Sammanfattning: Det hÀr Àr en empirisk studie om fritidgÄrdens samarbete med sex olika högstadieskolor i en medelstor kommun. Vi valde endast en fritidsgÄrd för att det Àr den enda som finns i kommunen. Eftersom att det finns stor kriminalitet bland ungdomarna i den hÀr kommunen undersöker vi vilka ÄtgÀrder skolan och fritidsgÄrden tar tillsammans för att hjÀlpa ungdomarna ifrÄga.Syftet med den hÀr studien Àr att beskriva och analysera samarbetet mellan fritidsgÄrden och högstadieskolorna ur ett ledarperspektiv. Undersökningen genomfördes som en kvalitativ studie.En av de största hinder Àr att struktur och mÄl Àr oklara i samarbetena. Fritidsledarna och skolans ledning har stor flexibilitet i utbildningsbakgrunden och olika erfarenheter och dÀrför kunde de ge mycket mer i de hÀr samarbetena om mÄl och struktur var tydligare.

We wanted to study if and how students become motivated and stimulated towards a permanent interest for regular physical activity, from a pedagogical perspective. Our goal was to examine how physical education teachers create motivation for the students and how you, as a physical education teacher, can motivate those students who are physically inactive due to obesity or other various kinds of problems. In the theoretical background, we have made a summary of sports and development of the physical education subject over the years. We also describe societyÂŽs perspective on public health. The motivation concept is definded and we explain different motivational theories.

De senaste Ă„ren har ett flertal omstruktureringar gjorts inom förskoleverksamheten, framförallt pĂ„ grund av besparingskrav. Detta har inneburit att barngrupperna har successivt ökat frĂ„n i genomsnitt 15-16 barn i varje grupp för cirka tio Ă„r sedan, till nu i snitt 18-20 barn i varje grupp. De senaste Ă„ren har noterats ett ökat antal pĂ„pekanden frĂ„n personalen om tinnitus samt subjektiv hörselnedsĂ€ttning. ÖnskemĂ„l har kommit frĂ„n ett flertal förskolor om undersökningar och bullermĂ€tningar i arbetsmiljön. Den förmodat ökade bullernivĂ„n har Ă€ven diskuterats i samband med personalens ökade sjukskrivningsfrekvens de senaste Ă„ren.

The aim of this paper is to highlight issues and potential problems regarding conservation inan exhibition situation. The thesis presents a case study from the Röhsska museum, inGothenburg, where an interior of painted tapestries was currently being conserved andrestored. The study includes general history about the painted tapestries, conservation historyand information about the current treatments.The painted tapestries originates from a former manor [sv: sÀteri] in Gothenburg calledHökÀlla and were donated to the Röhsska museum in 1916. The tapestries were a part of themuseum?s permanent exhibition until 1996, when it was dismounted and put in storage.

BÄde offentlig sektor, privata företag och ideella föreningar bedriver idag en stor del av sitt utvecklingsarbete i projektform. För mÄnga av dessa Àr ocksÄ mÄlsÀttningen att projekten ska leva vidare och bli en ny verksamhet eller integreras i den befintliga. I den hÀr uppsatsen studeras en organisation som gÄtt frÄn att vara ett projekt till att bli en permanent verksamhet samt hur projektprocessen har sett ut. Organisationen jag valde att studera har finansierat sitt projekt genom externa projektbidrag. Jag ville studera i vilken grad olika framgÄngsfaktorer, som identifierats i litteraturen, kunde vara giltiga för det undersökta projekter.

Purpose: To examine the hearing environment for tattoo artists regarding occupational noiseand to see whether tattoo artists are exposed to hazardous noise according to Swedish WorkEnvironment Authority regulations. Method: Using a dosimeter we measured a total ofseven sessions of approximately one hour on seven different subjects, located on five studiosin Gothenburg. As a complement we did also hand out surveys based on twelve questions toexamine habits, experienced sound environment and to see if there were any hearing relatedpatterns. Results:. Sound level measurements showed that the lower exposure action valueLpAeq,8h 80 dB(A) in one case was reached if applied to the average working time of sixhours.

The aim of the present study was to estimate the correlation between Euro NCAP pedestrian rating scores and injury outcome in real-life car to pedestrian crashes, with special focus on long-term disability. The study also surveyed most frequently injured body regions and risk differences for specific elements of pedestrians hit by cars. Another aim was to determine whether Brake Assist systems affect the injury outcome in real-life car to pedestrian crashes and to estimate the effect in injury reduction of a high Euro NCAP ranking score combined with Brake Assist.In the current study, the Euro NCAP pedestrian scoring was compared with the real-life outcome in pedestrian crashes that occurred in Sweden 2003-2010. The real-life crash data was obtained from the data acquisition system STRADA, which combines police records and hospital admission data. The medical data consisted of International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) diagnoses and Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) scoring.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka huruvida arbetsrelaterade identiteter och ambitioner skiljer sig Ät beroende pÄ anstÀllningsform, tillsvidareanstÀllning (N = 26) och tidsbegrÀnsad anstÀllning (N = 22). En enkÀt besvarades av 48 individer, fördelade pÄ fem avdelningar pÄ ett sjukhus i Mellansverige. Respondenterna skattade de arbetsrelaterade identitetsmÄtten: organisationsidentitet, professionsidentitet, medarbetaridentitet, identitetsbehov och identitetskonflikt samt ambitionsmÄtten: engagemang, framsteg/karriÀr och konflikt. Resultatet visade att det finns intressanta skillnader i enskilda frÄgor, exempelvis att tidsbegrÀnsat anstÀllda i högre grad Àr nöjda med valet av profession Àn tillsvidareanstÀllda. Samtidigt skulle de tillsvidareanstÀllda förlora vem jag Àr-kÀnslan mer om de förlorade sitt arbete, Àn de tidsbegrÀnsat anstÀllda.

This thesis is a report concerning the practical aspects on exhibition techniques. During an internship at the National History Museum in Stockholm I participated in the work with their new, temporary exhibition GrÀnslöst - en global utstÀllning pÄ Historiska museet [Boundless - a global voyage of discovery at the National Historical Museum]. I was part of a small project team of museum staff. The purpose of this exhibition was to show how cultures have met and influenced each other throughout history. The National Historical Museum has in its collections and exhibitions several examples of objects that has been imported from or inspired by other cultural areas.

The purpose of this study was to highlight LGBT asylum-seekers experiences of expressing their sexual identity or gender identity in the country of origin and in the asylum process in Sweden. By interviewing people who got permanent residence in Sweden because of gender or sexual orientation in UtlÀnningslagen (2005:716) we have been able to explore their own experiences from expressing themselves. This study analyse these experiences from a social psychological perspective, from this analysis we aimed to obtain a deeper understanding of how the experiences from the country of origin affects on the experiences in the asylum process. This study shows that LGBT asylum-seekers often is facing negative reactions from the environment in the country of origin, these reactions can limit their possibilities to express their sexual identity or gender identity in the asylum process in Sweden. The negative reactions they experience in the country of origin have contributed to that many LGBT people internalize feelings of fear to express themselves, feelings that often stays when they come to Sweden to seek asylum.

The aim of this study was to gain a better understanding of resource schools 1 as a human services organization and institution, based on teachers and principals? perspectives. The purpose of resource schools is to provide the students tools and resources to enable them to return to the regular school within two years. The study also aims to examine more closely how this objective applies to the studied resource schools in the studied municipality, as well as highlighting the success factors and barriers that exist to achieve the goal. Previous studies show that this kind of differential practice tends to become a permanent solution.
