Studiens problemställning lyder som följer: Hur bygger, behåller mindre tjänsteföretag kundrelationen samt hur personalen påverkar relationen? Syftet med studien är att söka reda på existerande teori kring ämnet kundrelationer, samt beskriva hur ett mindre tjänsteföretag agerar för att skapa en så god kundrelation som möjligt. Studien kommer även att resultera i ny kunskap inom ämnet kundrelationer. I studien användes en kvalitativ metodansats samt primär- och sekundärdata. För att kunna gå på djupet i den kvalitativa metodansatsen valdes olika kriterier ut genom en mindre enkätundersökning.

Denna studie behandlar fenomenet om, och i så fall hur, genomförandet av evenemang påverkar hotell som är belagda på samma destination som evenemanget arrangeras. Fokus i denna studie ligger på hur evenemangen Ironman samt GuldAgility har påverkat hotellet Best Western Plus Kalmarsund Hotell, på destinationen Kalmar.Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka om hotells omsättning och beläggning samt marknadsföring och varumärkesskapande påverkas av arrangerandet av olika evenemang på destinationen där verksamheten sker. I studien diskuteras även i vilken utsträckning hotellet i fråga gynnas av sitt deltagande i evenemang. Vad som framgår i studien är att både omsättning och beläggning för Best Western Plus Kalmarsund Hotell påverkas positivt vid arrangerande av större evenemang för en destination med Kalmars storlek. Vid valet av deltagandet i de specifika evenemangen har Best Western Plus Kalmarsund Hotells varumärke stärkts i och med att de vill ses som ett idrottshotell.

The title Urban furniture for young people reveals that this paper handles two central phenomenon in landscape architecture; the form and content of the urban spaces, respectively the users and their need for an appropriate outdoor environment in the city. In this paper youth is referred to as 15-18 year olds and the paper is based on theories of their physical use of the city?s outdoor environment. Urban furniture refers to equipment and components in the public room which becomes furniture when people takes them in to claim and gives them a meaning and a function that is useful for the moment. The starting point is that the users, in this case youths, defi nes urban furniture as something signifi cantly more than traditional park furniture, bicycle racks and waste baskets. This paper aims to investigate how the city?s furniture can be developed to meet the youths need to see each other, move and make their marks in the public room. The theories about how youths uses the city are presented in the Theory chapter.

Denna rapport handlar om optisk koherenstomografi, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), en relativt ny teknik som blivit allt mer attraktiv på sjukhusens ögonkliniker. En OCT-apparat används bland annat för diagnosticering av ögonsjukdomar lokaliserade i gula fläcken och runt optiska disken. I maj 2007 köpte Ögonkliniken på Blekingesjukhuset in en 3D OCT-1000 av märket Topcon. Hos denna OCT-apparat finns en mätfunktion, Caliper, som mäter näthinnetjocklek. Studien i denna rapport syftade till att ta reda på vad Caliper mäter, hur den mäter och om den går att lita på. En OCT-undersökning utfördes på tio testpersoner.

Aim Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire 2007 (DCDQ'07) is an international survey tool based on parents' estimation of their child's motor coordination skills. The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity of a Swedish version of DCDQ'07 by finding out how the classification of Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) via DCDQ'07 is consistent with the classification of DCD via the motor impairment test, Movement ABC.MethodIn the context of a larger study, a Swedish translated version of the parent survey DCDQ'07 were sent to 4000 randomly selected families with children aged 8 - 10 years in Stockholm County. The classifications "DCD" or "NOT DCD" with cut-off values ??of 56 (9 years) and 57 (10 years) were applied. Forty families were selected from 410 registered responses.

There are many reasons why people start their own company, but the most common ones are the wish to fulfil oneself and to be able to plan one's own time.

The word crisis is often used in everyday language, but according to political theory it actually refers to a crisis situation within a country where national interests suddenly are at stake demanding that important and complex decisions must be made within certain time constraints. These decisions can in turn lead up to most fatal consequences. USA, being one of the world's superpowers is most certainly involved in crisis situations directly or indirectly, frequently or more seldom. Amounts of people get suddenly involved and even more people can be drawn in by the decisions that are made thereby. Research has shown that the character of a leader affects decision-making.

