Absolut Vodka is a brand that reaches a vast range of consumers through a single consistent marketing strategy. The hypothesis was that one can reach many different market segments with the marketing of a product by constantly keeping some components of the communication the same while constantly changing others. Key questions to be answered are: How do Absolut Vodka address their target audiences in their visual communication? Which market segments does the visual communication of Absolut Vodka seem to address?Method/Material: The research was conducted through a qualitative research study in which four Youtube videos by Absolut Vodka were analyzed.

The purpose of this thesis is to see how small differences in a store can affect the customer behavior. The changes consist of auditory and visual sensory cues. Since many companies today makes a lot of changes in their styling element, but without knowing how it really affects the customer behavior we thought it would be interesting to see by doing an experiment at IKEA. The study is therefore based on a quantitative research method, where theories have been described and from which hypotheses have been derived to test the theories. The experience took place at IKEA during two weeks where 5732 observations were made.The result from the experiment is that the sensory cue sight makes individuals spend more time in the environment but not creating attention.

Projektering i byggbranschen är tids- och resurskrävande och ofta ställs projektörer inför uppgiften att utforma samma lösning i flera olika projekt. Det är vanligt att kopiera och anpassa ritningsunderlaget mellan olika projekt om lösningarna är likartade. Idag har många byggföretag utvecklat egna standarder för ett mer produktorienterat och modulariserat byggande, speciellt inom bostadsbyggandet. Många forskare anser att ett produktfokuserade arbetssätt kan effektivisera byggandet.För att undersöka om det är möjligt att också standardisera lösningar för infrastrukturprojekt genomfördes en fallstudie med syfte att utveckla en konfigurator som skall kunna producera specifikationer för utformning av cirkulationsplatser.Genom den enkätundersökning som genomfördes kunde slutsatser dras om vilka typer av cirkulationsplatser som var de vanligaste att projekteras vid Tyréns. I Vägor och Gators utformning, som ges ut av Trafikverket på uppdrag av Sveriges kommuner och landsting, undersöktes parametrarna som bestämmer utformningen av cirkulationsplatser.

This study is based on the receiver?s attitudes about three different logotypes - Volvo, Telia and Mcdonald's. It informs the reader about the importance of a logotype as a mean of communication and if the perceptions of the logotype harmonize with the profile of the company.

This examination project is carried out for Waséns Traffic School in Linköping. The task was to develop a completely new windows application and a webpage that connects to the same MySQL database. The windows application (ATSV) is a program intended to carry out all the administrative tasks that a clerk at a traffic school may need: pupil management, reservations, billing and register functions. The applications was developed in C++ using Visual C++ from Microsoft. The connection to the MySQL database was made possible by using the class package MySQL++.

In addition, we have attempted to identify how visual methods can add valuable attributes to the campaign, ensuring a more progressive and distinct impression. Författarna har utvecklat ett IT-system till missbruksvården inom socialtjänsten i Gotlands kommun. Utvecklingsprojektet används som kvalitativ fallstudie för att studera hur teknisk infrastruktur för systemutveckling påverkar systemutvecklingsprocessen. Projektet utvecklades agilt med en skräddarsydd variant av XP (Extreme Programming). Teknologier som användes var ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, LINQ-to-SQL, jQuery och Visual Studio.Syftet med uppsatsen är att besvara en frågeställning kring relationen mellan teknisk infrastruktur för systemutveckling och systemutvecklingsmetoder: har den tekniska infrastukturen (utvecklingsverktyg och miljöer, klassbibliotek, mjukvaruramverk) påverkat systemutvecklingsmetoden? Om så är fallet, på vilket sätt?I fallstudien studeras hur den agila systemutvecklingsmetoden påverkats av den tekniska in­fra­strukturen.

Forestry and forest products are vital components of the Swedish economy but the forest is also important for recreation, hunting, out-door life and conserving biodiversity. The Swedish Forest Act has two equally important objectives, production and environmental protection. Polytax is the Swedish Forest Agency´s inventory programme which monitors progress toward the two objectives in connection with regeneration fellings. It includes data on environmental protection measures taken in connection with regeneration fellings. 30 § of the Swedish Forestry Act and related regulations specify the demands for conserva-tion of nature.

The advantage and the possibility of keeping track of a number of vehicles to make work practice more effective and smooth is today a favorable choice for Visual Units Logistics customers. We?ve been evaluating the software and trying to take it one step further and letting not only the individual user, but maybe, the company as a whole benefit from its advantages. Det primära målet med examensarbetet var att utforma ett koncept på hur man kan göra flygtrafiken säkrare både på marken och i luften. Konceptet fick namnet ATSVIS, vilket står Airport Traffic Surveillance and Visual Information System. ATSVIS är tänkt att ge anvisningar om vad nya idéer och ny teknologi kan tillföra piloten och trafikledningen. ATSVIS avser även att automatisera och förenkla flygtrafiken, vilket skall leda till säkrare flygtrafik både i luften och på marken. Konceptet ATSVIS kommer att utformas efter egna idéer och från intervjuer med branschfolk.

Kärnkraften har så länge den funnits varit en omdebatterad energikälla. Syftet med denna uppsats är att utreda och få en bild av hur och på vilket sätt natursynen hänger ihop med åsikter om kärnkraft. Jag har redogjort för vad energi är, kärnkraftens historia i Sverige och som energikälla samt beskrivit för- och nackdelarna med kärnkraften. För att kunna ge en bild av kärnkraft och natursyn har jag genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med personer som på olika sätt är insatta i problematiken kring kärnkraften. Min undersökning visar bland annat att natursyn är ett komplext och stort begrepp som vi bör vara medvetna om hur det fungerar i arbetet för att förbättra miljön..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att identifiera den mest effektiva egenskapen av en text eller sida för att uppnå visuell hierarki, som är ett verktyg för att få det önskade flödet av uppmärksamhet i en sida eller webbsida genom att ge vissa element en viss vikt i kontrast, storlek och placering. Vi vill ge en möjlighet för vidare forskning snarare än att ge en slutsats som ger ett slutgiltigt svar på frågeställningarna. Det finns fler sätt att manipulera text för att uppnå önskad visuell hierarki men vi valde de vanligaste. Detta arbete är baserat på ett experiment som görs på 50 deltagare med ett onlinefrågeformulär och tre självgjorda bilder där vi kan utvärdera resultaten, jämföra dem med andra teorier och beräkna den mest effektiva uppmärksamhetsgivaren. Vi har också utvecklat en hypotes om vad resultatet kommer att visa.

Vårt mål med projektet var att göra en webbapplikation åt Gourmet Grön och deras nya produktserie. Applikationen innehåller information om produkterna och hur de används samt vilka fördelear dessa ger..
