Det senmoderna samhällets komplexitet och höggradiga differentiering har gjort risker alltmer svåranalyserade, vilket har lett till att sociala system måste ha en förändringsförmåga för att överleva. Det normala riskanalysarbetet i sociala system (exempelvis företag och organisationer) görs på den nivå eller i de interna sektorer där riskerna slår igenom. Uppsatsen ger exempel på befintliga riskhanteringsmodeller för detta och presenterar författarens egen, mer övergripande modell, konstruerad utifrån de tre systemteoretiska begreppen AGIL, autopoiesis och feedback loops. Modellen illustrerar en dialog mellan systemets definitioner, behov och omvärld samt andra system. Uppsatssyftet är att belysa sociala systems förändringsförmåga och beredskap för riskhantering samt hur de genom att använda modellen kan förbättra dessa.

Formal writing is an essential part of teaching Swedish and is fundamental for higher education and professional career. The aim of my essay is to research what didactic methods Swedish teachers utilizes in upper secondary school to improve students' abilities to write formal texts. I will also examine students? project papers in an attempt to measure the extent of formal word choice.  In the presentation of the literature I decided to use, for example, Per Olov Svedner?s perspective on writing as a process, Siv Strömquist?s manuals for essay writing and various literature regarding linguistic correctness and essay layout. Interviews with three upper secondary school teachers reveals that active feedback is a basis for students development regarding formal writing in both school and professional career.

Coaching har blivit populärt i samhället och används idag allt mer inom ledarskap, men är fortfarande ett relativt outforskat område. Coaching är en kommunikationsteknik där aktivt lyssnande och kraftfulla frågor används. Det bygger på individutveckling, lärande och prestationsökning samt måluppfyllelse. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på kostchefers uppfattning om en coachande ledarskapsroll inom måltidsservice. Huruvida coaching används av kostchefer i den offentliga måltidsservicen är av intresse för vår kommande yrkesroll.

SyfteSyftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur man som pedagog kan skapa ett gott talklimat. I vår undersökning använde vi oss av frågeställningar som hur lärare uppfattar begreppet talklimat och hur de skapar förutsättningar för att alla elever ska våga tala?Metod I vår undersökning använde vi en kvalitativ metod. Vi valde att ställa öppna frågor, en s.k. ostrukturerad intervju.

The purpose of this study is to find out how teachers work with fairytales in preschools raising several questions;How would the teachers describe the literary environment at the preschools? What does theory say about the literary environment?What type of fairytales do the teachers perceive that they work with? How does theory describe these fairytales?What is the underlying purpose for teachers working with fairytales? What purposes are described in theory?My study is based on qualitative interviews conducted with three teachers working in preschool in a small town. The study is based on hermeneutic theory.  I have also used other theory to complete the study.         The teachers all see the possibility of using storytelling as a means to developing the children´ s vocabulary. Some of the teachers also use books and stories as a way of indirectly addressing ongoing personal problems.                                                                                                      The results of my study show that fairytales can be a valuable tool for personal development for children. Working with fairytales could be crucial to how children develop their curiosity and desire to learn and manage ongoing traumas in their lives.

Parkinsons sjukdom drabbar 15 av 10 000 personer. Sjukdomen kan påverka gången genom freezing, då individen stannar upp och är oförmögen att fortsätta att gå. Detta är ett mycket besvärande symtom som kan behandlas med olika cueingstrategier. Även gånghastighet kan förbättras med hjälp av cueingstrategier. I den senaste litteraturstudien var evidensen för cueing oenig.

This report is the result of several interviews of employees within the field of pedagogy. The background behind this report is my period as a trainee in one of the daily activities in Malmo. In daily activities the employers gets training, education and guidance in Marte meo, which is funded by public finances. The method, which this study focuses upon is called Marte meo. It is a method of communicating and developing the means for the participants to evolve their skills in communicating and increase self esteem.

