Den här studien undersöker för- och nackdelar med att migrera existerande mobilaapplikationer till Xamarins crossplatform ramverk Xamarin Forms. Metoden somanvänts för att samla in data är inom ramen för forskningsparadigmet Design Science.En prototyp har utvecklats med syftet att undersöka vad som är möjligt att migrera tillXamarin Forms. Prototyputvecklingen har dokumenterats i loggböcker som sedananalyserats som kvalitativ data. Två intervjuer har även genomförts med andraxamarinutvecklare med syftet att nå en djupare förståelse för ämnet. Studien harproducerat ett flödesschema för när ett beslut om att migrera en existerande applikationtill Xamarin Forms bör tas.

The purpose with this exam project has been to explore how satisfied the buyers of forest land have been with their real estate broker through the transfer process. The respondents had the opportunity to rate a number of different questions around the current acquisition. A questionnaire with 19 acquisition-related questions was sent to 134 people. People who since 2008-01-01 until today, have acted as a buyer of forest land. 80 responses were achieved and the result shows that the majority of buyers have a high gathered satisfaction..

Swedish listed property companies report their investment properties under the standard IAS 40 that gives the opportunity to value investment properties to either historical cost or to fair value model. One problem with the fair value model is that there is no observable market price since the real estate market is far from complete which means that the price of the asset is hard to determine because of the limited information.IAS 40 gives companies the opportunity to choose between internal or external valuation and this study aims to show how the property companies? values appeared between the years 2007-2011. From the result we will study if there could be a difference in the outcome depending on if the company chose either internal or external valuation.To investigate this we observe all Swedish real estate companies listed on OMX Nordic Stockholm and their financial reports during this period of time and complement this information by interviewing people working with these matters in the property companies. The methodology for the study is therefore partly quantitative and partly qualitative since we collect data both from financial reports and from interviews.

We have used a qualitative approach and our thesis is based on a qualitative text analysis study where we have analyzed 13 articles (the articles are from scholarly journals, magazines and trade/professional) from 2007 to 2009.

För att besvara delfråga 1 utförs en litteraturstudie med tillhörande analys, för att besvara delfråga 2 och 3 kommer flertalet kvasiexperiment att utföras i en labbmiljö. Issues related to multilingualism and its importance to each individual and the whole society are the subject of today?s school debate. The mere fact that the aspects of multilingualism are discussed actively not only in a school environment but even in the mass media and other communities proves that multilingualism is an important and complex phenomenon in our lives.The subject that I have chosen to study into is about the importance of multilingualism for minority individuals and the conditions for their multilingualism. The aim of this research is to investigate the importance of multilingualism for identity formation among several Russian-speaking young people who were born and raised in Estonia, as well as to try to understand the factors that were relevant to these young people's multilingualism and their view on it. Six young people aged 16-19 were considered in this study.

All small- and medium-sized family owned enterprises need to sooner or later undergo a change of ownership. When the elder generation is approaching their retirement they have to make a choice; either hand over the business to the younger generation or sell it to an outsider. The succession of the family owned business can create a life long dilemma for the entrepreneur. From the view of taxation there are, according to current legislation, no reasons to plan the succession to the younger generation. There I was given the opportunity to meet different personalities and take part in their stories and everyday life. I have followed this life and collected memories and in this project I have portrayed an older generation, now looked upon only as crumbs, yet crumbs that in many ways rested on and still rests on society today..

Ett nystartat företag ville skapa en hemsida som såg ut och fungerade som Outlook.  Denna sida skulle senare kunna kopplas till Exchange eller något liknande e-postserverprogram. Under arbetets gång så installerades en labbserver med Exchange. När servern var färdig så skulle det gå att koppla upp företaget Teleriks webmaillösning för att sedan kolla om den klarar av Exchange. Målet var att en sida liknande Outlook, till utseende samt funktion, skulle skapas. Denna sida skulle sedan kopplas ihop med en fungerande Exchange server.

Att implementera scriptmotorer i Windows-applikationer öppnar upp många intressanta möjligheter, varav en av dessa är att göra kundanpassningar till ett system utan att kompilera om källkoden. Några problemställningar som skall utvärderas är hur det kan implementeras en scriptmotor till ett affärssystem och vad finns det för färdiga scriptmotorer och scriptspråk som kan användas, och hur det på ett lämpligt sätt kan skapas anropspunkter till script så som händelser, knappar och menypunkter. I denna uppsats ges ett förslag på en möjlighet att anpassa ett affärssystem under dess exekvering genom att integrera en scriptmotor till systemet. Denna teknik kommer att tillåta olika kunder att själva anpassa ett system efter deras egna behov, men dock inom ett visst ramverk. Syftet med detta är att öppna upp möjligheten att skapa egna anpassningar av systemet på ett snabbt och ekonomiskt tillvägagångssätt..

This paper is based on a study seeking answers to questions about how the judges at district courts look at mediation as a way to deal with custody and visitation disputes between parents who do not live together. The questions posed in this study are: When is a mediator appointed? What result do judges expect to mediation? What do the judges say about how a mediator should work? What are the judge?s opinions about the lawyer?s role in these cases? Finally, how do the judges define the children?s needs and how do the judges check that the solution is best for the child? The study also aims to compile theories of mediation, to create new knowledge and to possibly develop new research questions related to mediation. The study is a qualitative case study with law sociological and abductive approach. The interviewed judges all have a lot of experience in family law cases.
