Inom svensk logopedi används idag olika former av röstbehandling och en av dessa är resonansrörsmetoden, som är en relativt outforskad behandlingsmetod. Föreliggande studie syftar till att utifrån patienternas självskattning utvärdera två typer av röstbehandling; traditionell svensk röstbehandling och resonansrörsmetoden.Patienterna som ingick i studien var diagnostiserade med en funktionell eller funktionellt organisk röststörning och var över 18 år. Innan behandlingen påbörjades slumpades patienterna till endera behandlingsmetod, eller till en grupp som randomiserades efter åtta veckors väntetid. Totala antalet patienter var 19; elva i gruppen som har fått traditionell röstbehandling och åtta i gruppen som har genomgått resonansrörsmetoden. Nio av de 19 patienterna, har även genomgått ett uppföljningsbesök fyra månader efter avslutad behandling.

Transsexualism innebär en upplevelse av att det juridiska könet inte stämmer överens med könsidentiteten och följs ofta av en önskan om att korrigera sitt kön så att det överensstämmer med det upplevda. Rösten är en identitetsmarkör och utgör en betydande aspekt av könskorrigeringen. Denna studie utgjordes av en enkät riktad till 24 verksamma röstlogopeder samt 49 personer i könskorrigeringsprocess i Uppsala-Örebro sjukvårdsregion. Enkätstudien ämnade undersöka transsexuella personers upplevda behov av logopediska insatser och i vad mån de tillgodoses, vilka kunskaper logopederna upplever som nödvändiga, faktorer som kan försvåra arbetet samt behandlingsinnehåll. Ett ytterligare syfte var att jämföra resultaten från föreliggande studie med de resultat som framkom i studien av Andersson och Aronsson (2008)  som kartlade logopediskt omhändertagande av transsexuella i norra regionen.

This study aims to find possible effects from the use of Voice over internet protocol software together with computer gaming on young adults English output. The study also tries to find effects of media usage on output and if there exists differences between boys and girls. This is done through analysis based on data collected from 28 informants, age 16-18. The data consists of recordings of individual stories coupled with a survey. With the introduction of the Swedish Code for Corporate Governance in December 2004, most companies listed on the major Swedish stock exchanges were required to have a nomination committee responsible for, among other things, evaluating the incumbent board and nominating new candidates. This master thesis aims at analyzing the effects of these nomination committees on institutional investors in their corporate governance, through a qualitative study of 13 interviews. We have found that institutional investors have become more active through their participation in nomination committees and that they have gained more influence over the companies in which they own shares. We believe that in reality nomination committees have more influence over the selection of the board than was intended when the Swedish Code was written..

Föreliggande arbete utgör en delstudie i projektet Automatiserad telefonuppföljning inom Kriminalvården. Projektets övergripande syfte var att undersöka tillämpbarheten av Interactive Voice Response (IVR) som en modern metod för utvärdering, övervakning och påverkan av intagna som blivit villkorligt frigivna från ett fängelsestraff. IVR är en metodik baserat på automatiserade telefonintervjuer som bl. a innebär att en dator har programmerats för att ringa upp, ställa frågor, registrera svar och ge feedback till klienterna. I tidigare publikation från projektet undersöktes med hjälp av automatiserade telefonuppföljningar (IVR) hur stress och mående samt användande av alkohol och droger utvecklas under de trettio första dagarna efter avslutad anstaltsvistelse (Andersson et al, 2011).

The aim of this study was to examine how children in the age of 5 are communicating in play at the preschool and how their fantasy games are different from each other. In this study, I have gained a greater insight on how to control children's imagination games.My approach has been the observation of three fun times where I also used me out of a Voice recorder to record children's Voices when their children are communicating with each other during the time of play at the preschool.The results of my study showed that children's fantasy games based on children's past experiences in which children use different themes and characters. The children's communication activities are different from each other. Children have different themes but the deck is based on imagination and communication.Fantasy games that children perform is rooted in the experiences that children get through to experience and see the reality.

