Det avgörande steget för kvalitetsfilmen : En studie av kvalitetsfilmsbegreppet och marknadsföring av film i Sverige
Denna uppsats har som mål att undersöka begreppet kvalitetsfilm och dess användning med utgångspunkt i marknadsföringskanalerna public relations, marketing management och filmfestivaler i Sverige. Uppsatsen definierar marknadsföring och beskriver hur den kan praktiseras i filmindustrin. Begreppsanalysen av kvalitetsfilm refererar till Pierre Bourdieus sociologiska texter och har en kort historisk genomgång av hur begreppet kvalitetsfilm myntades i Sverige. Sedan följer en genomgång av kvalitetsfilm i förhållande till europeisk konstfilm samt hur begreppet influerat den svenska filmbranschen idag. Uppsatsen innehåller analyser utifrån tre kvalitativa intervjuer med anställda som i någon form arbetar med kvalitetsfilm, samt litteratur kring marknadsföring av film och kvalitetsbedömning..

The purpose of this study is to highlight play and learning in the lower school ages in organized and non-organized break actives. The premise is that the break is a part of the schoolday and that the school has responsibility to live up to the goals and guidelines of the curriculum even in recess. Leisuretime-pedagogy and the professional competence the pedagogs possess about games and the social relations of children are also in focus in this study. The study is a qualitative study where the empirical material consists of observations in a schoolyard environment during one week and interviews with children. Stödjande insatser till studenter med psykisk ohälsa : -en intervjustudie med yrkesprofessionella inom Studenthälsor
Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

The educational underachievement of children in foster care has been known for a long time. This study aimed to compile and analyze the current knowledge about interventions, intended to improve foster children?s school achievements. The method used was a systematically undertaken narrative review. Despite a comprehensive searching strategy, only ten relevant studies were found, indicating that little has been done to improve the educational outcomes for children in public care.

Background.Telephone advice increases the accessibility to health care and the streamlined work at primary health care centres. The goal of telephone advice nursing is to give the caller a correct advice, adapted to the caller?s situation, in order to reach correct care level. However, registered nurse?s telephone advice includes risks for misjudgement.
Påverkas officerarnas beslutsfattning om de utsätts för stress?
Den här uppsatsen handlar om stress och ledarskap och hur de två begreppen påverkar varandra. Bakgrunden till detta arbete är att belysa hur stress påverkar ledarskapet och beslutsfattandet. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur stress påverkar officerare inom Försvarsmakten som sitter i beslutsfattande ställningar. Med den här uppsatsen vill författaren ge en större förståelse för hur stress påverkar officerare när de ska fatta beslut. Det här ska genomföras genom att besvara följande trefrågeställningar: Vad är stress? Vad är ledarskap? Hur påverkas en officer vid beslutsfattande om han/hon befinner sig under stress? Problemformuleringen är att idag talas det om att stress påverkar oss mer än vad den gjorde förr.
Vad anser anställda inom näringslivet vara kränkande beteende med fokus på sexuella trakasserier och könstrakasserier?
Heinz Leymann betraktades som en pionjär i forskning om fenomenet vuxenmobb-ning redan på sjuttiotalet. Syftet var att undersöka vilka beteenden som ansågs vara mest kränkande med fokus på sexuella trakasserier och könstrakasserier bland an-ställda på ett mansdominerat näringslivsföretag. Dessutom att ta reda på om det finns ett samband mellan företeelser och scenarier. Faktorer som studerades utöver samband var kön, ålder utbildning och yrkeskategorier. Respondenterna var an-ställda på ett mansdominerat näringslivsföretag (N = 396; 54 kvinnor och 236 män) med följande yrkeskategorier: 187 tjänstemän, 54 kollektivanställda, 44 konsulter.

in Sölvesborg during the spring of 2002. We have conducted ethnographical
studies concerning the one-stop-shops frontdesk and telephone exchange. During
these studies we became aware of some differences under which the daily work
was to be carried out. When operating the switchboard the staff usually work
alone and perform the tasks individually.

AbstractSkanska Sweden has decided to split the organization that earlier handled both large and small projects into two different subsidiaries. A consequence of this is that all construction service handling will from now on be enforced under the name Skanska Direkt AB. The management of Skanska sees this as an opportunity to develop the organization and in the long term achieve higher earnings. The task which Skanska in connection with the reorganization wanted to be investigated was a proposal on how the organization of work with the insurance work in the future should look like.The organization that is handled is from production manager to professional workers and includes damage handling that has been obtained from insurance companies in the southern and northern parts of Värmland. The purpose with this work is to present a different kind of view to the problem with developing this branch of the company. The main target was to work out a proposal of an organizational plan for the damage handling in Skanska Direkt AB that is possible to apply, less sensitive for dismissals, results in higher earnings, obtains higher customer satisfaction and also a staff stab that develops their skills at their own.The report and work progressed as following:Opening theory study of strategies to obtain the objectives set.Restructuring of existing organization with theories as support.Interviews with the actors involved to verify feasibility of the developed organization plan Organization chart, the result of work means that some workers at each location shall be responsible for a small group of workers and work independently. They shall manage the process of invoicing and calculate costs at the same time as they work out on the workplace.

EU-lagstiftning skapar utslagning av aktörer och komplexa kundrelationer - en studie av svensk kemikaliedistribution
Kemikalieindustrin i Europa står inför en stor förändring. En ny lagstiftning kallad REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals ska ersätta ett 40- tal äldre lagar som reglerade hantering av kemiska preparat. Syftet med den nya kemikalielagstiftningen är bland annat att främja utbytet av farliga kemikalier till miljövänligare alternativ. Den stora förändringen består av att företag som inom EU ska tillverka eller importera kemiska produkter, måste registrera applikationsområdet för dessa produkter och de ingående ämnena. REACH är tänkt att öka transparensen i branschen och underlätta den administrativa hanteringen kring produkt och säkerhetsdata.

Male violence against women in close relations has in recent years received increased attention, however, only identified as a problem in approximately 40 years. It is now a social problem that is constantly increasing, but the identification of the phenomenon has been possible thanks to the research on the subject. The purpose of this study is to, from a woman's own story, identify psychological processes in connection with the assault. The aim is also to confirm previous research on the phases of the abused go through until decampment and identify possible consequences of violence against women. I also aim to answer the question regarding the assistance of individuals in extreme situations while getting back to society.
Hedersrelaterat våld kombinerat med annan problematik - Om eventuella samband mellan utsatthet för hedersrelaterat våld och utvecklandet av psykisk ohälsa och/eller en missbruksproblematik
The purpose of this essay is to explore how social workers view a possible connection between exposure to honour violence and development of mental illness and/or substance abuse. We first heard of the possible connection from a voluntary organization who work in this field and who believe that this connection could be common. We therefore wanted to explore this from the perspective of social workers who come into contact with victims of honour violence: was this something they had noticed? How did they deal with it if it was noticed? We also asked how the possible connection could be interpreted and, supposing the social workers had failed to notice the connection, why this could be. We made five qualitative interviews with six social workers working in different contexts whom within their work come across honour-related issues.