Under början av 1990-talet inledde Volvo Personvagnar i Olofström en process där övervakning av robotiserad MIG/MAG-svetsning var i fokus. Det ledde fram till ett forskningsprojekt som resulterade i att Stefan Adolfsson, Lunds tekniska högskola/Blekinge tekniska högskola, 1998 presenterade avhandlingen Automatic Quality Monitoring in GMA Welding using Signal Processing Methods [5]. I den presenterades ett SPRT-baserat övervakningskoncept för övervakning av MIG/MAG-svetsning med kort- och spraybåge. För att få fram ett kostnadseffektivt övervakningssystem uppkom tanken att använda vanliga PC-datorer som plattform. De erbjuder hög beräkningskapacitet till förhållandevis låg kostnad.

The cadastral index map is a great benefit to the surveying and governments. The map's main purpose is to show how the overall cadastral division looks in Sweden. The lack of quality of the cadastral index map dose not allows property-owners to know where to draw the boundary between their and others' property. In order to know where to find the boundaries between two properties, is it up to the property-owners themselves (self or in company by the other property-owner) to construct various usucaption at the boundaries. The main objective of the study is to verify the existence and extent of usucaption on forest properties in Bodan, a village outside Skellefteå.

This thesis project focuses on the need for better tools for analyzing competition for forest fuels in Sweden, in particular how policy measures may influence the market and involved actors in different regions of Sweden. Raw materials from the forest have for long constituted important inputs in the Swedish forest industry. Today some of these raw materials are increasingly used as inputs also in bioenergy production, largely driven by bioenergy promoting policies, and there are signs of increased competition for forest fuels which may have various and uncertain effects on the industries in question. The thesis project explores the possibilities to adapt previously used forest sector equilibrium models into a new model suitable for analysis of Swedish forest fuel markets, called the Swedish Forest Sector Trade Model (SFSTM). The approach takes into account regional differences in supply and demand for 23 types of products produced and/or used by eight types of producers, plus consumers, in five different regions (four Swedish and one international).

The aim of this study has been to examine how people with the chronic disease diabetes are seek-ing information about their disease. The study also look at the sources, which are mainly used, and the information behavior of the participants in this study. Especially in diabetes health care the idea of empowerment is central, which means that the patients need a lot of information to get know-ledge and become empowered. The study also examine the public library as a resource of health information, and for that purpose an examination of the OPAC catalog in two public libraries has been done, using the word ?diabetes? to illustrate the literature and other medias related to di-abetes.

This MA thesis analyzes how the protagonists and the narrative structure relates to ?the Child? as a linguistic/cultural construction in Mare Kandre?s early authorship (1984-1991). A thematic of children portraits defines this period of Kandre?s writing, which consits of the following works: In a Different Country (1984), The Annunciation (1986), Bübin?s Kid (1987), The Burning Tree (1988) and Aliide, Aliide (1991).Linguistic components, such as the word ?child?, the name ?Kid? and a reconstruction of the concept of childhood, holds an actuate position in these narratives when they first appear in direct relation to the protagonists. This suggests how generally accepted categories and concepts consciously are at work in Kandre?s writings.

Föreliggande studie syftade till att undersöka fonologin hos svensktalande barn mellan 3 och 4 år. I studien medverkar 69 barn, varav 33 pojkar och 36 flickor. Bedömningen genomfördes med ett nytt fonologisk bedömningsmaterial, LINUS kortversion. Testerna utfördes i områden belägna i tre kommuner i sydöstra Sverige där socioekonomisk status låg nära riksgenomsnittet. Bedömningarna spelades in, transkriberades och analyserades av två bedömare.

Denna rapport analyserar ekosläckning för en full duplex högtalartelefon. Systemet bygger på en LMS-algoritm som har implementerats på en TMS320C3 1 signalprocessor. Arbetet har gått ut på att undertrycka ekon genom utnyttja så mycket som möjligt av processoms kapacitet. Möjligheterna för att två eller fler personer skall kunna tala med varandra på att ledigt sätt genom en högtalartelefon påverkas mycket av de ekon som finns i systemet. Högtalartelefonens mikrofon fångar upp ljudet ifrån sin egen högtalare och skickar detta ljud tillbaka genom telefonnätet. Utan någon form av ekokontroll uppstår ett irriterande eko av sin egen röst i telefonen. Ju längre fardröjning som telefonnätet tillför, ju mer irriterande blir ekot. Konventionella högtalartelefoner använder röstaktivering av mikrofonen för att bli av med ekot.

Aphasia is a linguistic impairment which affects communication and may have an impact on a person?s narrative ability. The purpose of the present study was to analyse the narrative ability in aphasia by narrative interviews with people with aphasia and their partners. The interviews were scrutinised for strategies used in joint narration involving couples where one of the spouses has aphasia. The definition of strategies was methods to cope with communicative difficulties often due to aphasia.
