The aim with the study is to find key factors relating to internal marketing and to improve the process between the operating organization and its customers. A qualitative study is carried out within an organization active in the Swedish healthcare. The qualitative approach is carried out by collecting empirical data through observations, personal interviews and group interviews.The Physiotherapy Clinic at the Karolinska University Hospital is in the focus of the empirical study. The study locates existing differences in perceptions and comes up with recommendations for actions to improve the process of organisations within the Swedish healthcare and their customers. The study's results are that internal marketing can bring a lot to service-selling organizations and that the organizations internal conditions are as important as the external ones.Communication appears to be a key factor for an organization that has applied internal marketing.

The purpose of this report is to find out how we can work with learners on the basis of their opportunities in mathematics. I also want to look into, how one views this question in other cultures that are different from our own. I have, in order to reach my purpose, looked on what literature there is on this matter. I have also made three interviews in a township in South Africa. The result I got from my survey was that the teachers I interviewed had a similar point of view on the teaching of mathematic as we have in Sweden.

Den här uppsatsen handlar om sanktioner mot marknadsmissbruk i Sverige. Begreppet marknadsmissbruk innefattar, insiderhandel, röjande av insiderinformation och otillbörlig kurspåverkan. Det huvudsakliga syftet med studien är att redogöra för de nya tankar som framförts i samband med den utredningen som legat till grund för förslaget om skärpning av insiderlagstiftningen i Sverige. Studien har genomförts genom att granska lagtext, förarbeten och doktrin. Sverige instiftade en lag (Insiderlag 1990:1342) mot marknadsmissbruk i början av 1990-talet, då Sverige trädde in i EG.

This report deals with issues related to construction waste. Building material that has not been built into the project is defined as construction waste. Cost of construction waste amounts to 4-12 % of the total cost of the project. Moreover, cost of construction waste is 1-3 % of the production cost. The aim of this study is to increase knowledge about the main causes of waste within the construction industry.

Klotter och annan skadegörelse ökar i vårt samhälle. Detta innebär dels stora kostnader för främst staten, kommuner och företag i landet. Ett annat problem detta medför en ökad känsla av otrygghet bland befolkningen och att det kan leda till en sämre boende miljö i vissa områden. Från 2004-01-01 finns det ett nytt stycke i polislagen 19 § som innebär att en polisman i vissa situationer har möjlighet att i förebyggande syfte kroppsvisitera en person. Vi har i våran rapport fokuserat på att försöka ta reda på hur tillämpningen av detta nya stycke skall ske.

I Sverige finns idag ett stort antal förorenade områden som är i behov av sanering för att förhindra skada på naturen och människors hälsa. Även inom EU har detta problem uppmärksammats och därför har det upprättats ett miljöansvarsdirektiv för att få förorenaren att ansvara för kostnaderna för saneringen av dessa områden. Syftet med uppsatsen var att granska regeringens implementering av miljöansvarsdirektivet i svensk rätt. För att nå resultatet har i första hand granskat regeringens proposition, ett utvidgat miljöansvar, och miljöansvarsdirektivet. Vidare har vi även behandlat lagtext, SOU, praxis och doktrin.

Till skillnad från vad många tror har svensk skogsindustri ingen uttalad kompetensfördel trots en del branschspecifika utbildningar.Syftet med examensarbetet är att definiera skogsindustrins framtida konkurrensfördelar ur ett medarbetarperspektiv genom att beskriva skogsindustrins employer value proposition (EVP).

The transportation sector is the only sector of the Swedish society that is still increasing the emissions of carbon dioxide and other green house gases. Diesel fuel represents one of the fuels that contributes to these emissions and the use of diesel fuels is increasing every year. The main purpose of this study was to make an estimation of the current business situation for producers of liquid diesel biofuels in Sweden such as biodiesel, synthetic diesel and crude tall diesel and examine the forces of competition of the industry today and its future prospects. The study revealed that the rivalry among the existing firms was low mainly due to the geographical spread of the companies. Moreover the success of the biodiesel industry was influenced by a long-term guarantee of the tax exempt for biofuels and by the price level of petroleum diesel.

På grund av ett ständigt tilltagande intresse för den svenska fjällvärlden ökar antalet människor som vistas i fjällen. Något som bidrar inte bara med en rikare fritid för fjällturisterna utan även fler arbets- och inkomsttillfällen åt samhället. För att alla dessa människor ska kunna känna sig trygga om en olycka inträffar finns fjällräddningen. Syftet med rapporten är att undersöka hur fjällräddningen ska kunna organiseras på bästa möjliga sätt. Är det genom den nuvarande organisationen i polisens försorg eller finns det andra lösningar? Rapporten är inriktad mot fjällräddningen i Jämtlands län och baseras på information inhämtad huvudsakligen från intervjuer, myndigheters och organisationers webbsidor samt en proposition som behandlar omorganisering av fjällräddning .

Ever since Thomas More?s book Utopia was published in 1516, theutopian idea has not lost its topicality and has been strongly rootedin literature, art, film and architecture. Utopia can be seen as a statein which utopia allows a space for wishes, dreams and a desire forsomething better. In my degree project I have chosen to explore thehistorical utopian ideas to create a content that treats utopia on asubjective level. With visual communication as a starting point I havetried to fixate this state in a book.

Objective: The aim of the study is to describe pupils' understanding of the mathematical concept of function. How do pupils define the concept of function? What images of the concept of function evoke when they solve tasks, which involve identifying and constructing functions?Theory: A student's thinking about a mathematical concept depends on more than just the formal definition of the concept; therefore Tall and Vinner introduce the term concept image to describe the role cognitive structures play when students learn about concepts. The cognitive structure includes all mental images, associated properties and processes that an individual associates with a given concept. According to Sfard, an individual's understanding of mathematical concepts may have different character: an operational conception, where a concept is conceived as a process and a structural conception, where the given concept is conceived as an object, that is, as a whole.Method: 16 pupils at the Science Program at two different upper secondary schools inSweden answered a questionnaire on the mathematical concept of function.

The purpose was to create differentiation concepts due to the upcoming deregulation of the Swedish pharmacy monopoly. Apart from the theory, the study is based on interviews with pharmacy customers and experiences from former pharmacy market deregulations in some of the other Scandinavian countries. The result shows that a differentiation concept that could work in a shorter perspective is a low service quality but with lower prices and a unique location. In a longer perspective it seems like the concept should change to a more service orientated differentiation concept with a variation of high quality services to gain competitive advantage..

The society has long been isolated, and therefore, the city has been able to preserve their handicraft methods and values. We chose to study the Ecological and Handicraft Development Center, which is a newly opened center for craft production. We wanted to see how the centre could use storytelling as a marketing strategy.

A new line of business has arisen on the Swedish information market. The information broker is still quite an unknown actor but the future seems to hold a prosperous outcome for this kind of alternative information service. The information broker has many definitions but can generally be described as an intermediary between information sources and users. The Swedish market for this kind of information professionals has not yet developed into a big, well-established and lucrative branch as for example the one in the USA. The Swedish actors are still coping with resistance in form of insufficient support from the government, competitiveness from other more established information services and the clienteles lack of understanding the brokers purpose and utility.
