The purpose of this essay has been to investigate the research and national initiatives regarding film and Cineliteracy in the Swedish curriculum.The results show that, after all research, national initiatives and the continual clarification from the Swedish National Agency for Education concerning film's place in the Swedish subject, the vision of students cineliteracy not at all obtain an obvious place in the curriculum.The research points out the main causes behind this result to be teachers' lack of expertise and the fact that the formal education for future teachers in the subject still upholds traditional views on the subject of Swedish.The initiative presented in this essay also show lack of continuity, lack of adequate professional development opportunities for teachers and lack of practical guidance manuals to help teachers to develop and educate their pupils in line with current research and visions. .

Problem: How should a company act to sustain a strong identity and thereby a strong brand image when operating in a changeable world?Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze whether the corporate identity of Academic Work is strong or fragmented. Further more this thesis aims to give recommendations on how the company could continue working to maintain a strong brand image. Methodology: The thesis is a case study of Academic Work. The study is based on data collected from interviews, a poll as well as data from the company website.

The aim was to examinehow managers, based on similar education and policy background, perceive their leadership today, and how it according to them, maybe developed in the future. The sample consisted of younger and older managers within the same organization, with diverse experience in managementand leadership roles. Data were collected by two focus groups interviews and analyzed bya thematic analysis. The results indicated that managers, regardless of age and experience, have similar views on their management role and are in general positive regardingtheir leadership, despite stressand time pressure related issues. They have also suggested similar changes for future management and leadership roles.

Undersökningen behandlarimplementeringsprocessen av IT i undervisningen. Syftet är att undersöka möjligheterna och förutsättningarna för lärarna vid implementering av ITi undervisningen. För att kunna svara påfrågeställningarna riktades undersökningen till lärarna på en skola ur ettbekvämlighetsurval. Metodvalet är baserat på undersökningens kvalitativakaraktär och genomförs av intervjuer och observationer. Resultatet iintervjuerna formas av fyra informanter och observationerna utav två avinformanter.

Arbetes syfte är att resultera i ett planförslag för Pottholmen och svara på tre frågeställningar som behandlar översvämningsrisk, tillgången till offentliga och mer privata delar och möjligheten till ökad vattenkontakt. The discharge from Lake Mälaren is regulated to keep the lake water level within limits set by a water decree. Despite this, in the year 2000 the lake water level rose above the upper limit. Studies conducted at the climate modeling unit Rossby Centre at the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) indicate that the inflow to the lake may increase in the future. A flood in the area will, among other things, strike infrastructure and residential districts.The aim of this study was to investigate the water levels of Lake Mälaren in future climates. In addition to this possible future expansion of the lake discharge though the sluice gates in order to keep water levels below limits set by the water decree and to prevent flooding of the shoreline were discussed.

Titeln på arbete är; Du och jag i ett socialt samspel, en vision eller verklighet?Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka om individintegrerade elever är en del av helheten i klassen sett ur ett socialt perspektiv. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod, det vill säga att vi har gjort en intervjuundersökning som ligger till grund för resultatet och diskussionen. Vi har använt oss av teoretikern Vygotskij samt den socialpsykologiska teorin.I resultatet har vi kommit fram till slutsatser som pekar mot att den individintegrerade eleven inte är en del av helheten i klassen sett ur ett socialt perspektiv. Det framkommer i resultatet att lärarna anser att de behöver mer resurser i sitt arbete med individintegrerade elever för att kunna främja den sociala gemenskapen.

De flesta företag har visioner. En visions syfte är att fungera som en kompass som vägleder individer och grupper så att de lättare kan fokusera på företagens mål. Visioner har en förmåga att inge hopp om en bättre framtid, en framtid som är tillräckligt attraktiv att den anses vara värd hårt arbete för att en dag nå dit. Visioner ska fungera som en bas i företaget för att påminna om vad som är viktigt i organisationen, hur den bör relatera till omgivningen och hur intressenter ska bemötas. Syftet med vår studie är att beskriva och analysera utformningen av ekonomistyrning i ideella idrottsföreningar. Vi har valt ett induktivt angreppssätt med kvalitativ ansats i form av en komparativ fallstudie. Fem fallföreningar valdes och vi har utfört personliga, semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Den teoretiska referensramen behandlar ideella föreningars kontext, vision, budget och nyckeltal samt balanserat styrkort för ideella föreningar. Vi har även fått använda viss företagsekonomisk litteratur när luckorna i litteraturen om de ideella föreningarna varit stora.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka hur verksamheten i förskolan förhåller sig till visionen en förskola för alla. Mer specifikt är att undersöka hur pedagoger, föräldrar och rektor uppfattar begreppet en förskola för alla. Tanken är även att se hur uppfattningen om visionen skiljer sig mellan pedagoger, rektor och föräldrar samt hur den aktuella förskolan arbetar för att förverkliga visionen samt vilka möjligheter och svårigheter som uppstår i förverkligandet av denna vision. Resultatet blev att alla intervjuade personer uppfattade att en förskola för alla innebar att alla är välkomna oavsett bakgrund, etnicitet, religion, sexuell läggning etc. Enligt rektorn och pedagogerna på förskolan var det viktigt att tillgodose allas behov och anpassa verksamheten så alla kan vara med.

This thesis is about Fristadstorget in the city of Eskilstuna and how the square flow together with the user orientation could be improved. This work focuses on how public spaces best satisfy users through architecture, cognition and information interpretation. I've looked at people's movement patterns in Fristadstorget, with the help of observation from strategic locations. While I also integrated the city?s surrounding and taking in information from already existing buildings around the square.

The purpose with this master thesis is to analyze how the Swedish County Administrative Board (Länsstyrelsen) acts in an environment that changes fast with more regional actors than ever before. There are also proposals regarding new public authorities and eventually a reduction of the Swedish County Administrative Board.By studying a report issued by the Board in December 2005 the aim is to find their intentions and actions for the future. By using three diverse theoretical concepts - the public organisation, the instrumental perspective and two separate perspectives from new institutionalism - the expectation is that I will have the possibility to analyze the intentions of the organisation in many different ways.In this case study I also want to take into consideration the central discourses in the regional debate, shall we decentralize or shall we keep on having a strong state even in the future? What kind of regional policy does the Swedish County Administrative Board prefer?The result shows that the Swedish County Administrative Board struggles for a strong state even in the future, but it does not propose any huge changes. In many ways it seems like they act as they are supposed to - as an instrument for the government - but despite that it is obvious that the Swedish County Administrative Board tries to show that it has the traditions and knowledge.
