Det finns ett flertal studier som beskriver och diskuterar olika aspekter av standardiserade arbetsmetoder och personbedömning i arbetslivet. Till vår kännedom finns dock ingen studie som belyser möjliga effekter av den nyligen lanserade bedömningsstandarden ISO 10667 i förhållande till rekrytering och urval, vilket var ambitionen med denna studie. En ökad förståelse för hur standardiserade bedömningstjänster i arbetslivet kan påverka och motivera organisationer är viktigt ur så väl ett teoretiskt som ett praktiskt perspektiv. På en teoretisk nivå kan forskningsresultat bidra till den allmänna förståelsen om fenomenet standardisering, och på en praktisk nivå hjälpa företagare att bedöma och utvärdera standardens betydelse för den enskilda verksamheten.Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka och förklara hur standardiserade bedömningstjänster i arbetslivet kan påverka risken för felrekrytering, diskriminering och subjektiva bedömningar vid rekrytering och urval. För att uppfylla syftet genomfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med representanter från två företag som medverkar i nätverket för ISO 10667samt representanter från två rekryteringsbolag som i dagsläget står utanför nätverket.Resultatet av denna studie visar att ISO 10667 i viss mån kan minska risken för felrekrytering, diskriminering och subjektiva bedömningar vid rekrytering och urval.

This report discusses the development of lessons based on laborations for middle and high school.The purpose of the project was to research the possibility to affect students' attitude towards physicsthrough well-planned stimulating lessons. The lessons were based on the Light and Lasers OutreachKit, a teaching package made by the organisation Laser Classroom, and have been adapted for physicsin middle and high school. The lessons were developed on a pedagogical and didactical ground andwere improved with surveys and peer and self assessment. The lessons were based on laser light and itsproperties. One lesson covered the topic of single-slit diffraction, while the other treated geometricaloptics.

Riskanalysverktyget failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) som analyserar kompo-nenter och signaler är beroende av att designen av fordonets elsystem finns tillgängligt och utförs därför sent i utvecklingsprocessen av elsystem. Detta medför att vissa fel inte analyseras i tid och kanske måste designas bort i efterhand vilket kan leda till ökad sy-stemkomplexitet samt längre och dyrare utvecklingsprocesser.Målet med examensarbetet är att genom en litteraturstudie ta reda på om det finns me-toder eller arbetssätt som gör att Scania tidigt i utvecklingsprocessen av elsystem kan genomföra funktionsanalyser i sitt riskanalysarbete med FMEA samt analysera dessa.Resultatet av detta examensarbete visar att det är möjligt att påbörja FMEA-arbetet tidigt i utvecklingsprocessen av elsystem om ingenjörerna utgår från ett funktionsperspektiv i riskanalysarbetet där de listar och rangordnar de funktioner som tillsammans realiserar en eller flera funktionaliteter samt deras felmoder, feleffekter, feldetektering, allvarlighet, sannolikhet och frekvens. Med hjälp av en FFMEA kan ingenjörerna tidigt i utveck-lingsprocessen av elsystem snabbt och effektivt hantera de identifierade säkerhetskritiska funktionerna.En befintlig funktionalitet på Scania har brutits ned i funktioner och en FFMEA har genomförts på dessa som en demonstration på hur en FFMEA kan genomföras och se ut..

Att vara aktiv och klara av att utföra sitt arbete har en central betydelse för en individs hälsa och välbefinnande. Begreppet arbetsförmåga är ett komplext begrepp som beskrivs som flerdimensionellt. Vid bedömning av arbetsförmåga är det viktigt att bedömaren använder sig av tillförlitliga metoder som syftar till att hjälpa individen med sin fortsatta rehabilitering. Syftet med studien är att kartlägga olika bedömningsinstrument som mäter arbetsförmåga i olika avseenden. Bland annat vilket syfte instrumentet har, vilken datainsamlingsmetod instrumentet använder samt vilka psykometriska egenskaper som har prövats för instrumentet.

In Sweden, the eutrophication of lakes, water courses and the coastal areas is considered the major threat to aquatic ecosystems and therefore actions taken to reduce the nutrient load to aquatic system including the Baltic Sea has high priority. There are many different sources of phosphorous and nitrogen and domestic wastewater is one contributing factor to the high load. Especially waste water from households that is not connected to municipal sewage treatment or a local small scale plant with appropriate nutrient removal efficiency is considered a problem. These types of households are quite common in rural areas in Sweden and in areas where summer houses has been converted to permanent living. Swedish legislation now permit the municipalities to decide in which areas within the municipality higher demands of the local small scale treatment facility should be met by the households (i.e.

The purpose of this study is to illustrate how some teachers in multicultural school environments reflecton and experience the educational work with national tests in the third grade for students who do not have Swedish as their native language. The research questions I have chosen to work with are:How do teachers experience working with national tests in groups of students where there are children with Swedish as a second language?How do the teachers reflect on the students linguistic preconditions relating to the national tests in these groups of students?What strategies in their teaching on national tests do the teachers use when it comes to students with Swedish as a second language?In this study I have chosen to use a qualitative interview method. Since the purpose of the study is to understand how teachers reflect on students with Swedish as a second language the obvious choice was to interview teachers who work in a multicultural school. In my thesis I have chosen to use sociocultural theory, Cummins four quadrant model and context for theoretical approach.

