An increasing amount of companies and organizations are starting to implement the use of cloud computing in their business. This trend results in that software, which was previously sold and distributed to the customers whom then had to install the software on their own computers, now is being replaced with Software as a Service (SaaS). SaaS makes software available through the customers? browsers, which results in that the service providers only have to administer a single application. The process to migrate a distributed application to a service delivered as a SaaS lacks sufficient investigation; this paper will provide some guidelines for conducting such a pro- cess.

The lack of housing in the Swedish metropolitan areas is today a well-known fact. This isespecially true for the region in and around Stockholm. Due to the large amount ofmunicipality-owned land within Stockholm municipality the area for many new housingprojects are acquired through land allocation. How much time this process of land allocationconsumes for a typical project is today not really known. Equally unknown is the exactoutcome of the process, i.e.

Det finns ett flertal olika intrångsmetoder som utnyttjar olika typer av svagheter i datorsystemen. Denna uppsats inriktar sig på svagheter i webbplatsernas serverskriptsystem, dess skriptkod och konfiguration. Syftet är att undersöka huruvida intrång kan göras med endast en webbläsare via webbplatsens offentliga webbsidor.

Denna Kandidatuppsats intresserar sig för humankapitalets roll i svenska industriföretagens årsrapporter åren 2007 och 2011. Ämnesvalet grundar sig i faktumet att tidigare forskning kring humankapital fokuserat på tjänsteföretag, trots att vi idag lever i ett kunskapssamhälle där humankapitalets betydelse borde vara av relevans även inom verkstadsindustrin eftersom även industrin kräver alltfler högutbildade medarbetare. Uppsatsen analyserar de så kallade Konradvariablerna, det vill säga nyckeltalsmätning av humankapital. Konradvariablernas utveckling undersöks samt jämförs med kontrollvariabeln produktivitet. Resultatet visar att redovisningen av icke obligatoriska Konradvariabler har minskat mellan de två undersökningsåren, 25 % av de 16 undersökta Konradvariablerna redovisades år 2007 mot 20 % år 2011. Vidare påvisas ett starkt samband mellan förändringen av produktivitet och förändringen av de två Konradvariablerna vinst per anställd och förädlingsvärde per anställd hos de enskilda undersökningsobjekten.

Sverige har ett av världens högsta skattetryck vilket medför att det alltid varit attraktivt med skatteplanering och skatteundandragande aktiviteter för att finna förmånligare skattesituationer. Ett regelverk som kan anses ge upphov till att många skattskyldiga försöker finna förmånligare skattesituationer i form av skatteundandragande aktiviteter är de så kallade fåmansföretagsreglerna som innebär för de som träffas, att beskattning kan komma att ske i både inkomstslaget kapital och inkomstslaget tjänst.Ett förfarande som blivit uppmärksammat i praxis och som framställningen är koncentrerad på, är då en svensk fåmansföretagare överlåter sina andelar till underpris till ett av honom ägt holdingbolag i ett annat land beläget inom EES-området, som i sin tur överlåter andelarna till marknadspris till en extern köpare i Sverige. Sedan Sverige omarbetat sin lagstiftning avseende underprisöverlåtelser av kapitalvinstbeskattade tillgångar efter påtryckningar från EG-domstolen kan dessa överlåtelser göras till utländska bolag belägna inom EES-området utan att uttagsbeskattning blir aktuell. Efter utflyttning från Sverige undkommer den skattskyldige svensk skatt. Det har uppstått frågor kring om det går att bortse från det utländska holdingbolaget och istället anse att fåmansföretagaren avyttrar sina aktier direkt till den externa köparen då det utländska bolaget endast används som mellanhand i syfte att undkomma svensk skatt.

This examination work is performed at the institution of industrial economy and production at Jonkoping technical university, for JELD-WEN Door Solutions plant in Forserum.Today the focus in the company is on to reduce their inventories binding of capitals as well as inventory of products and that includes to get a good control of the supply and handling of material which is of great importance.JELD-WEN Door Solutions is one of the worlds leading producers of windows and doors and the head-office is located in Oregon, USA.A great number of wooden doors are manufactured by the company in varying of constructions, classifications and performance.The production of the plant in Forserum has a project- and customer focus manufacturing where only internal doors are produced. The overall market they are concentrated on is to different institution such as schools, hospitals etc.The purpose of this work is to investigate possibilities to improvement of material- and production control at JELD-WEN. The report will handle the master production schedule to and from the production divisions within manufacturing industry. Focus will be on the way for information- and material flows from arrival, transport within the company and further on to customers.Further a map of the flow was performed which gave a clearer picture of the connection between the flow of information- and material for the manufacturing process. On the basis of the mapping of the flow, the group discovered that the flow of material had some improvement potential.

