This qualitative review concerns motivation out of a teacher?s perspective. The aim of this study is to illuminate how a few teachers work with motivational work in school and elucidate which traits and competences the teachers consider important for them as motivatiors to possess. The result is based on semi-structured interviews with four active teachers with junior school qualifications. The objective was to learn more about the teacher?s own experiences and opinions regarding the construct of motivation, motivational work and their own role as motivators.

AbstractWhich assignment teachers feel they have to accomplish in their professional work has been thestarting point of this essay. To find this out, two questions have been asked:1.Which assignment do teachers experience as the most important assignment? How can this be relatedto the curriculum?2.How do teachers interpret the term 'learning'? How can this be related to the curriculum?Working as a teacher means that you have different assignments to implement, which brings complexityto it. One part is to prepare the students for becoming future citizens. Another part is to seeto that they reach the knowledge as well as other goals of the education.

Meeting the pupils at work it is important to endeavor an adjustment of the education with the purpose of developing the individual person. To make this possible it requires, except for the intentions of teaching with an individual adjustment, the teacher to make oneself acquainted with the schools work and liability. This is especially important in the work with students with difficulties. for this group of students perhaps an alternative form of education would be to prefer.As method of investigation I used a qualitative case study with a teacher who uses, what I would call, an alternative way of teaching. as a teacher you should pay attention to, and be aware of, how you effect your pupils and with this as a starting point conduct oneself.

The aim of present study is to evaluate the work of the employees within the Addict Care field, how they experience their struggle as well as the significance of the interaction between the client and the employees. It takes a great deal of effort when facing individuals with alcohol ?and drug related problems. The focus should be on the occupational and individual qualifications, while there is legislation, regulations and ethical guidelines to be followed. Intending to comprehend these issues better several interviews were made with six employees within The Administration for the Social Services and The Addict Unit in Växjö area.

Warehouses are a key aspect of modern supply chains and play a vital role in the success or failure of businesses today. Figures from the USA indicate that the capital- and operating costs of warehouses represent about 22 % of a company?s logistics costs while figures from Europe indicate 25 % (Baker & Canessa, 2009). Because warehousing is such an important function within a company, the authors chose to focus on this in their thesis. The purpose of this thesis has been to examine the significance of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and item identification with attention to logistic efficiency.

We have also tried to describe what the stereotypes of ?norrlänningar? are by examining what people say on web logs. The method we have used to find the stereotypes in our empirical material is the discourse analyse.

At two nursing homes for people with dementia a qualitative study was performed. The purpose was to investigate the therapy dog?s meaning to people with dementia from their perspective. Two women and five men with dementia were interviewed, everyone being somewhere between 60 and 87 years of age. All but one had previously owned a dog at some point in their lives.

The point of interest in this study is to identify whether ethnicity is a correlating factor regarding Hungarian immigrants? development of identity in Sweden. The general aim is to increase knowledge and understanding of the conditions for the Hungarian ethnical group in Sweden to reach self-realization. The main question is whether the general view of the background of this ethnical group has a connection to their self-realization in Sweden? Since the study involves a whole group of minority, a limitation has been made to adults living in the city of Halmstad, Sweden.

This project is a study in how to represent the Swedish magician and variety artist Carl-Einar Häckner in a web-based environment. With a starting point focusing on illustration I wanted to produce a web environment that would function as a prototype for a webpage. My personal aim was to explore and gain new experiences from working in a digital interactive environment. I wanted to use animation and illustration to create an atmosphere and communicate emotions, and in the end find out a way of how to integrate that with a more text based content. AbstractThe aim of the research presented in this thesis is to study how interactional strategies are used by children and what these strategies mean or imply in the preschool cultural context. The theoretical point of departure in the study is the socio-cultural perspective (William Corsaro, Roger Säljö, Jim Wertsch). The study is a contribution to the field of research that focuses upon contextual issues and an overall way of seeing the child. This is in opposition to the strong traditional psychological perspective in the development of the child, where a focus upon the individual dominates in special education. This ethnographic study aims to answer the following research questions; What interactional strategies are co-constructed by the children in preschool play? How do the interactional strategies influence the creation of culture in preschool play? The children, 3-5 years olds, and their play situation were in focus.

This work is based on qualitative interviews with four educationists who before their university studies lack education in their own field of work.
