Title: Territorial identities and fusions- regional identity by interregional fusions Level: Final assignment for Bachelors Degree in Social Science with specialization in Urban and Regional Planning. Author: Mladen Krajisnik Supervisor: Carl-Johan Nordblom Date: 2009 May Intention: The main focus of this study is to verify the existence, or nonexistence, of local and regional identities. Considering the result regarding regional identities, this thesis will continue on to clarify if these identities are to be seemed as a threat or resource during fusions, and if so, how can one best manage these different identities.Method: Only secondary data has been used in this study. I've botanized amongst the literature that processes fusions, impact of culture, identities, regions, territory. Continuing on, the collected empirical resources have been compared to my theory, from which an analysis was able to be spawned and conclusions were drawn.Result & Conclusions: The thesis confirms different regional identities, although it does not treat the subject regarding the inner strength of regions comparing to one another.

The purpose of this study was to understand what the care recipients considering as care quality in their long-term eldercare. Our intention has been to contribute a bit to the development of the care work. Previous studies show that user surveys are carried out regularly but there is very few studies that are based on care recipients own opinions and experiences. The main questions in the study have been to examine what is considered as good elder care from a user perspective. Even to understand the characteristics of a good meeting with the care staff and also examine how the elder care in Nybro municipality can improve.

Användningen av elektroniska kommunikationsmedel ökar ständigt och många organisationer byggersin verksamhet på ett starkt informationsberoende. Verksamheterna har blivit allt mer informationsbaserade och informationsteknologin är en oumbärlig del för organisationers infrastrukturer. Därför är utgångspunkten för denna studie att utveckla ny kunskap om hur individer uppfattar effektiv kommunikation i en IT-intensiv organisation. Arbetet undersöker även aspekter som medverkar eller motverkar den upplevda effektiviteten vid användandet av e-post i IT-intensiva organisationer och hur e-post kombineras med andra kommunikationsverktyg för att uppnå önskad effektivitet. Den empiriska grunden till studien är en organisation, där tio kvalitativa intervjuer gjorts.

Förskollärares syn på individuella anpassningar i förskoleverksamheten
Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka vilka individanpassningar förskollärare gör i förskolans verksamhet för att främja barnets individuella lärande och utveckling.Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer av fem förskollärare på tre olika förskolor i tre olika kommuner i mellersta Sverige. Intervjuer valdes framför enkäter då det antogs att svaren skulle bli utförligare och frågorna kunde anpassas i viss mån till intervjudeltagarna. Vid intervjuerna användes bandspelare för att kunna återge svaren så korrekt som möjligt och därmed reducera risken att gå miste om värdefull information.Enligt SOU 1997:157 ska hänsyn tas till barns olika förutsättningar och behov i förskolan, därmed kan inte förskolans verksamhet utformas lika överallt. I Skolverkets (2005) Allmänna råd om kvalitet i förskolan, poängteras det att förskolan är till för alla barn, personalen ska skapa de bästa förutsättningar för att varje barn ska utvecklas optimalt. Den pedagogiska verksamheten ska utgå ifrån barnens erfarenheter, intresse, behov och åsikter.Resultatet påvisar att majoriteten av intervjudeltagarna utformar verksamheten utifrån individernas behov och förutsättningar för att främja barnets lärande och utveckling på bästa sätt.

The product structure of the fuel tank installation is one of the most complex product areas at Scania. Caused by the number of parameters, which affect the fuel tank installation, a product structure is created which is very difficult to handle. Knowledge exist that the structure in a nearby future will be considerable more complex. The purpose of the study has been to understand in why this complexity exist and find ways to break the trend of a growing product structure. The goal was to achieve a more standardized fuel tank installation.A theoretical study was performed in order to bring knowledge in relevant areas both in general theory but also in documentation at Scania.

"Jag anar ett främmande ansikte bakom min röst" : Studier i paratextualitet och ironi hos Lars Gyllensten
Uppsatsen behandlar Lars Gyllenstens författarskap med utgångspunkt i den sammansattaläsupplevelse som hans verk innebär. Gyllensten har en omfångsrik produktion och en uttalad författarambition som kortfattat går ut på att med skrivandet bedriva kunskapsteoretiskt experimenterande.Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka sambandet mellan denna intention, böckernas innehåll respektive form samt läsupplevelsens växling mellan ordning och kaos. Tesen är att den sammansatta läsupplevelsen kan sammanfattas som en berättarteknik bestående av grundläggande två begrepp: ironi i form av signaler i texten och otillförlitligt berättande, samt paratextualitet vilket innebär de textuella element som omger själva texten.Med utgångspunkt i ovanstående syfte analyseras paratexten i ett 20-tal av Gyllenstensböcker varpå innehållsliga ironiska element analyseras med hjälp av närläsning av Det blå skeppet (1950).Resultatet visar att författaren använder paratexten för att delge läsaren texternasunderliggande teorier och budskap. De paratextuella elementen innebär också att böckerna binds ihop av referenser till olika motiv och vetenskapsmän.Ironi används konsekvent för att skapa nivåer och röster i berättelserna. I Det blå skeppet är berättaren otillförlitlig vilket innebär en distans mellan läsarens och författarpersonensvärderingar.