Enligt Hälso- och sjukvårdslagens ska behandling systematiskt utvecklas och säkras (HSL, SFS 1982:763). Logopedisk röstbehandling är inte ett undantag. I ett samverkansprojekt mellan Linköpings Universitet och sydöstra sjukvårdsregionen deltog sex logopedmottagningar genom att låta patienter som erhöll röstbehandling att fylla i självskattningsformuläret Rösthandikappindex, RHI, vid behandlingsstart och behandlingsslut. Projektets mål var att fungera som en utgångspunkt för framtida, systematiska förbättringsarbeten beträffande röstbehandling.Denna studie har ett tvådelat syfte. Den ämnar undersöka om summan av deltagarnas RHI-skattningar förändrades efter genomgången röstbehandling och huruvida ålder, röstkrav inom yrket samt antalet behandlingstillfällen påverkade resultatet av skattningarna.

In this essay I analyze the way my collection of poetry relates to the concept cyclic. What is cyclic and what different interpretations are there concerning the concept? Which other related concepts are there regarding things that seem to reoccur regularly? How does the cyclical, the circular, relate to the linear in regard, for example, to the perception of time? Life often creates the sense that different phenomena and experiences repeat themselves. Different processes are conducted according to regular or irregular cyclical phases, situations seem familiar and events can be relived.         Starting from my writing project Sinnligt kviller, a collection of poems, I discuss these questions in themselves and the impact they have had on my collection. I describe the phenomenon cyclic as a result of the emotions and moods this term creates in a more or less decisive way.         The intention with this paper is to show how Sinnligt kviller offers different perspectives of and reflections upon the various feelings provoked by the cyclic in our lives, feelings that are given my own Voice in the literary text under study..

The purpose of the essay is to analyze the welfare state from a gender perspective. Further, the paper analyzes and critically examines three different normative solutions provided by Irish Marion Young, Nancy Fraser and Jürgen Habermas for the realization of a welfare state that includes women.Habermas argues that the welfare state has created a situation of dependency and state paternalism which reduces both individual and collective self-determination. Young follows Habermas? argument. She argues for a political climate where justice is reduced to the distribution of material goods rather than the elimination of underlying relations of domination and gender specific patterns.

My intention with this study is to evaluate, as a singer and a Voice teacher, a number of routines for daily vocal practice through practical application. Seven different routines are presented, five of them originating from interviews with Swedish vocal teachers and singers and two chosen from literature. These routines are then tried out and evaluated. Using the results of these evaluations as a basis, I make an attempt at formulating my own personal practice routine, optimal for my own needs. I will also try to address motivational issues related to practice with hints acquired through the interviews.

Saab har utvecklat en produkt, Remote Tower, som tillåter flygledningen att fjärrstyra en flygplats, det vill säga att övervaka och kontrollera en flygplats på distans. Ett viktigt verktyg för flygledarna är VCS, Voice Communication System, som är Saabs egna röstkommunikationssystem, där både radio- och telefonkommunikation ingår. VCS används för att kommunicera med piloter och markpersonal på flygplatsen. Målet är att i framtiden kunna fjärrstyra fler flygplatser samtidigt, och då finns ett behov att visualisera de inkommande samtalen från de olika flygplatserna i realtid. Detta för att undvika ett scenario där flygledaren missar ett samtal.

Purpose/Aim: The aim is to study the critics own views upon their profession and upon the development of criticism, and to thereafter set this in relation to contemporary theory and debates.Material/Method: A qualitative study pursued through personal interviews. The results are categorized and split into different themes.Main Results: Through media convergence and a changed media culture the conditions for criticism have also been altered. But in spite of various negative prophecies, these changes cause no serious threat to criticism. New forums and new forms of criticism actually increase the importance of the traditional ditto as the authoritative Voice that holds the field together. Still, there are questions and fears about a future seemingly less and less predictable.
