängder. Syftet med denna studie har varit att geökad förståelse för hur Big data kan användas inom CRM.

Ontologiskt ses barnens lek som återspegling av deras världsuppfattning. Kunskap om den kan erhållas genom att iaktta. Den epistemologiska hållningen är empiristisk.

This essay examines the grotesque in Samuel Becketts wellknown play Waiting for Godot. The play is primarily seen as an icon of absurdism, and it is such not appropriate to examine the play as if it belongs to the litterary genre of grotesque. The primary purpose of absurdism is to reveal the pointless- and emptiness of existence. In order to illustrate these points absurdism will often make use of the common characteristics of the grotesque. With this in mind I present, within this essay, an eximination of whether Samuel Becket makes use of these characteristics to assist his portayal of emptiness in Waiting for Godot.A prior understanding of absurdism is required and i have as such primarly used Martin Esslins famous studies.The studies of the grotesque are mainly represented by two theorists.

World of Warcraft (WoW) är ett onlinespel som spelas av 11,5 miljoner spelare världen över. För vissa av dessa spelare kan livet i WoW ta över nästan allt, så som jobb, skola, andra fritidsintressen och det sociala livet utanför spelet. Förståelsen för detta spelande går isär. Är det bakomliggande faktorer som bidrar till ett högfrekvent spelande eller är det spelet i sig som är beroendeframkallande? Kan man ens bli spelmissbrukare av WoW? Vi kontaktade informanter från fyra olika verksamheter, vilka alla kommer i kontakt med ungdomar, för att få deras åsikter om onlinespelande.

The purpose of this study was to investigate produced laser data from the new national height model's airborne laser scanning in Sweden, what quality it has and whether it can be used for forest management planning. From airborne laser scanning one can obtain information on forest variables such as tree species, height, diameter and basal area. Norra skogsägarna is the principal employer of this project and they wanted know to the quality of the laser data which needs to cope with their standards. If the laser data the quality required it can replace some of the operations performed by field planners. To examine the quality of the produced laser data a control tax assessment has been performed in 30 forest departments. This was done in an objective manner.

Att införa ett data warehouse kräver dock stort engagemang från alla inblandade i projektet och ett misslyckande kostar företaget mycket resurser och kapital.Detta arbete undersöker vilka faktorer som främst bidrar till att ett data warehousingprojekt misslyckas. En litteraturstudie genomförs där misslyckade fall samt litteratur som beskriver författares generella uppfattningar angående faktorer med potentiell risk att orsaka ett misslyckat data warehousingprojekt undersöks. Undersökningen leder fram till en lista med faktorer som anses ha stor potential att orsaka ett misslyckande. Att identifera dessa faktorer bidrar till att organisationer och företag får möjligheten att i ett tidigt skede av projektet förhindra att dessa uppstår, vilket kan spara stora ekonomiska resurser..

The purpose of this essay was to explore how the concept of gender identity is constructed, by doing a discourse analysis of texts from two different perspective discussing intersexuals, and to define the areas where the discourses doesn't agree. A discourse can be described as a way of talking about and understanding a part of the world.
