Syfte och frågeställningar Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka om fotbollsspelare kan utveckla proprioception där visuell återkoppling systematiskt tas bort vid kontroll av bollen med fötterna.Frågeställningar:? Går det att utveckla förmågan att kontrollera bollen utan visuell återkoppling under en träningsperiod om fyra veckor och 12 träningspass? ? Hur förändras en fotbollsspelares prestation (kontroll av bollen) med avseende på en förbättrad proprioception med hänsyn tagen till: tid (sekunder), hastighet (varv/minut) samt antal tillfällen spelaren tittar respektive tappar boll?MetodTotalt 20 deltagare från ett pojkelitlag valdes ut och matchades inför träningsperioden in i en interventions- och en kontrollgrupp för att säkerhetsställa att båda grupperna var likvärdiga. Interventionsgruppen bestod av 12 deltagare, medelålder ± standardavvikelse (± SD) var 12,2 (± 0,2) år. Kontrollgruppen bestod av 8 deltagare, medelålder 12,0 (± 0,7) år. Interventionsgruppen har under fyra veckor genomfört fyra specifikt framtagna träningsövningar innehållandes uppvärmning inkluderat dribblingar och passningar, slalom, bollkontroll i lådram och smålagsspel.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrogation transcripts of interviews with girls between the age of 11 and 16 who are alleged victims of sexual crimes. The examination is done from a gender perspective, by comparing six interrogations by male interrogators and eight interrogations by female interrogators. The study has used linguistic indicators relating to the interrogation methodological guidelines, in order to highlight how the interrogators give girls the opportunity and space to share their experience of the alleged sexual offense. Text material is categorized based on themes and analyzed in detail to find any gender-specific patterns of hearing leaders and if the girls are given space and opportunity for a free storytelling. The results show that in several themes, differences between the male and the female interrogators can be discerned.

This report discusses developing a software log tool for analysis of industrial processes. The target was to develop software that can help electro Engineers for monitor and fault finding in industrial processes. The tool is called PLS (Process log server), and is developed in Visual Studio.NET Framework 2005. PLS works as a client with Beijer Electronics OPC Server. The program is able to read data from PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), trough the OPC Server.

Många samtidskonstnärer arbetar idag aktivt med berättelsens struktur, konstverken fungerar som en del i en mer omfattande process som fogar samman det visuella uttrycket med berättande och en övergripande dramaturgi.I detta examensarbete försöker jag synliggöra hur ett konstverks berättelsestruktur kan urskiljas dels genom att använda olika teoretiska perspektiv, där jag bland annat försöker svara på frågan,vad är en berättelse? Men även undersöka hur en berättelses struktur kan urskiljas visuellt, genom mitt gestaltande arbete. I både den teoretiska och gestaltande delen försöker jag visa att en berättelse är under ständig transformation, samt mottagarens roll i skapandet av en berättelse.Jag kommer röra mig mellan den strukturalistiska uppdelningen av ?den klassiska berättelsen? till en mer poststrukturalistisk utvidgad syn. Jag kommer även ha som utgångspunkt att berättelsen är en aktiv deltagare i skapandet av vår sociala praktik.Mitt examensarbete har utgått ifrån frågeställningen:Vilka berättarstrukturer kan urskiljas i samtidskonstnärers konstverk/projekt? Hur arbetar dessa konstnärer med berättelsens egenskaper och villkor? This thesis presents an application that performs positioning of modules automatically based on given data for every module, and the development of it. The basis of the application is from a previous thesis code. On top of that code, more features and error handling has been added, as well as fixes for various bugs. A stress test has been performed and further development possibilities are being presented.The thesis work was carried out at Toyota Material Handling Mjölby (TMH) and was made in parallel with another thesis by Fredrik Holden who was generating data for the application. The cultivation theory claims that it is just the amount of TV that shows an effect on consumers and their perception of reality, like for example the mean world syndrome. But the theory has been criticized for not considering the possible effects that are actually related to other variables. These variables have weakened or totally eliminated the effects, previously explainedby TV, in later control studies of the cultivation theory.

The different characteristics of many food products, such as aroma and texture, changes during storage time and become undesirable. The reason is instabilities within the product which become prominent as the product ages. These changes in characteristics are quality losses caused by changes in the product?s intrinsic and extrinsic environment. The stability in UHT-milk and beverages similar to it have been studied in the past decades and a certain focus have been on age gelation which is a common defect in these type of products.

