The thesis is about exploring possibilities for developing a standardised system solution for micro businesses, this since most of the micro business lack proper system solutions, a contributing factor of this is price and also incompatibility between the solution and the business itself. The system solutions we will refer to are solutions which task is to cover the most important needs that a micro business might have on their system. The main goal with this research is to see if this is possible, and if so, how the developers should think to take it further. We chose to do this by identifying the most significant of needs a micro business has when it comes to this type of system solution.In this thesis we will present three needs which were evaluated and brought forth through the analyses of various interviews and observations we had done during the study. The interviews took place at respective company with their employees and consisted both closed and open questions with our main focus on the open questions because we wanted to obtain as much information from the respondents as possible from several viewpoints.

Purpose: This paper aims to describe the socialization process that audit associates experience within an auditing firm that is included in the Big 4-sphere. Our purpose is also to describe which attributes that characterize the organizational identity, and how these attributes are reflected in the self-image of the associates. Furthermore, we seek to explain how the socialization process has influenced the organizational identification. This subject is of interest since the business of auditing is facing higher demands from regulators and politicians, due to the bankruptcy of HQ-bank among others during the financial crisis in the beginning of the 21st century. Earlier research claims that the socialization process of recruits, especially in the initial state of the employment, has a major impact on their future values and attitudes in their job performance.

The main aim of my research essay is to examine two congregations, one in Sweden and one in Democratic Republic of Congo, how theology and the life in the church shape the cultural context. The analysis uses semi-structured interviews of two pastors responsible for organizing the Easter celebration in their churches. The interviews serve the purpose to reveal how they apply theology in their context, how they interpret the Easter celebration liturgically in relation to the early church and how they perceive the cultural development in the congregations Easter celebration 2010-11. To give complementary insights to the interviews I use computer-aided interviews with members of the congregations. The methodological approach is based on a study of contextual theological theories, Easter traditions in the early church, Easter theologies and then applying these theories in the interviews.

Bakgrund och problemformulering: Informationshantering är idag en ViTal del av konkurrensförmågan, varför en strategi för god hantering är viktig. Företag blir mer beroende av att prestera och efterfrågar system som erbjuder en strukturerad lösning för att förbättra prestationerna. CPM utgör beslutsstöd som erbjuder djupare analyser och som fångar upp företags intresse. Stora investeringar av CPM genomförs i bolag, trots att viss oenighet om innebörden finns. Studier och forskning i ämnet är få, varför vårt intresse för studien väcktes.

International reading comprehension studies, like PIRLS and PISA, state that the reading comprehension of Swedish students has decreased significantly since 2000. As a consequence, the National Agency of Education has made reading comprehension teaching a prioritised field in terms of further education for teachers. There has also been a change in Lgr 11, the national curriculum for compulsory school, where it is stated that teaching in reading strategies shall be a part of the central content throughout compulsory school. When the pupils reach upper secondary school level, reading comprehension education is no longer a part of the curriculum. Today, students at upper secondary school for individuals with learning disabilities currently share the same curriculum as the ordinary upper secondary school.

Materialet har därefter analyserats genom tematisering och presenteras slutligen tillsammans med resultaten.Resultat & slutsats: Studien visar att den modell som har använts för att tyda förtroendenivån är valid och väl applicerbar inom den svenska fastighetsmäklarbranschen.

Teachers and special education teachers play a ViTal role in the creation of a study environment that fosters productivity in students. The current study aims to further expand the knowledge regarding teacher?s perception of common work with developing an optimal study environment within the classroom and the educational institution. In order to achieve this, qualitative interviews have been performed and study results analyzed according Nilholm´s model of the three different perspectives on special education: The critical perspective, the compensatory perspective and the dilemma perspective.The study results show that the concept of order and study environment is not clearly defined among the interviewees. However, the concept appears to presuppose the teacher?s responsibility to create the sense of security and effective study environment to those students who express the wish to educate themselves (Children make the things right only if they have been shown the correct way to do it).

