The purpose of this thesis is to outline an appropriate model in order for companies to successfully act and compete physically as wholesalers at the same time as acting on the virtual market by selling directly to the end consumer. The approach of this thesis is hermeneutical and abductive with elements of hypothetically deductive approach. Our research has a qualitative research strategy based on case studies and interviews as well as on secondary data. Interviews were conducted with the case company JaymJay Wear AB as well as with other companies, so called mini cases. The secondary data consists mainly of textbooks, web sites and journals.

Virtual reality (VR) ?r en ny teknik inom h?lso- och sjukv?rd som bland annat b?rjat anv?ndas som distraktion f?r barn vid venprovtagning. Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att unders?ka effekten av VR som sm?rtlindring f?r barn i samband med venprovtagning.

This essay examine how temporal claims (past, present and future) are used in two Official Government Reports (SOU) in Sweden considering rape and sexual assault. The Official Government Reports constitute an important and particular system for long-term planning, and the reports are used as an instrument to achieve desirable changes within the nation. The temporal pretensions in SOU 1976:9 Sexual offences: proposed new wording of Penal provisions against virtue, and SOU 1982:61 Rape and other sexual assaults, are analyzed in relation to the concepts realization of the possible and actualization of the virtual, in order to see how the concepts correspond to the process of desirable change in the reports. The temporal claims are used in a spatially sense where space is assimilated to the concept of time which in return create notions of spatio-temporal images of the past, the present and the future. This is partly a problem for the reports in their aspiration to transform old norms and create innovatory values and ideals..

The purpose of this qualitative study has been; how social bonds are interlaced between the social worlds contained within the analytical division of ?outside Internet? and ?within Internet?. What happens with the social bond as the individual oscillate between this analytic bisection? This purpose raises important questions of the use of Internet in everyday life.A new stance is taken toward studying the Internets integration into everyday life. The focus is adjusted to the importance of emotions.

I dagsläget används VPN allt mer bland företagen för att ansluta till olika nätverk. Detta kan medföra att routingtabellen blir alltför stor och det kan i sin tur påverka processorbelastningen på routern som delar ut alla VPN.Detta arbete hade som syfte att granska om det är några märkbara prestandaskillnader på en routers processor när olika routingprotokoll används tillsammans med VRF. Protokollen som detta arbete tog upp var BGP, OSPF och RIP.Tre olika nätverks-scenarier skapades där olika tester genomfördes för de tre nämnda routingprotokollen. Det gjordes även tester på routrar när ingen VRF användes för att jämföra resultaten. Testerna bestod av att granska processorbelastningen på routrar när det fanns många rutter i nätverket och när nätverket var belastat med trafik.Testernas visade att skillnaden mellan BGP och OSPF inte är särskilt stor, men när RIP användes så steg processorbelastningen markant när nätverket hade många rutter.

This master thesis examines online reading groups with swedish participants. The aim is, by way of introduction, to investigate what kind of online reading groups that exist and how they work. The overall question of the thesis is: how do a conversation about books on the Internet look like? The theory used is Grounded Theory and this is a methodology which has influenced the hole structure of the study. Grounded Theory apply that issues and hypothesis must be created from the collected material, and the author collected for this reason material in the form of survey answers, email-conversations, blogmaterial and articles to draw up exact issues based on this material.The material was sorted into four different categories; social reading, reading fellowship, virtual freedom and anonymity and the issues were formulated according to this categories.

The shopping mall branch has estimated that the turnover of e-commerce will double within the upcoming ten years (NSCS, 2013). The growth can thus stop for shopping malls and there is a risk that some shopping malls end up being "dead-malls", completely losing their turnover.The thesis starts off with presenting the background for the factors of trade, i.e. e-commerce and shopping malls.This is followed by a presentation of which integration possibilities there are in Sweden today and by examples from the British market. Denna studie har undersökt hur en grupp elever använder ett virtuellt rum som klassrum. Effekten blev att de lärde sig fakta med hela kroppen. Det virtuella klassrummet kan bli ett nytt pedagogiskt redskap för skolungdomar där de kan vara med och bygga upp eller påverka innehållet. Studien är en etnografisk undersökning där jag har studerat multimodalitetsteorier av bl.a. Gunther Kress i vilken man tar hänsyn till alla teckenvärldar som ljud, bild, gester och kroppens rörelse i rummet.

Arbetet syftar till att undersöka förutsättningarna för att skapa en virtualiserad utvecklingsmiljö för Windows som installeras och konfigureras utan manuell övervakning. Utvecklare på Sandvik Systems Development (SSD) arbetar ofta med olika utvecklingsverktyg eller använder sig av olika versioner av utvecklingsmiljöer och detta är ett problem. Det är också vanligt att utvecklarna blandar sina kontorsapplikationer med utvecklingsmiljön vilket kan vara en stor säkerhetsrisk. Ett annat stort problem är att tiden kan vara väldigt lång för inhyrda konsulter och nyanställda att få sina utvecklingsmiljöer installerade, vilket resulterar i stora kostnader för SSD. En möjlig lösning till problemen är att använda virtuella maskiner som utvecklingsmiljöer.

Every now and then, in media research studies and in various newspaper articles, schoolboys´ issues reading habits are discussed. Much of what is written concerns boys decreasing marks in the field of literature, in the Swedish language and also their negative attitude towards reading books. Some scholars claim that boys do not read because they consider reading books as a women´s duty. Other people believe that underlying causes for boys negative attitude towards reading is biological, that it´s genetic and consequently physical, and that male and female brains are functionally different. Another theory of today is that boys actually reads, but not that kind of texts and literature that they are exposed to in school.Based on a selection of these opinions and theories, and my own experience and interest for questions concerning school and gender, the aim of this studie was to examine boys worlds of reading.

Osseointegrated titanium implants have become a commonly used method in edentulous jaws and today there are success rates in the magnitude of 82 % in the lower jaw and 98 % in the upper. During first year after implantation a fully normal marginal bone loss of 1-2 mm occurs. If the bone loss continues there is a risk of implant failure. High tensions in bone and inflammation caused by bacteria are possible reasons for this problem. It has been shown that a leakage of bacterias occurs between the parts of the implant and there are theories that this has effects on the marginal bone loss. The aim of this thesis has been to increase the knowledge about microbial leakage with help of in vitro tests and virtual simulations.

Den svenska byggbranschen står i nuläget inför en stor teknisk förändring, införandet av Bygg-informationsmodeller(BIM)/Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) i stor skala. Branschens olika aktörer ser olika vinster med implementeringen som kommer påverka hela byggprocessen, från projektering till förvaltning. Denna studie fokuserar på organisation och process i projekteringsskedet och grundar sig på en fallstudie av Veidekke Entreprenad AB. Företaget har implementerat VDC i delar av organisationen och i nuläget, efter lyckade pilotprojekt, utvidgas satsningen och implementering görs i större skala. Studiens syfte är att kartlägga Veidekkes VDC-mål och strategier, för att därefter studera process och organisation i projekteringsfasen och hur de bör utvecklas för att skapa goda förutsättningar för att VDC-målen ska kunna uppfyllas.

The aim of this thesis is to explore the relationship between the surrounding world and the library with respect to the library?s need to provide a Library 2.0 web site. We also explore the relationship between the physical and the virtual library. Our research objects are the public libraries of Stockholm and the Umeå region, that maintain the web sites Biblioteket.se and minabibliotek.se respectively. By applying Dorte Skot-Hansen's theory of rationales we found that the Stockholm public library is acting in accordance with the experience rationale, whereas the libraries of Umeå are influenced by the instrumental rationale.
