The increased interest in relationship marketing and the potential of the Internet as a platform for relationship building activities have given rise to new ways for companies to interact with their customers, such as services based on a freemium pricing model. Based on the premise that relationships are processes consisting of interactive moments of value-creating activities, value is considered subjective, relative and dependent on the context in which the activity takes place. Value is therefore variable given its context and cannot be pre-defined without nuances being lost. Despite the Internet's given role in societal development, our understanding of what contributes to customers' intentions to build relationships with online services is yet to mature.As the music industry is well established on the Internet, alongside the change in how music is consumed, it is thus appropriate to examine activities in accordance with a freemium based service that distributes music online, since it still lacks in academic understanding.This study aims to provide insights about virtual relations and how online services that provide cultural content should relate to there users as well as contributing to the ongoing academic discussion regarding value and how it is manifested by highlighting contextual impact on relational activities. For a rapprochement of relations to online services in cultural industries, this study assumed a practice perspective.

Syftet med denna rapport är att belysa ATA/Polis 2008 ur olika perspektiv för att se hur dettagit hänsyn till forskning kring sömn och skiftarbete samt hur väl myterna kring arbetspassetslängd samt dygnsvilan stämmer.Orsaken till att författaren valde att fördjupa sig i ATA/Polis samt sömn och skiftarbete är föratt arbetstidsavtalet fick sådan uppmärksamhet då det slöts och det florerade mycketfrågetecken kring vad avtalet egentligen innebar.För att besvara syftet studerades ATA/ Polis 2008, litteratur kring sömn och skiftarbete ochslutligen genomfördes fyra stycken intervjuer med poliser från fyra olika polismyndigheter iSverige.Resultatet visar att alla myndigheter förutom Västerbottens län ger direktiv till poliserna att deej får lägga arbetspass som överstiger nio timmar. Stockholms län har ett undantag från avtaletvilket innebär att de kan få arbeta tio timmars pass vid större händelser och samtligamyndigheter har en regel om att dygnsvilan skall vara minst elva timmar. Stockholms län harett undantag som tillåter att de en gång per schemaperiod får understiga dygnsvilan på elvatimmar.Vidare visar resultatet att polisernas arbetstid har ökat och i samband med veckovilan innebärdet flera arbetspass. The purpose of the study is to examine what effects the law has on principals? approaches to mandatory reporting of child maltreatment (Social Services Act 14:1§). Moreover, the aim is to study if the regulation gets the impact intended. To respond to the purpose, legal science methods in the form of sociology of law were employed aided by qualitative semi-structured research interviews. The interviews comprised six principals in six different schools in the Stockholm area.

A valid arbitration agreement constitutes a bar to court proceedings as well as a prerequisite for arbitral proceedings. In NJA 2008 p. 406 and NJA 2012 p. 183, the Swedish Supreme Court applied the so-called doctrine of assertion with respect to the issue of whether a dispute should be settled by arbitration or litigation. Abstract Many researchers in social work believe that in today's society require the interaction between organisations takes place on social problems. This study examined the interaction between the police, social services and schools.The purpose of this study are as follows; the aim is to investigate the interaction between social services, the police and schools about young people aged 12-18 years who are at risk for abuse and crime.My questions are: How do the different professions interact regarding young people at risk for abuse and crime? How do they meet young people in their daily work? What obstacles can the different professions see in interaction? What effects do the different professions see in interaction?The study is a qualitative study conducted with semi-structured interviews. Respondents have been two from each organisation.The theory used in the analysis of empirical data is new-institutionalismen. New-institutionalism is a theory developed from organizational theories.

Stress is part of everyday life and in the working conditions of the social services in Sweden. Thus each and every person has resources and strategies to cope with those stressors that construct the assumption of stress. The aim of this study was to understand how persons in leading positions of the LSS of Social Services in Kalmar experience and cope with stressors in their leadership and organization and to investigate what factors during working and non-working hours promote health. Influenced by the theoretical approach of Aaron Antonovsky´s Sense of Coherence seven qualitative interviews were conducted with persons in leading positions. They were asked about stressors, coping strategies, resources and health promoting factors that help to cope with stressors.

Munvården är ofta ett eftersatt område inom vården och omsorgen vilket återspeglar sig på munhälsan hos de boende. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om behovet av nödvändig tandvård har förändrats i Ludvika kommun under åren 2003-2008, samt att studera om de vårdtagare som var i behov av nödvändig tandvård fick densamma. Metoden var en beskrivande, retrospektiv journalstudie. Studien baseras på 2010 st screeningjournaler från år 2003 - 2008. Dessa screeningjournaler plus listor på vilka som fått nödvändig tandvård under de här åren har studerats och analyserats.

Semi structured interviews were used to investigate three menand four women?s experiences of using Windows mobiles with adaptedfunctions for text messaging.

The purpose of this thesis is to identify and define Key Perfomance Indicators (KPIs) and value adding services which are used to describe the quality of Forias logistics services from different aspects. The KPIs should be attractive to both Foria and their customers, with the aim to strengthen the interaction between both parties.The basis for this work is a research in which a literature review and a survey of the market for Swedish logistic service providers were carried out. An analysis of the present situation of Foria was carried out, where a number of people in the company were interviewed. These elements were used together with definitions of KPIs to perform the analysis of the work.The result of the work is ten KPIs that have been created and developed for Foria and which are considered to be attractive to both Foria and the selected customers. På grund av Apples stora framgångar med att lyckas sälja sina produkter till hemanvändare har nu även Mac-datorer börjat hitta till arbetsplatsen. Detta gör att det kommer finnas ett behov av att virtualisera Mac OS X i företagsmiljöer i framtiden då servervirtualisering är väldigt kostnadseffektivt. För att kunna virtualisera krävs en så kallad hypervisor. Det finns två olika typer, typ 1 och typ 2.

Examensarbetet är en studie på uppdrag av SCA Transforest i Sundsvall, som är ett logistikföretag inom SCA Forest Products. Studien är ägnad en av Transforests fem hamnterminaler, Interforest Terminal Sundsvall, ITS. ITS har ett magasinsutrymme på 70.000 m2 och hade år 2004 ett genomflöde på 1.431.000 ton främst i form av skogsindustriella produkter. Genomflödet av gods har över tiden kraftigt ökat vid ITS och idag upplever man att utrymmet både i befintliga magasin och i terminalen som helhet är begränsat. Då en fortsatt ökning av godsvolymer är trolig och möjligheten att utöka terminalområdet är liten, vill ITS utreda hur flödena och lagerlogistiken i terminalen skulle kunna rationaliseras.