A description and analysis of the sales process of ERP systems is presented; also the consequences for the parties involved are discussed. The chosen methodological basis is an inductive research design consisting of a case study based on interviews. The analysis of the empirical data is done with a proposed analytical framework. Based on the agency theory, the analysis is tightly knitted together with opportunism. There are three controlling factors: relationships (relationship marketing), contracts (principal-agent theory), and competition.

This is a qualitative study about Art transformation and commodification in the digital age. The study applies a rhetoric analysis with the aim to understand how art sellers, gallery owners and entrepreneurs take part in this transformation process through their websites? presentation texts ?about us?. The analysis is related to communication theories but it is also inspired by other theories such as Gramsci?s hegemony theory and Bourdieu?s cultural critical theory.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att fördjupa oss inom ämnet tjänsteutveckling i småföretag. Eftersom det efterfrågas studier inom ämnet har vi valt att utföra en studie av Mediastudion, ett litet företag i Edsbyn. För att få in information om företaget Mediastudion och hur de arbetar med tjänsteutveckling har vi utfört intervjuer och använt oss av frågeenkäter. Med utgångspunkt ifrån ett antal studier och vetenskapliga artiklar har vi sedan analyserat Mediastudions tjänsteutveckling för att identifiera viktiga faktorer och hur dessa präglar utvecklingsarbetet, för att slutligen ge förslag till förändringar av tjänsteutvecklingen som kan förbättra processen. Vi har kommit fram till att den viktigaste drivkraften till Mediastudions tjänsteutveckling är kundernas behov och önskemål.

To find useful methods of reading instructions for pupils with Cerebral palsy is a complex but at the same time very challenging work. The main focus of this research lies in studying the pupils work focusing on special adaptation of educational materials and means of assistance for pupils with Cerebral palsy. In trying to get a complete picture of the work with the reading instruction I don?t think that it can be described only by studying the work, it also demands an inside look at the job the working group performs. My overarching purpose of this research is to try out measures to further develop the work with reading instruction for pupils with Cerebral palsy.

The aim of this paper is to perform a comparative study between the photography?s of Leila Khaled and Shirin Neshat in order to observe if the woman are able to recede from an conventional formation to become the bearer of the veil and not only reduced to that whichneeds to be concealed. From a feministic perspective I have observed how the symbolic of the veil moulds the woman and how the woman in her context moulds the veil.In the description of the news photography of Khaled and the art photography produced by Neshat the mechanisms that lies as a foundation for the modelling of the portraits becomesthe essays primary entrance. Mechanisms that evolve around the creation of the woman as aconcept, a subject shaped for being looked at and the woman?s self-image through others.The textual discourse is visually enhanced through a comparative picture material visually enhanced and explained through photographs by the contemporary artist photographers Cindy Sherman, Catherine Opie, Laurie Simmons, Robert Mapplethorpe and Elin Berge.

Syftet med studien var att kartlägga anestesianvändning vid depuration utförd av tandhygienister. Ett ytterligare syfte var att undersöka tandhygienisters anledningar till varför anestesi används eller inte används. En enkätstudie skickades till 148 tandhygienister slumpmässigt utvalda av Sveriges Tandhygienistförening. Nittio enkäter (60,8 %) inkluderades i studiens resultat. Anestesi vid depuration användes främst en till två gånger per vecka med ett medelvärde på 38,6 % (±29,8).

Bilder av potentiella hot upptäcks snabbt och leder till en snabbare reaktionstid än bilder av icke-potentiella hot. Potentiella hot stjäl också fokus och kognitiva resurser, med en långsammare reaktionstid som följd. Rädsla, som kan mätas genom startlereflexen, leder till antingen ökad handlingsberedskap (snabbare reaktionstid) eller kognitiv distraktion (långsammare reaktionstid). Fem försöksdeltagare fick reagera på en visuell probe som lades ovanpå djurbilder, både potentiella hot och icke-potentiella hot i ett kombinerat reaktionstids- och startleprobeexperiment, där ljudstötar utdelades i hörlurar. Startlereaktion, hjärtfrekvens och reaktionstid mättes, varefter korrelationskoefficienter räknades ut.
