Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka sjuksköterskors vision om hur den bästa psykiatriska omvårdnaden borde bedrivas. En tvärsnittsstudie med deskriptiv ansats användes och materialet analyserades med hjälp av en manifest innehållsanalys. Data samlades in genom en öppen fråga i ett frågeformulär. Tre kategorier kunde identifieras: Förutsättningar för tillfrisknande och en god livskvalitet, Sjuksköterskans roll i förändringsarbete och Organisation och yttre faktorer. Sjuksköterskorna hade många idéer om hur omvårdnaden skulle kunna förbättras och att patienterna behövde möjlighet att utveckla sin självständighet, mer individanpassad vård, autonomi samt mer kunskap och delaktighet.

This thesis is a case studie of a newly arrived student placed in a regular class in a P-9 school in a suburb south of Stockholm. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the class teacher for the regular class and the Swedish as a second language teacher are working with this student. The research questions are:What are the basic ideas behind the placement of newly arrived students in regular classes with no previous language skills?How is the language development for the newly arrived student according to the teacher of the selected class?What methods and materials are used by the teacher in her teaching to benefit the newly arrived student?s language development?The purpose of my study has been to investigate the teachers and the headmaster?s perspective on how the integration of newly arrived students into the regular class can be done and the decisions context for the placement of newly arrived students into the regular class. The study is based on interviews with two teachers and the school headmaster.

AbstractThis thesis is a qualitative study that provides an insight into the Nordic offshore market, focusing on the North Sea and investigates indications of how the near future may develop in the area and how these developments may affect the Nordic seafarers. Questions central to the work are aimed primarily at how shipping companies, agencies and seafarers active in the offshore industry look at future activity in the North Sea, Nordic seafarers' status in the global labor market, and how today's employment conditions look like for seafarers in the global offshore industry. The majority of the information was collected through interviewes and questionnaires. The purpose of this study was to examine whether and how the expected development in the North Sea, in terms of availability of oil and gas, may have effect on the Scandinavian seafarers' future work prospects and employment conditions in the global offshore labor. The conclusions that have been drawn are that competition among seafarers in the offshore industry is higher 2015 than previous years (2000-2014) and are expected to increase.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det fanns något samband mellan stereoseendet och åldern hos de människor som kom för synundersökning hos Vision for all i Bolivia.Metod: Mätningar gjordes på 147 patienter under en resa med Vision for all till Bolivia under april månad år 2012. Studien utfördes i tre städer och av de som ingick i studien var 87 kvinnor och 60 män och åldrarna på dem varierade mellan 6 och 89 år. Medelåldern var 47 ±15 år. Studien utfördes hos dem med binokulärt avståndsvisus lika med eller bättre än 0,8. En enkel subjektiv refraktion genomfördes binokulärt på avstånd och nära håll.

The purpose of this essay is to describe how Boverkets Byggregler has affected the cost ofnewly built houses from 2003 to 2012, to Boverkets Vision 2025. The purpose is also to findagent-principal relations in the construction sector.When investing in an energy efficient house the operating costs are reduced compared to aconventional house. But due to the lower operating costs, the investment cost rises. In thisstudy, we find out if it is economically viable to invest in an energy efficient house comparedto a conventional house from the customer's perspective.The study's approach has been qualitatively where we in collaboration with Derome Hus hadaccess to three conventional reference houses and a passive house and data that was necessaryto conduct viability assessments on houses. We conducted five interviews with people fromDeromekoncernen and Varbergs kommun.The calculation methods we have used in this study are present value method, annuity methodand a sensitivity analysis.

A major issue that has been a subject for quite some time is whether there will be a scarcity of metals in the bedrock in the future and whether or not we might end up with a problem similar to that of the big oil crisis in the mid-seventies. Following the oil crisis many oil companies started up with risk management to control future risks. This work presents how Swedish mining companies work with risk management to handle risks that might come up in the future due to metal scarceness. How Swedish mining companies look at the possible metal scarceness and if they use risk management in their decision-making process is studied. By doing interviews with Swedish owned mining companies it was found that the mining companies did not see the future metal scarcity as a risk, even though 2/3 of the companies acknowledged the scarceness to be a reality.

Akademiska Hus owns and manages the university facilities in most university towns in Sweden. Bilbergska house in Örebro was built in 2008 by Akademiska Hus, and designed by White Architects. Today's buildings must meet accessibility requirements determined by Swedish Board of Housing, and it is the developer who must ensure that they are fulfilled. Swedish Board of Housing requirements are often vaguely written and interpretation space is large.This report aims to investigate how much of the requirements which are set towards the University and landlord Akademiska Hus are being achieved. This is done by studying the requirements that are set.