DinBox Sverige AB säljer fastighetsboxar på den skandinaviska marknaden och har produktionen utlagd till en leverantör Kina. Företaget startades i slutet på 2007 och är med andra ord relativt ungt. Den logistiska delen från beställning till leverans av produkt, är en mycket viktig och ViTal del av verksamheten som måste fungera. Det logistiska flödet fungerar idag inte helt felfritt och det uppstår problem med leveranser.Jag fick som uppgift i mitt examensarbete inom supply-chain management, att undersöka det logistiska flödet närmare för att hitta olika förbättringsförslag.Syftet med uppgiften är ta reda på vilka fel som uppstår, kartlägga vilka typer av kostnader dessa fel innebär och utreda hur man kan undvika fel i fortsättningen. The reason for our communication is to share thoughts, feelings and information, we want to affect and confirm.We are used to interpersonal communication, but even if we have had a lot of practice at it during our lives, we still find our selves facing misunderstandings and conflicts. The more people we meet during a day, the greater the chance is for interruptions in the communication.In pharmacy practice, good communication is ViTal for the client?s health and quality of life.

The study of culture is specifically relevant to libraries confronting changes. A variety of conditions makes it beneficial for libraries to understand the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the underlying culture. Such an understanding can help libraries in adjusting to changes easier, without losing the cultural values that they hold important to their identity and strategic strengths.Taking this as a starting point the purpose of this essay is to examine and describe what aspects in prevailing library cultures are important to pay attention to when meeting changes. To accomplish this we will explore the concept of library culture, its substance, meaning and expression.Culture is reflected in the artifacts, values and underlying assumptions of formal and informal groups. Culture can be found at various levels.

Syfte: Syftet är att genom litteraturstudier samt med utgångspunkt i ett antal intervjuer med respondenter, skapa en förståelse för vad som motiverar professionella medarbetare på deras arbetsplats.Metod: Vi har använt oss av ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv, vilket har motiverat till att göra en abduktiv studie samt att använda oss av kvalitativ metod i våra intervjuer. Totalt genomfördes fyra intervjuer, alla med respondenter som vi ansåg passa in i vår definition av professionella medarbetare. Resultaten från dessa intervjuer har vi sedan tolkat utifrån ett hermeneutiskt synsätt. För att skapa ett trovärdigt resultat har vi valt att redovisa stor del av vårt empiriska material med hjälp av citat från respondenterna. Vi har även utvecklat samt skrivit slutsatser utifrån dessa citat.Resultat och slutsats: Utifrån vårt empiriska material kan vi se att en motiverande miljö för medarbetarna, bland annat kan skapas genom att arbetsuppgifterna upplevs som meningsfulla och utmanande.

Uppsatsen kommer reflektera kring vad som gör ett spel till en e-sport med fokus på tre huvuddelar inom e-sport idag. Detta baseras på Klines, Peuters och Dyer-Withefords teori om Three Circuits of interactivity; Teknik, Marknadsföring och Kultur. Dessa tre delar utgör e-sport.Alla spel som finns på marknaden idag är tävlingsinriktade och går ut på att lösa problem, men alla spel är inte e-sporter och det finns även spel som försvunnit från scenen. Vi ville undersöka hur detta var möjligt. Vilka faktorer är det som gör att vissa spel bli e-sporter?Vi samlade information under DreamHack Vinter 2011 från flera källor inom e-sport.

A paranoid and shameful reading of Inger Christensens novel Azorno.The contagious feelings of paranoia and shame played a ViTal part in my first reading of the novel Azorno, written by the Danish poet Inger Christensen. In this essay, I?m letting those emotions direct the ?understanding? and analysis of the novel. In earlier research the focus has been to comprehend what the novel ?really is about?, and even though it has been mentioned that the form probably is a way to make the reader a visible constructer of  the novel?s ?meaning? the understanding has never been created by the affects that occurs during the reading.