Bakgrund och problem: Under hösten år 2008 drabbades världsekonomin av en djup lågkonjunktur. Efterfrågan på olja sjönk och fraktpriserna på olja sjönk till de lägsta nivåerna på tolv år. I ekonomipressen förekom under år 2009 artiklar som talade för att rederibranschen stod inför en svår kris. Eftersom konjunkturen är kopplad till nedskrivningsbehov väcks frågor kring detta. I rederibranschen står fartyg för en betydande del av tillgångarna och nedskrivning kan ha stor påverkan både på resultat- och balansräkning.

Findus Sverige AB, referred to asFindus from now on, harvests peas during a period ofaround 50 days during the summer. The harvest generates about 30 000 tonnes of peas which gives around 40 000 pallets to distribute to the warehouses which Findus uses for final storage. Three hours after the peas are picked in the fields, they have to be frozen to keep their good taste and quality. Because of this the pallets are marked with a preliminary label with quality classification of the content. The Findus quality department then has one day to determine the correct quality of each pallet.

This thesis examines the environmental benefits resulting from the choice of environmental certification scheme, with focus on energy. This was carried out by studying the measures that were implemented as a result of the certification of Sweco's three largest office buildings in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The office property in Stockholm has been certified with the Swedish Environmental Building, Gothenburg with the British BREEAM and Malmö with the U.S system LEED.The results from the study indicate that an environmental certification can reduce the energy consumption by up to 59 percent and the water consumption by 20 to 66 percent. However; the interviews, literature study and simulations in MATLAB indicate that the size and scope of these environmental benefits depend on several identified factors: the type of building and its conditions, system selection, grade level, the choice of indicators, the ambition of those involved and when in time the certification process begins. The comparison between Environmental Building, LEED and BREEAM showed that Environmental Building for the office property in Stockholm gave the largest environmental benefit in terms of reduced energy consumption thanks to several large measures.

The effects of the deregulation of the electricity market 1996 in Sweden on short-term hydropower regulation are unknown. This report investigates patterns in subdaily regulation in the Ångerman River Basin during the period 1993-2011. Differences in subdaily flows and zero flow events between the periods 1993-1995 and 1996-2011 were studied by analyzing hourly data from 8 regulated and 8 unregulated locations with four subdaily flow variation indices. No correlations between the market deregulation and the regulation intensity in the Ångerman River basin were detected. The number of days natural ranges of variability were exceeded and the magnitude of subdaily variation were significantly higher at regulated locations.

Deras tidrapporteringssystem var föråldrat och de använder sig idag av papper och penna för att registrera de olika anställdas tider. De ville dåveta hur man skulle kunna datorisera detta påett enkelt, smart och prisvärt sätt. Genom att gå till grunden för hur ett litet företag i dagens läge skulle kunna gå tillväga för att datorisera exempelvis ett sådant system krävdes genomgående information om allt från undersökningar, priser för liknande typer av kravspecifikationer och jämförande mellan olika produkter/tjänster.

This thesis includes an energy survey of the Herrgården pre-school, which has a modern heating- and ventilation system, and a comparison with Östers pre-school which has an older system. An energy survey of Östers pre-school has already been done by a group of three students and all the calculations and values have been collected from that survey. As of today, both pre-schools are heated thru district heating. It will be much easier to make smart and feasible energy-saving-measures by first conducting the energy survey.Herrgården pre-school in Gävle houses 81 children, therteen teachers, one cleaner and one cook. It was finished in the middle of 2009 and the staff has been very pleased with the in-door climate.

This empirical work and base has been to analyze the government?s investigation (SOU 2008:27): the future road ? a reformed high school, which led to the high school reform that the Swedish government introduced as proposition (2008/09:199) about: Higher demand and quality within the high school. Skolverket (part of the Swedish government) has worked with the development of this steering document within their own mission Gy2011 in connection with the high schools during the transition. The reform comes into effect 1 of July 2011. This led to the main purpose to ask questions what high school principals and teachers think of the reform and to what extent it effects the high school programs, the examination system, what impact they see on the individual and the demand from society, and to some extent what the respondent´s answers about the government?s definition of what the higher demand and quality in the reform signify.
