The Swedish pharmacy market will be re-regulated in July 2009 which will present private actors with an opportunity to enter the market. Several risks and uncertainties are associated with such an entry. The purpose of this thesis is to increase the Understanding of identification and management of risks and uncertainties associated with entering the Swedish pharmacy market. We also intend to investigate similarities and differences in risk identification and risk management as well as create an Understanding of the underlying reasons for these similarities and differences. Three companies interested in entering the market have been interviewed and the interviews were conducted with an open approach to avoid influencing the companies? answers.

Reaching shared Understanding during court hearings is a prerequisite to ensure a fair trial and maintaining legal certainty. Every month between 2,000 and 3,000 court hearings in Sweden make use of interpreters. Interpreter-mediated conversations involve an extra discourse compared to monolingual conversations which increases the risk of misUnderstandings.Using methodology of conversation analysis the study explores how bilingualism is expressed during interpreter-mediated court hearings, at which occasions the Spanish-speaking laymen switch to Swedish and what function the codeswitching fulfills. The study identifies patterns in codeswitching and categorizes them into six different types. Furthermore the ideology of monolingualism in court is challenged and the advantages and disadvantages of codeswitching is discussed.The analysis concludes that even though certain types of codeswitching lead to delays in the conversation, the interaction is mostly favored by the Spanish-speaking party Understanding some Swedish.

AbstractThis study deals with the tours carried out in the manufacturing sector, at Alfa Laval in Eskilstuna. A large number of visitors, from a variety of backgrounds, go there to see how the manufacturing of separators works. With visitors I refer to the company?s customers, suppliers, students, in- house trainee courses, managers and senior citizens groups.The study examines how these tours can be standardized using spatial design. The result shows the importance of working systematically with visualizing the work as well as the environment for optimizing the visitor's Understanding.

The purpose of this study was to describe how patients with hemodialysis experience their dialysis treatment. The study was conducted as a qualitative descriptive design. The study is based on six interviews. The interviews were transcribed in their entirety and analyzed according to content analysis inspired by Granheim and Lundman. The result is based on five categories; Stress and requirements, Life-supporting haemodialysis treatment, physical impairments, social constraints and a positive view on haemodialysis.

Abstract (in English) The report clarifies how the economy of Värnamo and Tingsryd area experiencing and implementing APL, it also reveals their need for jacking from the school to improve students achievement.By highlighting some of the requirements, expectations, obligations and rights as schools, businesses and students have between each other can enhance our Understanding of each other's activities. With increased Understanding of each other's needs, function and values can be a more seamless cooperation take place which can increase the efficiency, usefulness and effectiveness of APL and apprenticeship.The investigation of the report includes a survey of 25 questions that companies involved in APL answers and interviews by two well-designate individuals in the subject, Jonas Olofsson, who among other things, wrote the book "Krisen i skolan" and Annika Jervgren is research assistant in the National Apprentice Committee.The supervisor's actions during the APL are addressed and they are critical to student achievement and how the profession is perceived. It is also evident that there is a desire for increased communication between schools and businesses and that practice is governed by established documented procedures to make the workplace time will be as constructive as possible for the students..

The students participating in my development work will work with a process book for handicraft studies. In the beginning of their studies, the students need practical knowledge about the development of the profession itself, but they also need to be challenged and learn how to solve problems on their own which will help them gain a deeper knowledge of the subject.    I focus on open questions to create a process with the students. This process is created when working with Solution-Focused-Education. Through ?assessment for learning? we can help the students to improve their self-assessment and Understanding of the learning process.

The municipality in Uppsala has set up goals for the future work concerning climate-and energy issues. As one way to achieve these goals the municipality started aproject called Uppsala climate protocol. During one of the project meetings anabatement map was presented. The map showed what savings in carbon dioxide andmarginal costs for different actions can be made. Statistics show that 40 % of thepopulation in Uppsala lives in a condominium.

The purpose of this thesis has been to examine preventing child sexual abuse in four elementary schools in Stockholm, Sweden. The study is based on qualitative interviews with school counselors. The aim of this thesis was to find out how and if elementary schools in Sweden work with preventing child sexual abuse. The aim was also to examine how the school counselors reason about the schools efforts to prevent child sexual abuse. Their statements was analysed with Foucault?s theory about sexual history to get a deeper Understanding for why people reason the way they do when it comes to issues like this.

