Virtuell samverkan ställer krav på en helt ny typ av utveckling och implementering då IT-baserade interorganisatoriska informationssystem som knyter samman olika deltagande parter och som ska stödja kommunikation och affärsprocesser i nyskapade virtuella organisationer ska designas. Denna rapport undersöker eventuella skillnader mellan designen av traditionella in-formationssystem och designen av ett webbaserat interorganisatoriskt informationssy-stem för virtuella informationssystemutvecklingsorganisationer. Undersökningen genomförs i form av litteraturstudier då såväl svenska som utländska vetenskapliga publikationer granskas och analyseras.

As a student during my studies, I have been told about entrepreneurs who have red numbers in their financial statements, and there is a forest machine operator shortage in Sweden. The basic idea of this thesis was to examine the underlying factors that may have caused the problems described above. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the factors that create stress and job satisfaction as a forest machine operator. The study was performed as a comparison between forest companies own harvesting teams and entrepreneur teams to investigate if there are any differences in stress and job satisfaction between the two different types of team. The study was conducted in collaboration with SCA Skog. The material for this study was collected by doing interviews with SCA's harvesting teams. A total of 27 forest machine operators were interviewed, divided into a total of 10 separate harvesting teams. It was very similar between the different type of teams, which situations the operators experienced stress.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att diskutera begrepp och termer inom virtuella utställningar, studera berättandet i virtuella utställningar och undersöka hur användare/besökare uppfattar och upplever berättandet i desamma.För att ta reda på hur besökare uppfattar och upplever berättandet i en virtuell utställning har vi utfört ostrukturerade observationer med sex personer, där varje person har fått besöka tre utställningar. Det empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats och tolkats med hjälp av teorier kring berättande och Michael Murtaugh?s narrativa verktyg.Berättandet i virtuella utställningar är utformat som i de reella med den skillnaden att det i en virtuell värld inte finns några fysiska begränsningar. I en virtuell utställning kastas besökaren direkt in i utställningen och vägen mellan början och slut får i större utsträckning skapas av besökaren själv. Berättelsen får i de virtuella utställningarna en underordnad betydelse till förmån för upplevelsen av att befinna sig i en virtuell värld, men om mediets kapacitet utnyttjas så att en ytterligare dimension kan läggas till, kan också berättandet fördjupas..

The purpose of this study is from a teacher?s perspective to examine how schoolteachers experience the possibilities of learning from each other within their work team and to shed some light on how teachers believe that cooperation affects their ability to learn and improve on a daily basis. My research questions are: What is the general discussion among the teachers concerning daily capacity building from enhanced teamwork? How important is well-functioning cooperation between co-workers for learning and daily capacity building? What are the prerequisites for a well-functioning learning situation within the work team?The study is based on five qualitative interviews with teachers within the same school but from different teaching backgrounds based on what grade they teach, what subjects they teach, and they belong to different work teams within the school. The interviews are semi-structured.The results have been analysed from a perspective based on the theories of organisational pedagogy and learning organisations.The results implies that the work teams does not function as a forum for exchanging experiences and learning from each other.

De sökord som använts är virtual video game, video game, computer game, rehabilitation, outcome, movement, playthings och occupational therapy.

För att arbetet i ett virtuellt team ska vara framgångsrikt krävs en effektiv koordinering av arbetet. Målet med vår studie var att identifiera viktiga faktorer vid koordinering av virtuella team. Undersökningen visar att en kommunikationskanal inte behöver ha en hög grad av informationsrikedom eller social närvaro för att den skall upplevas som ett stöd vid koordineringen av virtuella team. Väl inarbetade vanor och rutiner samt användarnas personlighet avgör vilka kommunikationskanaler som väljs. Studien visar även att koordineringen kräver tydlighet med vilken information som ska cirkulera samt vilka kommunikationskanaler som ska användas.
