2008 lade regeringen fram sin proposition om en ny läroplan för gymnasieskolan, Gy11. Målet med den nya läroplanen, var att den skulle bli tydligare och konkretare än tidigare läroplaner. Vi vill med studien undersöka hur de utbildande lärarna, i Idrott och hälsa, som var med och utformande ämnesplanen i Idrott och hälsa, tolkar ämnesplanen samt hur de realiserar den i praktiken. I studien använder vi oss av en kvalitativ metod, för att verkligen kunna analysera vad dessa personer menar. Den tidigare forskningen klarlägger vad som tidigare har upplevts som ämnets syfte och olika påverkansfaktorer av innehållet i ämnet.

För närvarande läses elmätare av en gång per år, detta leder till att kunders elräkning baseras på ett schablonbaserat belopp. Enligt riksdagens proposition 2002/03:85 skall dock alla elkunder, senast fr.o.m. 1 juli 2009, faktureras efter faktisk elförbrukning varje månad. Detta har lett till en stor marknad för fjärravlästa elmätare som nu är ett måste för att kunna utföra den tätare avläsning som krävs. E.ON ES Sverige AB som är beställare av detta examensarbetet har specialiserat sig på att installera, underhålla och läsa av fjärravlästa elmätare åt nätägare.

Det råder en stor överkonsumtion i de rika länderna i väst. Det finns fortfarande människor som svälter trots att den totala produktionen och konsumtionen beräknas överstiga jordens långsiktiga bärkraft med ca 25 %. De insatser som tidigare gjorts av regeringen för att uppnå hållbarhet har mest skett mot producentsidan men de har inte fått den effekt som önskats och nu är det dags att satsa på konsumenterna. I mars i år, 2006, överlämnade regeringen till riksdagen en proposition för en ny konsumentpolitik. Det nya övergripande målet enligt propositionen är ?trygga konsumenter som handlar hållbart?.

The problem, which I want to highlight in this essay, is about my fear of losing face in conversationwith the parents of my text. I'm going through different approaches to find out what is happening inmy meetings with parents. I will also see if the knowledge that I get will help me to get deeperunderstanding of my reactions in different situations and if this opens up new possible ways ofhandling them.In my text there will be two stories where the conversation with parents has been difficult. Theyboth illustrate my uncertainty concerning the unpredictability of conversations with distressed orstressed parents. I can prepare the environment, by cleaning and making it look nice before meetingwith the parents.

The interest for food and cooking has probably never engaged the people of Sweden as much as it does today. Especially cookbooks are selling better than ever which has been a quite constant trend since the mid 90's. This study explores the connection between visual communication in Swedish cookbooks and the post-modern values which have influenced the market climate and the visual culture. I have used a theoretical framework as reference consisting of theories of semiotics, visual rhetoric, marketing communications and postmodernism. I have been studying six cookbooks, three from the late 00's and three from the early 90's, from the two separate angles of their graphic design and photographic material.

First during early 1960s fathers got access to the labor room in Sweden. Theirparticipation are a relative new trend and it`s not thoroughly described in theliterature. Midwives? responsibility is to give a good and medical safe care, and tocreate a positive childbirth experience for the woman and her partner. No previousstudies have paid attention to midwives' experiences of fathers' presence duringchildbirth.

Avtalsfrihet och pacta sunt servanda benämns ofta som avtalsrättens grundpelare. Det innebär att parterna är fria att själva utforma inbördes prestationer och skyldigheter i avtal och att bundenhet att fullfölja avtalet uppstår. En jämkning av avtalsvillkor innebär i många fall att dessa grundprinciper inskränks varför uppsatsen behandlar principernas ställning och skyddsvärde.Denna uppsats har till syfte att utreda räckvidden för en i avtal stadgad ansvarsbegränsning. Utredningen görs dels genom en genomgång av den proposition generalklausulsutredningen resulterade i och som förelåg införandet av oskälighetsbegreppet i 36 § AvtL, vari tillämpning för jämkning av avtalsklausul möjligen kan finnas, dels genom en sammanställning för vad som föreskrivs i rättspraxis och doktrin.En skiljedom, som klandrades och därför blev offentlig, visar hur skiljemännen valde att tillämpa 36 § AvtL för att jämka en avtalad klausul om ansvarsbegränsning och istället göra en skadeståndsbedömning delvis utifrån skadeståndsrättsliga principer.I uppsatsen utreds under vilka förutsättningar en eller flera klausuler kan jämkas och redogör för hur ett jämkningsförfarande generellt går till och analyserar vad ett eftersträvansvärt förhållandesätt till en faktor som tecknad ansvarsförsäkring är. Vidare utreder uppsatsförfattarna huruvida en ansvarsförsäkring hos part kan påverka utfallet av bedömningen i skadeståndsrättsliga frågor.