The purpose of this paper is to create increased Understanding of how pupils learn statistics. This includes gaining insight into pupils' use of their own experience and group experience to help to get a better Understanding of statistical problem solving. The study's research questions are about how pupils learn to work with data in tables and diagram and how pupils learn to work with measures.The theoretical framework consists of two approaches to studying learning. One approach is based on pupils? cognitive conditions, called set-befores, and the pupils' previous experiences, called met-befores.

The purpose of my study is to highlight how children at preschool are affected by adult?s awareness of norms and interpretations of masculinity and femininity. The essay shows examples of boys? and girls´ expectations of each other and the preconceived notions of what boys and girls should or can do, and how we pedagogues relate to this matter. One example is about an encounter with a mother, where we have different opinions about her son´s wishes to be Lucia instead of Santa Claus.

This is a BA thesis in landscape planning at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Alnarp. The purpose of the thesis is to investigate why Japanese gardens, created in Sweden, often lack the feeling connected with Japanese gardens. The thesis includes a short study of Japanese history, spanning from the Middle Ages to the 19th century, to create a mild Understanding of how the Japanese society changed, due to political, religious and cultural influences. The traditional Japanese garden styles, developed during this period, have been concisely compiled separately to create a homogeneous image of each style. In order to display opposite views of garden design in the European garden styles, some of the european styles have been concisely compiled as well. To produce a higher level of Understanding of the Japanese garden, a consice compilation of the fundamental design principles has been included, as well as variuos types of decoration typical to the Japanese gardens, since the miss-use of these is a certain way of losing the feeling of a Japanese garden. The thesis is concluded by a consice compilation of possible reasons as to why the feeling connected with Japanese gardens is absent, as well as some attempt to include the feeling in the Swedish versions of Japanese gardens..

The aim of this study has been to achieve an increased Understanding of the meaning of home for people in homelessness. The study is based on texts written by people in homelessness and a qualitative content analysis has been used to process the material. The result has been analysed with an inductive approach, using parts of the analysis method grounded theory. Three aspects of the meaning of home was identified in the texts; control, self-determination and independence. The lack of a home means a major limitation concerning these aspects, according to the texts.

National identity, multiculturalism and invisible norms are three conceptions focused on in this essay. They are discussed and analysed with the purpose of deepening deepen the Understanding of their meaning. Further on they become instruments in a study of the Liberal Party's proposal for new politics of integration. My ambition is to distinguish signs of a Swedish national identity in this proposal and to interpret the party's relation to multiculturalism.The method of this essay comprises partly a literature study and partly a qualitative analysis of text.My discussion and analysis ended in an Understanding of national identity and multiculturalism as complex and interrelated conceptions. I found parts of a Swedish national identity in the value of working, in the fear of the cultural unknown and of eventual anti Swedish culture, in the idea of Sweden as the best country in the world considering gender equality and in the strong defence for the Swedish language.

The aim of the study was to look at a particular work group of housing supporters, whomhave implemented two special working methods in their work. The methods have been implemented by two of the housing supporters that also have special education in the methodsSOC (Sense of Coherence) and solution focused brief therapy. The study is based on anethnographic observation and analysis of documents that are used in the implementation. To analyse the information that was given at the observation and in the document I´ve used a theory which illustrates the significance of developing professions so their knowledge become legitimate. I´ve also used a theory that illustrates the importance of implementation and how it´s done at its best.

The purpose of this bachelor essay is to describe and analyze budgeting in nonprofit organizations. To do that, we used a qualitative method and accomplished seven interviews in four different football clubs. Our idea is to create Understanding by combine theory and empiric, and therefore we have an abductive research strategy.The subject of this essay is very topical in view of the recently emerging trend that Allsvenska football clubs are paying increasing deficit. This can have a major impact on the progress and must be stopped. The first step is to make a more realistic budget.The conclusions drawn from this essay suggest that it is not how the budget per se, but how to work from the planned budget that affects what results you gets in the end.
