More often consumers demand instant dry soup that can be prepared with a water temperature below 100o C, which is currently not possible, because the dry soup becomes too thin when using water with a lower temperature. In this study, various kinds of starch studies were made to optimize the starch used in the existing product to make it more viscous at both high and low temperatures. The result was that one of the two starches present in the existing product was retained by change in quantity as it contributed to important flavor parameters. The second was removed and replaced with a starch that made the product more viscous at lower temperatures. To find out if the new product differed from the existing product a viscosity measurement and a sensory paired preference test were made.

Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva fyra lärares uppfattningar om Arne Tragetons metod att skriva sig till läsning i sin undervisning och vilka begrepp som de använder när de beskriver metoden. Den metod som används i studien är kvalitativa intervjuer. Teoretisk grund för studien bygger på ett sociokulturellt perspektiv. Teori baserad på ett sociokulturellt perspektiv har använts i analysen av denna studie. Begrepp som lärarna använt sig av i studien är bland annat verktyg, samarbete, erfarenhet, upplevelse, glädje, kreativitet och kommunikation.

Aim: The purpose of this paper is to see if there has been a change over time in the performance and in the spoken word of the Swedish cooking programs. By testing the theory of intimization on the cooking programs I get the opportunity to see if the border between the private and the public have become clearer or more difficult to notice, and if the new language, the informal language as intimization entails, has been used in Swedish cooking programs since the 70s until today, or if there´s ever been a formal language in Swedish programs? Method/Material: I'm using a rhetorical approach that includes a three-step analysis. Analysing the context, means to persuade and performance. The empirical material I intend to analyze is Swedish cooking programs from the 70s until today, 2010.

We have with this essay tried to find an approach that makes it possible to give the word a meaning or a context.We have, as a starting point used the Socrates method, which is a method that breaks down texts into its smallest elements and forms activities. We have redone these activities to ontologies by forming general and specific descriptions of the activities.

När en ungdom misstänks för att ha begått ett brott kommer han eller hon i kontakt med rättssystemet på olika vis. Rättsystemets uppgift i detta sammanhang är givetvis att skipa rätt. Vidare är dess uppgift även att hjälpa den unge tillrätta i samhället igen.Min avsikt med arbetet är därför att ge en bild av hur ungdomsbrottslingar behandlas i rättssalen av de olika aktörerna för att se huruvida behandlingen kan sägas överensstämma med den allmänna, common sense, uppfattningen om hur ungdomsbrottslingar ska behandlas och om denna behandling överensstämmer med lagstiftarens intentioner. Jag ämnar också beröra hur aktörerna kan sägas känneteckna och klassificera ungdomsbrottslingen och lägga upp sitt arbete i behandlingen. I detta sammanhang blir det speciellt intressant att se om de följer några givna mönster inom rättsväsendet som kan ses som meningsfulla för samtliga aktörer.

This essay explores the intertextual qualities in and between Kristian Lundberg?s works Yarden, Mörkret skulle vara som ljuset and Och allt skall vara kärlek. Read as a trilogy, it bears a thematic resemblance to Dante Alighieri?s Divine Comedy; an autofictional depiction of emancipation from alienation by grace. To reach this conclusion, I use Julia Kristeva?s theory of intertextuality and Roland Barthes? post-structuralist differention of Work and Text together with his notion of the Paper-Author.

This study explores Sweden's climate change denial by analyzing the spoken-word discourse of its countermovement, focusing on digital media content from Swedish parliament member Elsa Widding with an aim to provide empirical insights into the discourse of Sweden's Climate Change Countermovement (CCCM). Questions guiding this study are: What are the most prevalent topics and themes related to climate change denial and skepticism? How do they align with established categories of climate change denial, shaping the overall narrative? What mobilizing ideas and meanings are present, how are they shaped, and how do they contribute to the movement's goals? The material consists of Elsa Widding's complete audio-based "movement texts'' from 2019-2023, including YouTube content, podcasts, and appearances on Riks, totaling over 2000 minutes of audio transcribed into text via AI technology. Methodologically, this study adopts a mixed-method approach which blends computational pattern detection, topic modeling, clustering, and spatial relationship mapping techniques, along with qualitative content and framing analysis. Theoretically, the study employs a perspective which uses epistemic and response skepticism to examine climate change denial, viewing it through the lens of countermovements and social movement framing. The study's main contribution lies in the enablement of comprehensive analysis of a large audio-based dataset, achieved by leveraging recent AI advancements for reliable audio-to-text conversion combined with topic modeling.

