Syftet med uppsatsen är att söka utröna huruvida etnicitet kan försvåra införandet av de villkorade flerpartival som är ett resultat av politisk konditionalitet. Inledningsvis genomförs en presentation av de teoretiska ramverk som omger den politiska konditionaliteten samt valbeteende i förhållande till politiserad etnicitet, och därefter söker jag applicera dessa på Zimbabwe och Kenya. Syftet är att avgöra huruvida det föreligger någon markant skillnad mellan länderna gällande den politiserade etnicitetens påverkan på de, medelst politisk konditionalitet, villkorade representativa flerpartivalen. Metoden är empirisk utifrån sekundärlitteratur, men i förlängningen även komparativ. En diskussionsdel, vari valen i förhållande till de teoretiska ramverken problematiseras, leder fram till slutsatsen att politiserad etnicitet kan få negativa konsekvenser för villkorade val om det finns en etnisk grupp som är i synnerlig majoritet..

This essay is about a debate concerning the magazine Axess, feminism and antifeminism - in relation to a issue of Axess called To a new feminism. The theoretical foundation of this essay is Pierre Bourdieu and his field theories. The battles taking place in this particular field concerns the positioning of feminism and antifeminism in the way we culturally interpret these in our society. The essay shows that the magazine Axess (at least in the first edition of 2012) links feminism with a very prominent symbolic capital in a culture context. This discussion can at times seem confusing, and this is probably due to the fact that Bourdieus symbolic capital can be a very abstract concept. The journalist and author Maria Sveland writes about the development of a culture moving towards accepting antifeminism (and also xenophobia). She expresses the opinion that this, to a high degree, is due to actors in the culture domain with a big amount of trust in the public eye has moved towards expressing anti-feministic (and xenophobic) views.

Syftet med det här arbetet är att undersöka hur utvecklingssamtalet presenteras i forskningen och hur några lärare tänker kring detta samtal. Dessutom diskuteras hur lärarnas uppfattningar om utvecklingssamtal överensstämmer med forskningens presentation. Fem låg- och mellanstadielärares tankar beskrivs efter en genomförd intervjuundersökning läsåret 03/04, en undersökning vars resultat har analyserats med kvalitativa metoder. Resultatet visar att lärarna idag till stor del genomför utvecklingssamtalen på ett sätt som stämmer överens med litteratur och styrdokument. Den stora skillnaden som finns är den att lärarna hellre genomför sina utvecklingssamtal i klassrummet för att eleven är trygg där.

This thesis includes an energy survey of the Herrgården pre-school, which has a modern heating- and ventilation system, and a comparison with Östers pre-school which has an older system. An energy survey of Östers pre-school has already been done by a group of three students and all the calculations and values have been collected from that survey. As of today, both pre-schools are heated thru district heating. It will be much easier to make smart and feasible energy-saving-measures by first conducting the energy survey.Herrgården pre-school in Gävle houses 81 children, therteen teachers, one cleaner and one cook. It was finished in the middle of 2009 and the staff has been very pleased with the in-door climate.

The work was carried out on Termisk Systemteknisk?s office in Linköping. The aim was to create a computer system with infrared camera technology for quality control and temperature monitoring of manufacturing processes in industry. The system should be configurable such that it can be used on several different issues, including those where the real-time analysis of camera images is required.The developed system is based on an existing framework, Panola, to deal with measurement results and images in a database. The framework is built for the system continually check for new data , and the task was to create a foundation upon which to build systems that use the framework, but fully or partially utilize direct calls .

Svenska filmbranschen styrs av ett filmavtal mellan staten och olika aktörer i branschen. Detta avtal skall förnyas under år 2013. Staten har i en avsiktsförklaring för det nya avtalet uttryckt en vilja till en förändring kring villkoren för att få statligt stöd för filmproduktion i Sverige. En så kallad teknikneutralitet skall införas som innebär att filmproduktioner inte längre på förhand behöver ha säkrat en biografdistribution för att få statligt ekonomiskt stöd. Detta skulle kunna innebära en förändring för den svenska filmens distribution i Sverige som i nuläget består av tämligen fast ordning på visningsfönster, där just biografdistributionen har en särställning.Vår forskning behandlar svenska filmproducenters, distributörers och biografägares tankar och åsikter kring distribution av svensk långfilm i Sverige.

This study has researched different motivations for user participation in brand related activities on social media. The study used three types of participation to evaluate motivations for user participation. These types were the following: consuming content, contributing to existing content and creating new content. An online questionnaire was distributed on brand Facebook pages and was used as a foundation for two focus group interviews that were then held. The goal of the study was to see what motivates user participation, in order to aid companies and organizations in understanding users.

During recent years, financial innovation has given rise to numerous structured investment opportunities aimed towards the general public. These have enabled private investors to engage in high-risk investments offering as much as 400 per cent leverage while oftentimes not fully having grasped the risk involved. The issuers of these securities have been criticized for using advertising of a too aggressive and misleading nature.By presenting 819 potential investors with two different investment opportunities yielding the same return over a six day period, we have aimed to assess whether the inclination of being affected by judegmental heuristics varies with factors such as knowledge, overall attitude towards the asset class, risk appetite and experience from previous investments.We have observed that investors' perception of the attractiveness of an investment can be distorted by altering the information presented to the investor. However, our findings show that this tendency decreases with an increased level of knowledge, experience and risk appetite..

During the work at Gateway Security AB in Motala I began examining available antenna models to get a wider perspective, this have given knowledge of their structure, and an understanding of their function. All my necessary fact is based on my observations and notes of these measurings. New antenna models, and available models were examined where measurements at different heights and different distances on the antenna were performed with the help of an oscilloscope and a measure probe, peak ? to - peak was brought on the signal. The measurements are presented in a line diagram.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate industrial branding, which as a relatively new concept, both for practioners as well as academia, comprises a less explored application of the brand concept. The theoretical background of the study consists of marketing theory concerning the brand concept, and theory concerning industrial marketing. The empirical foundation consists of case studies of four industrial companies, based on interviews with representatives from the companies. All four companies have engaged in activities which they themselves see as industrial branding. Initially, the study sets out to determine the occurence of industrial branding, according to this study?s definition, and continues to tentatively explore the implications of branding in an industrial context.

Jag har under mitt kandidatarbete gjort en praktisk studie av producentrollen på det Karlshamnsbaserade spelföretaget Black Drop Studios. I denna slutreflektion går jag igenom min egen process under utvecklingen av en spelprototyp av företagets primära produkt, plattforms-racing spelet Boingo. Under produktionen har jag som producent verkat för att effektivisera verksamheten och agerat som en resurs för teamet. Jag har haft dagliga möten och individuella samtal med medlemmarna i gruppen, samt kontinuerligt övervakat och utvärderat arbetsflödet genom det web-baserade projektledningsverktyget Redmine. Utöver min roll som producent har jag även arbetat med marknadsföring och presentation av den färdiga produkten på Game Developers Conference i San Francisco.

One of Banverket Trafiks information systems (Opera) presents the train?s actual position on a map and provides the user with physical information about the trains. Due to increasing demands on the information systems, Banverket Trafik needs to update the present system architecture in order to manage the increasing demands on map graphics and map functions. The aim of this report was to investigate the economy of passive houses. The work was focused on economy in total and on the economy of different components such as windows, insulation, heat exchanger and the air tightness of the climate shell. No attention was paid on the comfort factor or to the impacts on the environment.Two houses, aspiring to be passive were chosen; A big one and a small one. Hence, comparisons considering the size of the building have been possible to do as well.The comparisons were made by calculating ?break even? between two concepts; passive and BBR- concept.