This essay examines the communication value of music in television advertising. It studies different forms of music and whether these forms contribute positively or negatively to how television advertising is perceived and remembered. The forms are jingle, familiar song and unfamiliar song. 100 high school students participated in the study through a questionnaire.                      The study shows that music is an important tool that complements television advertisings visual aspects. Music creates feelings, emphasizes aspects of the image and clarifies the advertised message.

In this essay we discuss the broad area of website usability from a tourism perspective. Our goal was to investigate the usability in smaller and bigger tourism websites. We have declared what website usability means and the importance of involving the users when designing a user interface. In a pilot study, we conducted three interviews with people who work with usability and then used the information we got to form questions to use in a focus group interview. In this focus group, we asked three people to assess two Swedish tourism websites, one bigger and one smaller, to find out if they were considered usable and if there was any difference in usability depending on the size of the site.

This paper examines the impact of conscious shelf management on online grocery stores. An S-O-R framework is used to unveil if some established shelf management techniques from physical stores are applicable in an online context. We also explain some of the cognitive processes customers experience as they get exposed to online buying situations. A main study with two data sources is conducted: one quantitative website experiment with 168 participants who got exposed to five different organisation patterns within five different categories; and one more qualitative eye tracking experiment with 20 participants. The results indicate that a disorganised product page evokes not only different scan paths and cognitive patterns but also generates higher sales.

The purpose of this thesis is to create opportunities for an efficient interchange of information between humans and technology, especially for the skilled user, and put the designprincipal for informative structures and features into practice. Informative structures and features in a large number of information items helps the peripheral visual system to automatically capture knowledge through logical patterns.A field experiment was done to evaluate if informative structures and features, implicate efficient human information-processing, even in a small study. The results was ambiguous because the quantitative part of the investigation didn?t show any significant differences, whereas the qualitative showed that people prefer a dynamic document with a high degree of informative structures and features over a dynamic document with a low degree of informative structures and features. Even if this study was inconsistent, probably because to few subjects where used, the implication of the research that?s behind it is solid.

Bedömning av estetiska ämnen har varit ifrågasatt gällande dess kvalité, rättvisa, funktion och hur det påverkar ämnet och individen. Studien syftar till att beskriva bedömning av det estetiska ämnet Visual Arts vid en lärarutbildning i Sydafrika presenterat ur ett lärarperspektiv. Forskningsfrågorna utgår från ämnesdidaktikens teori gällande Vad bedöms, Hur kommuniseras bedömningen och Varför görs bedömningen. Metoden som använts är ett två månaders fältarbete vid en bildlärarutbildning där jag följt tre lärare och deras arbete genom deltagande observation, samtal, intervjuer och insamling av vissa dokument.Det empiriska materialet har analyserat från de tre didaktiska frågorna. Resultatet visar att lärarna, som var utbildade konstnärer lade ned mycket tid och engagemang på bedömning.

This study?s aim is to investigate how multilingual students learn mathematics and teaching strategies used to support the students? development of knowledge. A total of eleven scientific articles were selected for analysis and comparison. The results showed that visual representation, multimodal forms of expression and the students? whole linguistic repertoire constitute central resources for learning.

Under senare år har medier världen över bevakat Malmö, och beskrivit staden som kriminell och våldsam. På ledar- och debattsidor har kritik främst riktats mot stadens kommunalråd Ilmar Reepalu, men även mot polisen i Malmö, Malmös skolväsende och den svenska regeringen. I sin bevakning framställer medier Malmö som en stad i kris, där förtroendet för Malmös politiska styre är lågt. Parallellt med denna mediebevakning pågår det inom Malmö stad ett internt arbete med storytelling för kommunanställda. Syftet med detta arbete är att stärka vi-känslan hos de anställda och förändra bilden av staden.Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka hur krisen i Malmö framställs på ledarsidorna i fem svenska dags- och kvällstidningar, och hur dessa framställningar kan påverka bilden av staden.

This essay examines computer and video games and their capacity of being useful in teaching sessions. Focus is being put at a possible pedagogical potential and how it is being expressed in games mechanics. To get answers on these subjects? studies by Professor James Paul Gee and Jesse Schell is used together in creating a model for analysis. With this model together with a narrative analysis this essay hopes to give clarifications on if a pedagogical potential is present and if so, how it is being expressed.Studies in this paper shows that a pedagogical potential is overall present in used material.