Då datorer i alla dess former har kommit att bära betydande mängder relevant information för diverse forensiska utredningar så krävs en ingående kunskap gällande hur denna data lämpligast infångas. En typ av klient som nyligen har gjort sitt kommersiella intåg på marknaden är den internetbaserade tunna klienten. Det existerar i dagsläget begränsat med underlag gällande huruvida en sådan klient bär information som är relevant för en IT-forensisk utredning.Inom denna uppsats har därför en internetbaserad tunn klient av typen Chromebook varit mål för undersökning. Syftet har varit att kartlägga vilka sårbarheter som existerar, samt om möjligt huruvida dessa kan brukas som underlag vid en forensisk utredning. För detta ändamål har klientens lagrings- samt kommunikationsmönster analyserats.

One of the social services primary missions is to protect children from suffering harm. Social service work should work based on the child?s best and have the child's perspective in mind. In all cases involving children, the focus is on the child's needs and interests and is regulated in Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Both of the previous research and this study reveal the various markers that are evident in the social services handling of honor related cases.

One of the city of Stockholm?s main objectives is to have a society completely free from fossil fuels. To achieve this, several investments regarding improvements in energy efficiency and renewable energy are currently being planned or implemented. One of these investments is a project called Hallbara Jarva which is located in the suburbs of Stockholm. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the prospects of an investment in photovoltaic cells from an energy-saving and economical point of view. The analysis is limited to three buildings within Hallbara Jarva and is intended for the property owner.  Solar energy is a type of renewable energy source and is commonly divided into solar heating and solar power.

This is a qualitative study whit purpose of showing how teachers work whit students in need of special support in school. The purpose has been to study what teachers mean whit special aid, and if the support is individually adapted for each students needs. I have trougt interviews, observations and examinations of diverse documents found paradoxes where teachers and the scool leaders claim that they work whit the integration of all the students at school, while the teality shows a different picture. I have found a clear segregation of students, where they have on repeated occasions had to leave the classroom to receive tuition. The school stuff has a wide iiew of wich students are included in the term "students in need of special tuition".

Bakgrund: Mycket i litteraturen tyder på att ouppmärksammad och underbehandlad smärta hos äldre demenssjuka är vanligt förekommande. Detta strider mot principerna om människors lika värde, den enskildes värdighet och det humana i att lindra. Det finns många typer av demenssjukdom och attityden förekommer att demenssjuka inte känner smärta. Demenssjuka har ofta problem med att kommunicera eller lokalisera smärtan. Observations- och självsmärtskattningsinstrument används inte i större utsträckning.

The aim of this paper is to elucidate and analyze history teacher's didactic choices in the conflict between unequal educational materials and the requirements of equality in the curriculum of Swedish secondary school. The empirical data consists of interviews with five secondary school history teachers, observations of their lessons as well as analysis of their tests. The starting point was to investigate teachers' didactic work in the role as a bridge between the non-equal historiography presented in textbooks in history and the curriculum?s demands for equality. Three different approaches have been observed in the teachers' didactic work when considering gender perspective into their teaching: that women become extensions in a male-dominated historiography; that another part of the story is presented when a gender perspective is considered; and that the gender perspective is included in history teaching and becomes an integral part of all the content of the subject.Several of the teachers acknowledged that gender equality is less prioritized than the courses core content and related assessment criteria.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the needs of social assistance for people with substance abuse are assessed in accordance to The Swedish Social Services Act 4th chapter 1§. The purpose was also to examine how substance abuse is assessed as a social problem by social workers, how the municipal guidelines concerning social assistance for substance abuser were constructed in relation to the Social Service Act and finally how social workers made their assessments of the need of social assistance to people with substance abuse in relation to the legislation. The sample was made among the municipalities in the county of Stockholm. Municipal guidelines were studied in 18 municipalities by content analysis. A sample of 11 social workers was chosen from 5 municipalities.

WHO:s klassifikation av funktionstillstånd, funktionshinder och hälsa antogs 2001. ICF är framtaget för att skapa ett gemensamt språk genom olika ICF koder som anses vara användbara både kliniskt och inom forskningen. Genom att länka mätinstrument som redan används, exempelvis självskattningsskalor, till ICF underlättas kommunikation och jämförelser av olika resultat internationellt.Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka vilken ämnesspecifik självskattningsskala inom hörselområdet som använts mest inom forskningen mellan åren 2000-2009 och länka den till ICF.Vi använde oss av en systematisk litteratur-studie i form av en totalundersökning för att hitta den mest använda självskattningsskalan inom forskningen. Vid länkningen av den mest använda självskattningsskalan till ICF utförde vi en kvalitativ latent innehållsanalys och länkade självskattningsskalans påståenden systematiskt med hjälp av ICF linking rules.Abbreviated Profile of Hearing Aid Benefit (APHAB) var den mest använda självskattningsskalan inom forskningen mellan år 2000-2009. Länkningsresultatet visade att APHAB utifrån ett ICF perspektiv mäter komponenterna aktivitet och delaktighet, kroppsfunktion och omgivningsfaktorer.Det fortsatta arbetet med utveckling av ett Core Sets for Hearing Loss kommer underlätta användningen både kliniskt och inom forskningen.