Det finns flera fördelar med att digitalisera företagets affärsdokument; bland dessa kan nämnas minskade utrymmeskostnader och lättare delning av information. En process som inte sällan utgör en del av det elektroniska dokumenthanteringssystemet är hanteringen av dokumentmallar ? området som detta examensarbete kommer att fokusera på. Att på ett enkelt och smidigt sätt kunna förena data från ett affärssystem med en passande dokumentmall (kanske i form av en serverkomponent) och, baserat på denna process, generera t.ex. en faktura eller plocklista är något som varje elektroniskt dokumenthanteringssystem värt namnet borde kunna.

Uppsatsen syftar till att belysa begreppet helhetssyn i Lpo 94, och lärarnas uppfattning om fenomenet. Både som det är och hur den skulle kunna vara, samt att genom litteraturstudier skapa insikt om arbetsstrukturer som kan ligga i fas med läroplanens uppställda kriterier.Under arbetet med uppsatsen har jag granskat forskarnas åsikter, Lpo 94, kursplaner, och intervjuat lärare om helhetssyn och lärande i senare skolåren. Jag valde intervjuer som metod därför att mitt intresse kretsade kring individens upplevelse av ett fenomens kvaliteter. Den intervjutyp som jag använde mig av var den riktat öppna. Upplägget var fyra nyckelbegrepp med tillhörande underfrågor.

Most people would agree that privacy is a civil right, and that we should not be deprived of this civil right for other than legitimate reasons. The difficulty lies instead in how to decide where the legislative boundary should be drawn for the right to privacy, in order to protect the individual from an undue intrusion of his privacy. There are a number of areas where the right to privacy comes in conflict with opposite interests. One of these areas is credit report. In this master thesis the author discusses questions as, what is the meaning of the word privacy, and whether the protection of privacy is sufficient in the legislation concerning credit report? Also a comparative study of the Swedish and the English regulation is performed.

Syfte: Syftet med examensarbetet är att identifiera attityder och intentioner som ligger till grund för konsumentbeteenden gentemot certifierat kaffe. Med hjälp av konsumentteorier ska vi tolka detta samt kategorisera konsumenter. Metod: Med hjälp av en tolkningsbaserad ansats genomför vi en kvalitativ studie i form av fokusgrupper. Teoretiskt perspektiv: Vidare använder vi oss av Theory of Planned Behavior och ABC-modellen kopplat till hierarkier av effekter för att tolka vårt empiriska material. Empiri: Vi har använt oss av fokusgrupper där respondenterna är kaffekonsumenter uppdelade efter ålder och kommer från Lund och Stockholm.

Frekvensen exklusivt ammade barn visar en nedåtgående trend i Sverige. Det finns forskning som visar att om blivande föräldrar kan uppmuntras att planera amning och föräldraledighet innan barnet är fött, ökar sannolikheten att barnet blir exklusivt ammat i sex månader. Genom en enkätstudie bland 154 kvinnor undersöktes eventuella samband mellan föräldrars planering av amning, föräldraledighet och andra inverkande faktorer.De flesta kvinnor i studien hade intentionen att amma exklusivt i sex månader och att vara föräldraledig med sitt barn under de första sex månaderna. Varken kvinnans ålder eller partnerns utbildningsnivå påverkade amningsplaneringen. De flesta kvinnor som planerade att amma i sex månader hade minst universitetsutbildning.

The amount of information stored on the internet grows daily and naturally the requirements on the systems used to search for and analyse information increases. As a part in meeting the raised requirements this study investigates if it is possible for a automatised text analysis system to distinguish certain groups and categories of words in a text, and more specifically investigate if it is possible to distinguish words with a high information value from words with a low information value. This is important to enable optimizations of systems for global surveillance and information retrieval. The study is carried out using word spaces, which are often used in text analysis to model language. The distributional character of certain categories of words is examined by studying the intrinsic dimensionality of the space, locally around different words.

Background Satisfaction of life and wellbeing is shown to be important when the quality of life is to be understood. The nurse has a significant role in the care of the patient and in his/her experience of life. Aim The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of life, from a nurse perspective. Method The text analysis was carried out with qualified attempts, of a book, "Quality of life a challenge for the nurse" (in Swedish) by T. Rustoen, a nurse who also worked as a teacher in Norway. The book describes how quality of life is experienced from the patients and staffs view. Results The text analysis showed that out of the ordinary descriptions of quality of life, the author found four new themes. These themes where; the meaning of solidarity, confidence, activity and meaningfulness in the existence. Conclusion Quality of life is an important word, which means different to different kind of people.

AbstractAim of this project was to analyse signals and try to localize the position of source of sound. It is donewith three microphones which have 90 degrees angle to each other. Each microphone detects one partof the sound wave. The microphones are connected toan ADC which turns signals from analogue todigital shape. After that the three signals are transformed to a computer.
