This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. KVINNOR ÄR SÄLLAN ?BARA? KVINNOR : en kvinnofokuserad intersektionell studie av två läroböcker i ämnena historia och engelska

In this study we have analysed from an intersectional perspective two textbooks Historia 1b and Progress Gold A which are purposed to be used as teaching material in Swedish schools in the subjects of History and English. Our question and reason for doing the analysis is to emphasise and make the variety of women in the books visible in order to compare that variety to the one that is demanded by the Swedish curriculum. The analysis is made from an ideology critical perspective and contains quantitative elements. Our conclusion is that the material contains both excluding and including features. Some intersectional categories are well represented while others, like functionality and religion, are not.

Styrd norm eller lärandeverktyg? : Några lärares förhållningssätt till mångfald i klassrummet

Dagens samhälle präglas av en mångfald som självklart avspeglar sig i skolan. Syftet med vår undersökning är att skaffa oss kunskap om lärares förhållningssätt gentemot denna mångfald. Vi är även intresserade av att se vilka eventuella möjligheter och begränsningar lärare ser i undervisningen ur ett mångfaldsperspektiv. Undersökningen grundar sig på en kvalitativ forskning där intervjuer med några lärare i samhällsorienterande ämnen i grundskolans senare år samt gymnasiet har gjorts. Vid sammanställningen av dessa intervjuer som genomförts med lärare från de senare skolåren uppkom en stor variation av uppfattningar kring vad mångfald är och vad det får för betydelse för läraryrket.

Geografiundervisning i praktiken

Vårt arbete består av en empirisk undersökning där vi med kvalitativ intervju som metod velat undersöka hur sju lärare i grundskolans tidigare år tolkar kursplanen i geografi, och hur de omsätter denna i praktiken. Vi har tagit avstamp i kursplanen i geografi, tidigare forskning och litteratur. Dessa visar alla på geografiämnets bredd och möjligheter. Geografiämnet har en särställning då det är tvärvetenskapligt och står med ett ben i samhällsvetenskapen och ett ben i naturvetenskapen. De exempel vi har fått diskuteras också utifrån en sociokulturell kunskapssyn.

Yrkesstolthetens komponenter hos anställda på Försäkringskassan Dalarna

Syftet med föreliggande undersökning var att identifiera faktorer som bidrog till känslan av "yrkesstolthet" hos anställda vid Försäkringskassan Dalarna inkluderande personalens tillfredsställelse med yrkesrollen. Sammanlagt 163 personer, 123 kvinnor och 40 män, från 25 till 66 år (X= 49,8 år) deltog i undersökningen. Denna genomfördes med hjälp av General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social Factors at Work (QPS Nordic) inkluderande 123 frågor samt 9 frågor gällande yrkesrollen. Frågorna besvarades väsentligen med hjälp av en 5-gradig skala av Likert-typ. Huvudresultatet uträknades med hjälp av Cronbachs Alpha, Principal Component Analysis och multipel regressionsanalys.

Motivationsskapande metoder ityskundervisning : en studie av lärarnas sätt att effektivisera undervisningen

Detta examensarbete är en undersökning av metoder som lärare i tyska pågymnasieskolan använder för att intressera och motivera sina elever. Eftersom intressetför tyska som språk och ämne är betydligt mindre än till andra främmande språk, harjag undersökt lärarnas sätt att utöva ett positivt inflytande på elever som kan hjälpa tillatt förhindra elever från att avsluta sina studier i tyska. I min undersökning har jaganvänt en kvalitativ metod, d.v.s. intervju av fyra tyskalärare på gymnasieskolan.Resultatet visade att de mest effektiva och motivationsskapande metoderna ärverklighetsanknutna och elevaktiverande och att variation i undervisningen är enavgörande faktor som hjälper lärare i tyska att skapa ett positivt inlärningsklimat iklassrummet.