Det här arbetets syfte är att undersöka hur två fritidshem i en mellansvensk kommun använder sig av iPads i sin verksamhet, samt om det finns någon skillnad i rektorers och personalens vision för hur iPaden ska användas i fritidshemmet. För att få svar på frågeställningarna har två rektorer samt två fritidspedagoger på olika två skolor intervjuats, varav en har IKT-satsning samt uppsatta mål för iPad-användningen.På den skola som hade en medveten IKT-satsning skilde sig inte visionen för hur iPaden ska användas i fritidshemmet mellan rektor och personal. Däremot hade man ingen gemensam vision för hur iPaden ska användas på den skola som inte hade en medveten IKT-satsning. Av resultatet framkommer det att det är viktigt att ha uppsatta mål för arbetet med digitala verktyg. Detta skapar en struktur och möjligheter för användningen av iPads.

Due to poorly functioning local and regional markets, the smallholders in San Francisco, Petén, were dependent on intermediaries that took advantage of the smallholder?s distance to markets. In an attempt to secure income and strengthen their bargaining position, 189 smallholders joined forces through the creation of a social smallholder network, held together by a community based enterprise. This enterprise was initiated in 2011 with the help of government incentive programmes and NGOs that within a few years will leave the enterprise to auto regime. This study treats the sustainability of a community forest based enterprise, Chachaklum, in northern Guatemala. The study identifies factors that enable smallholders to organize themselves in order to obtain business practices that support an improved standard of living.

In 1997, the Swedish parliament adopted a decision on Vision Zero (nollvision) in the road and transport system. Vision Zero means that no one should be killed or seriously injured in traffic accidents in the road transport system (Prop. 2003/04: 160). For the Transport Administration in Sweden (Trafikverket), this means increased demands on security and signage at road work sites around the country. This in turn means increased demands on the contractors that carry out road work for the Transport Administration.

During the spring semester 2012 Robin Westlund has accomplished ?Controlled interaction for more creative meetings - Summit Flexiwall? with the individual focus on social communication based on visual interaction in future office. The project was a part of the course Degree Project for degree of Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Design Engineering (MSGC12) which includes 22,5 ECTS Credits. The course is a part in the program Innovation and Design Engineering program within the Faculty of Technology and Science at Karlstad University.Assigner of the project was Moelven Eurowand AB with their head office in Örebro. The company manufactures and assembles entire room solutions for offices.

The purpose with this paper is partly to find out what people of different ages do to learn more about the past, and partly what they believe will happen within the next 50 years with institutions like traditional museums and the relatively new theme parks. How will the museums and theme parks evolve? Will they evolve? Or will they disappear?To solve these questions I have sent out a questionnaire to people of different ages. I have also been in contact with employees from different museums and theme parks in Skåne. I have used literature written by archaeologists among others.

Trots att det idag finns en officiell vision om ett inkluderande perspektiv tyder forskning på att särskiljande lösningarförekommer i den svenska skolan. Denna motsägelsefullhet bidrog till att vi blev intresserade av att studera dettafenomen närmare. Syftet med vår studie blev därmed att undersöka hur lärare tänker och resonerar kring begreppeninkludering och exkludering samt skolornas specialpedagogiska insatser. Uppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ studiedär fokusgrupper har använts som metod. Resultatet visar på att pedagogerna beskriver sina respektiveverksamheter som exkluderande.

Värnamo Elnät owns and operates a ripple control system which is used to control loadsespecially when the grid is heavily loaded and for control of street lighting. This report aims atclarifying technical and economic aspects of the ripple control system?s future. The system wasinstalled from 1975 and onwards and its use was greater in those days when the controllableloads where greater then today, the current controllable load level is about 3 MW. The reporthighlights three different aspects of the ripple control system?s future ? retain the currentsystem, reinvest in a newer system or discontinue the system.In the report the author also discusses relevant connections to Smart Grids and future meteringsystems and tariffs.

Den strategiska planeringen har kommit att fa? allt sto?rre fa?ste inom den svenska planeringen, och den nya PBL fra?n 2011 betonar att o?versiktsplanen ska inta en mer strategisk roll. I detta har visionen som verktyg kommit att va?xa och bli ett allt vanligare element i o?versiktsplanerna. Begreppet vision kan tyckas ha blivit trendigt.
