How the media noice looks today and how the customers choose with emotion and needs. Methodology:                      We used a deductive approach as a starting point and after that study five different companies in border of media, advertising and event. Empirical framework:         Based on theory have we study five companies, Starcom, Picnic kommunikation AB, Klassons Mediabyrå, 7billion and Hansens. All companies are in the border of media, advertising and event. Conclusions:                       The most important of our study of marketing is to proceed from the potential customers needs because the advertising is very individual. To catch the customers attention is new, fast and effective communication channels very important.

Vi anser att läroböcker fyller en viktig funktion i utbildningssammanhang. Läroböcker och läromedel är redskap för elevers lärande. När redskapen är otillräckliga eller rent av frånvarande blir följden försämrad undervisning. Syftet med föreliggande examensarbete är att undersöka hur ett antal läroböcker i ämnet religionskunskap beskriver religion och livsåskådning. Vi vill genom vår undersökning dels ta reda på vilka principer som styr lärares läromedelsval och dels undersöka om det går att uppfylla religionskunskapsämnets kursmål med hjälp av innehållet i några strategiskt utvalda läroböcker. Svaren på våra frågeställningar har vi inhämtat genom tillämpning av metoder som komparativ dokumentanalys samt ostrukturerade intervjuer.

Abstract Title: A messy story ? a case study of Secorocs process flow of DTH-pipes Presentation date: 2010-06-02 Course: Bachelor thesis in businessAuthor: Kristoffer ForsmanAdvisor: Kjell GustafssonKeywords: Management control, process control, lean production, process flow analysisPurpose: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to develop an overview of the process flow for a specific product, and with the help of this mapping based on a lean production philosophy show possible improvement proposals and how these can lead to a more efficient process flow.Methodology: I have used a case study of Secorocs DTH-pipes and my primary data are gathered through interviews and observations. I have used theoretical framework to establish a process flow analysis. This is to obtain data on process activities and whether they are creating value or not. This leads to a current mapping of the situation in Secoroc on DTH-pipes and then analyzed and suggestions for improvement are developed.Conclusions: That by using the above mentioned mapping of process flow of DTH-pipes, problem areas could be illustrated.

Examensarbetet har genomförts på den produktionstekniska avdelningen på Volvo Construction Equipment i Hallsberg.Syftet varatt ta fram ett nytt koncept för hyttsvetsproduktionen på fabriken;hur produktionsprocessen skulle kunna se ut i framtiden. Man vill göra flödet i linan mer effektivt med avseende på kvalitet, flexibilitet samt eliminera tidsslöseri som idag är ett problem.När fabriken påbörjade sin produktionproducerade man två olika varianter av hyttertill anläggningsmaskiner, idag har man ökat produktionen till fyra varianter. I takt med att varianter samt orderingång ökat har man byggt på befintlig produktionslina istället för att utveckla en ny, anpassadlinafördet nya läget. Resultatet har blivit att maxkapaciteten är nådd och linan klarar inte att hantera en planerad produktionsökning.En grundlig analys av hyttsvetsprocessen, innehållande intervjuer med bland andra platschef, teknisk chef och flera tekniker genfördes för att få förståelse för processen. Övrig information såsom effektivitetsmätningar på utrustning, värdeflödesanalyser och avvikelserapportering har funnits tillgängligt och legat till grund för arbetet.

The Swedish Textile industry has since the beginning of the 70-ties moved their production to countries with cheap labour further and further away. The production in the Baltic countries and Asia has become reality for many Swedish manufacturing companies. With today?s technology the communication with remote countries has ceased to be a problem. The difficulties have instead turned out to be more focused on transportation of goods and just in time deliveries to Sweden.

Bakgrund: Hörselnedsättningar är mycket vanligt idag, framför allt bland äldre och många använder hörapparater. Hörselnedsättningar bland äldre tas på mindre allvar än i andra åldersgrupper, trots att kommunikation är mycket viktigt även inom denna grupp. Ofta läggs ansvaret för äldres hörapparater på omsorgspersonal. Tidigare undersökningar har visat att omsorgspersonal ofta saknar tillräckligt kunnande för att kunna hjälpa de äldre med hörselnedsättning med hörselrelaterade angelägenheter.Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete var att utforma ett informationsmaterial i två delar, en skriftlig informationsbroschyr och en inspelad informationsvideo, som behandlar hörsel, hörselnedsättningar, kommunikation och hörhjälpmedel. Målgruppen var personal inom äldreomsorg samt närstående till äldre med hörselnedsättning.Metod: Utifrån tidigare forskning, principer för informationsgrafik, modeller för patientundervisning och muntliga framställningar har en informationsbroschyr och en informationsvideo om hörsel och hörselrelaterade angelägenheter utformats.Resultat: En informationsbroschyr och en informationsvideo har utformats i detta arbete.Slutsatser: Att utforma informationsmaterial har varit ett krävande arbete då det fodrar kunskaper inom många områden.

I kursen självständigt arbete 15hp under grundlärarprogrammet fk-3 vid Uppsala Universitet har vi valt att göra ett läromedel i NO för dessa årskurser. Vi har i största möjliga mån försökt utforma läromedlet så flexibelt som möjligt, för såväl elever som lärare. Materialet är tänkt som en handledning för lärare i fysik och kemi, med elevsidor med experiment som är kopieringsbara. Boken har utformats utifrån ett genusperspektiv, men också med hänsyn till uppsatta kriterier för läromedel anpassade för elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar (med särskilt fokus på ADHD). Boken är skriven av oss, för oss.

A study to optimize insulation thickness for stock-, industrial- and office-buildings for external walls and roof in an economical perspective has been conducted on behalf of DynaMate. DynaMate?s role is to maintain all Scania?s buildings. Analysis has also included other parts of the building envelope, such as windows, exterior doors and industrial doors. In this thesis, three different types of exterior wall constructions has been investigated, these are a sandwich design consisting of sheet metal and a another one consisting of concrete, as well as a wall of concrete with a coating of plasters.
