Service Design is a relatively new, unexplored and exciting phenomenon that through an interdisciplinary work methodology designs services. A discussion has been going on for a long time regarding whether there is a difference between products and services. Services are often classified as immaterial, heterogeneous, non-storable and inseparable in relation to products. A question that arises is if something specific characterises the work methodology used regarding service design. The aim with this paper is thus to explain the work methodology when working with service design.

The aim with this master's thesis is to describe the work process with the graduation film Player, by a composers perspective and given conditions. Vad får dem att brinna? : en studie om motivationsfaktorer hos extra anställda
Det är vanligt att arbetsgivare missar vikten av att motivera extra anställda. Resultatet av att förbise betydelsen av motivation kan bidra till oengagerad och illojal personal samt ökade kostnader för nyrekrytering. Om arbetsgivaren lägger vikt vid att förstå vad som motiverar personalen kan arbetsgivaren öka glädjen, effektiviteten och därmed lönsamheten i verksamheten.Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa extra anställdas motivationsfaktorer och hur viktigt arbetsgivare och arbetstagare anser att motivation är.För att bättre försöka förstå vad som driver en individ, har vi med kvalitativ metod genomfört intervjuer. Vi har intervjuat fyra extra anställda och två arbetsgivare på två företag inom branscher där sådan anställning är vanlig. Frågorna har formulerats med öppna svar då vi har varit intresserade av att respondenterna skulle berätta fritt.
Elevdemokrati och elevinflytande i vardagen : En kvalitativ studie om lärares föreställningar om demokrati och inflytande i klassrummet
Through qualitative interviews with six teachers at a school an understanding of teachers´ conceptions of, and conditions for their work on pupil democracy and student participation are sought.Formulation of questions were as follow:What does pupil democracy and pupil influence mean for selected teachers?How do selected teachers´ work with pupil democracy and pupil influence?What opportunities and complicatedness?s do selected teachers see with this work?Through this the selected teachers views on children and their thoughts on their role as a leader also are investigated.According to the curriculum the Swedish school should aim to transmit primary democratic values and pursue the education through democratic work models. Further the pupil should acquire influence of their education. The theory exposes several approaches on democracy and influence. These approaches are further on applied on the school.The result of the study evinces that selected teachers´ practice both pupil democracy and pupil influence.

Municipal safety work is an issue frequently discussed. The new legislation about accident prevention obeys the Swedish municipality to present an action program for accident prevention. In Borlänge municipality there has been no sanctioned proposal for a program. This report presents the problems found and gives proposals for improvements in the future safety work. The guiding words should be unambiguousness, able to control and not too complicated.

There is therefore necessary to find out how companies work to create trust between themselves and their customers.Purpose: The purpose of this report is to examine and explain how staffing companies work to build trust in their relationships with B2B clients through examination of the conceptual model, creating a theoretical contribution.Research question: How do recruiters at staffing companies work to create trust between themselves and the customer?Methodology: The study adopted a quality research method with a deductive approach where the focus wasg on describing and analyzing. The data was collected primarily through semi-?structured interviews.Research findings: Through the study?s interviews and their results is it possible to see that staffing companies in Växjö is working with trust.

Background: The majority of nurses experience work relatedstress, which can lead to a negative impact on patient care. Thestress can be handled by coping strategies. Aim: To illuminatecoping strategies among nurses experiencing work relatedstress. I en rapport från Konjunkturinstitutet (2010) framkommer att produktivitets-utvecklingen i den svenska byggbranschen stått still sen mitten på 90-talet. Detta samtidigt som övriga näringslivet ökat sin produktivitet kraftigt under samma period. AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to examine the work situation and career opportunities among women police. We use a gender perspective as a guideline during the examination. Despite words of being, and work to create, gender neutral organization, women police is greatly underrepresented. The interviewed women gave a picture of an organization in which they had to work harder than their male colleagues to advance. The biggest problem seems to lie in the hierarchy dominated by male police officers and the fact that women, during pregnancy, are missing out on valuable time at work, and thus, also essential experiences for future career advancement.