Prostitution has for a long time been an understudied field in economics. Due in part to a lack of quantitative and empirical material, itself largely a result of the illegality or semi-illegality of the activity in most countries, the factors that explain the prevalence of, and pricing in, prostitution have remained largely undiscussed. In the last 20 year, this have begun to change: new theories ? notably by Edlund & Korn (2002), Rao et al (2003) and Della Giusta et al (2009) ? have been formulated and the rise of internet based escort sites have made large scale quantitative studies possible. This thesis examines if, and in what way, court documents can help expand the understanding of the economics of prostitution in Sweden.

The purpose of this thesis is to bring insight into and understanding of how the market for emission rights in Europe currently works and what problems it is currently facing. The research can be said to be based on positive theory, in the sense that it is grounded more on empirical theory on the subject than normative theory. Furthermore, a qualitative approach to generating data has been used. This has led to a pattern mode of explanation, where understanding a unique and complex field is the focus. The theoretical perspective utilized in this thesis is mainly based on empirical research on similar market-based systems for emission control.

As students of graphic design the craft of print is close to our hearts. One of the most essential mediums of the evolution of printing techniques is the poster. In a world where digital mediums are being utilized to a greater degree everyday, our love for the printed poster makes us wonder if the days of the poster are counted.What we did was to take a closer look at the role of the poster in promoting events. We focused on the Stockholm area and did qualitative interviews with three different event promoters. Live Nation which is an international live entertainment promoter, Dramaten which is one of Sweden?s most well respected theaters and Stockholm Live which is a stand up comedy promoter in Stockholm city.From doing this we learned that economics play an important part in defining the role of the poster.

This thesis aims to open the Pandora?s Box of hedge fund styles through an index-based style analysis. This information asymmetry is due to both less strict disclosure requirements and inherent nature of hedge funds. We employ a multiple unconditional linear regression model wherein 23 Swedish hedge funds are regressed on 10 style indices. In addition to the increased interest in hedge funds and their performance drivers, our unique approach with regressing return on return motivates this study.

The purpose for this study is to look at the Pink Caravans, which is a Swedish travel company that started in the beginning of the seventies. The company today has a unique profile within the travel industry which made us curious about how they have managed to keep their distinctiveness over such a long period of time. We have chosen to focus on how they work with the market in this ever changing world, including aspects regarding for example the customer being more demanding today than before. We have also looked at a potential future for the company considering new trends popping up like the environmental issues. The study is based on a qualitative approach and a case study research regarding the Pink Caravans.

The water tower in Uppsala city forest was built in the late 1950's in what is now a nature reserve. The unique place was supposed to be visited by people, which is currently not the situation. This bachelor thesis aimed to perform an analysis and make a design proposal for the environment surrounding the water tower. The analysis was performed using the methodology previously described by architect Arne Branzell. The methodology focuses on how a space is perceived by a person moving through it.

When a videogame is being played it is rarely a static experience. A videogame can consist of various systems that affect each other in an unpredictable manner which makes the player experience unique for every player.Throughout the years developers of games have used random chance in a games programming to affect the user experience. Sometimes it even goes so far as to having entire games based around the idea of the game itself randomly generating content for a player to experience.This paper will examine randomly generated content in videogames. It will take examples from existing ones and describe how they use it, and reason regarding the benefits and drawbacks of having random chance affect the user experience.The paper will step-by-step examine the purpose of various commonly occurring objects and features of a typical dungeon in an adventure videogame. It will reason around their purpose, and figure out ways to use them in a structured  manner so that we can guarantee that there will be no deadlocks that the player can't overcome.This will range from the environments in rooms, the shape of them, to the objects and creatures that inhabit them, such as locked doors, keys, and bosses.

This is a qualitative study aiming to study stepparents? view of the relationships within the stepfamily and their thoughts about what makes it work. It is based upon three stepmothers? life stories focusing on their relationships with their stepchildren. The study is based on a symbolic interactionistic theory and explores the experiences and unique perceptions of these women in their life as stepparents.
