The purpose of this study was to examine experienced family counselors view regarding the concept of conflict avoidance in couple relationships. Twelve family counselors working in different parts of Sweden was interviewed using a semi-structured interview guide. They were asked to reflect on the following: their description of the concept of conflict avoidance, the consequences of conflict avoidance in couple relationship, gender differences and their own view on how to create conditions for constructive, therapeutic work in this respect.The result shows that the fear of conflicts, difficulty in expressing needs, different perceptions and expectations together with a difficulty to negotiate about differences, creates a lack of emotional and physical contact together with an absence of dialogue. The consequences of this in the long-term, a majority of the respondents perceived, are feelings of anger, resignation, powerlessness and unhappiness..

Bakgrund: Vi anser att en framtida utmaning är att bygga in en flexibilitet i den fysiska distributionen. Detta innebär att ett detaljhandelsföretag skall ha möjlighet att växla mellan att stundtals distribuera en och samma produkt via centrallager och stundtals direkt från producent till varuhus i förädlingskedjan, en flexibel fysisk distribution. Syfte: Syftet är att utröna förutsättningar för och konsekvenser av en flexibel fysisk distribution för de olika aktörerna i en förädlingskedja, i vilken detaljhandelsföretaget besitter en påtaglig maktposition. Genomförande: Empirisk data har samlats in genom en fallstudie i IKEA:s förädlingskedja. Resultat: En integrerad förädlingskedja med ett tydligt supply chain synsätt, i vilken samtliga aktörer samarbetar och har incitament till medverkan, utgör en förutsättning för en flexibel fysisk distribution.

My project is an interpretation and exploration of the book The Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino. It is a play on the swedish words for cities and beaches. By adding the letters R and N the word for cities in the title transforms into the word for beaches. The project is equal parts a color investigation and an exploration of new working methods as it is an development of my approch to graphic design. My aim was to, through a visual, conceptual and playful investigation create a new interpretation of the book The Invisible Cities.

Syftet med min undersökning var att studera hur den skriftliga lärarresponsen i svenska upplevs av eleverna, vilken betydelse den har för elevernas självbild och fortsatta skrivutveckling. För att få så bred bild som möjligt av fenomenet använde jag mig av kvalitativ intervju som metod. Jag intervjuade tolv elever på gymnasiet med en spridning från första till tredje året. Jag fann att eleverna vill ha respons på sina texter. De lyfte fram den lärande funktionen och vikten av positiva kommentarer för det fortsatta skrivandet.

Denna slutreflektion beskriver mitt arbete med mitt kandidatarbete samt mina tankegånger under och efter projektet samt hur jag arbetat, de problem jag stött på och hur jag löst dem. Delarna av denna reflektion är först en beskrivning av vad jag gjort, därefter en beskrivning av hur detta projekt var tänkt att fungera. Den tredje delen är en beskrivning av hur jag arbetat under projektet, baserat på mina veckorapporter. Den fjärde delen är själva reflektionen och den beskriver mitt arbete i mer detalj samt mina tankar och funderingar och hur jag löst de problem som uppstått. Den sista delen är ett slutord där jag sammanfattar mina tankar om utbildningen och mitt projekt jämfört med de liknande spel som finns idag samt mina tankar kring genren i allmänhet..

Detta arbete är en reflektion över ett programvaruutvecklingsprojekt, WAIS, och den arbetsmetodik som användes för detta projekt. Arbetsmetodiken för utvecklings-projektet var Extreme Programming (XP) och vi ifrågasätter om detta val var lämpligt för ett projekt som WAIS. Projektet genomfördes vid Blekinge Tekniska Högskola under våren 2004. Utvecklingsprojektet WAIS var en del av ett större projekt, AIS 42, som stöds av VINNOVA. Huvudprojektets bakgrund och syfte beskrivs för att läsaren skall förstå den roll projektet hade.

This essay contains a discoursive analysis of fifteen travel reports from five of the largest papers in Sweden. The travel reports contains recaptions from wildlife tourism experiences were the predators are the main target, or at least one of the main targets. Seven of the reports are from Sweden and eight of them from Russia, Rumania, Finland, Turkey and the United States. This part of the report investigates whether the existing system would achievethe air requirements with a water temperature of 75°C instead of 100°C in the ventilation coilsduring the coldest parts of the year.

The purpose with this essay is to see if billingualism is understood within the litterature, in the society and among students and facultyteachers. We have read interresting theoris about billingualism and we brought this with us to the schools when we interviewed two principals in two seperate schools and when we performed an investigation, in a form of questionnaries, in one of the schools. They where made with teachers and students in ninth grade. We´ve divided the studie in three parts: the first part contains a theoretical background of what billingualism is. The second part is a presentation of the interviews and the answers from the students and the teachers.

Detta examensarbete är en studie som syftar till att undersöka och belysa vikten av logistikens betydelse inom byggsektorn och dess nödvändiga tillämpning för byggbranschen. Ett annat syfte är att undersöka logistikkvoten i byggnadskostnad inom byggföretaget wäst-Bygg och jämföra de med att par andra byggföretag inom byggbranschen.Det finns studier som visar att det finns stora kostnader i byggsektorn som är dold i form av slöseri. I byggbranschen kan detta slöseri vara så högt som 30 % av produktionskostnaden, vilket skulle innebära att så mycket som 50 % av byggkostnaden kan vara rent slöseri. Studien (Josephson, Saukkorripi, 2005) visar att dessa kostnader kan sänkas betydligt mycket genom att fokusera på att minimera andelen slöseriet.Ett viktigt område där det finns en stor besparingspotential och förbättringsmöjligheter för den väl behövande byggsektorn är logistik och materialhantering.Byggföretag kan ha stor nytta av att veta sin logistikkvot i byggkostnad för att lättare kunna bedöma graden av slöseri och de kan även förbättra sin lönsamhet och effektivisera byggproduktionen genom logistiska rutiner.Om man hårdrar begreppet slöseri i byggprocessen, så är det ju egentligen lika med allt som inte tillför ett värde till slutprodukten ur användarens perspektiv. Men det gäller att se begreppet ur en positiv synvinkel och försöka hitta de förbättringar som kan ge störst effektivitetsvinst (Josephson, Saukkorripi, 2005)..

 I början av 90-talet övergick taxeringsprocessen från att vara beloppsprocess till att bli sakprocess. Karaktäristiskt för sakprocessen är att processen utgörs av en sakfråga. This thesis investigates how different Linux-distributions installation interface relate to the ISO 9241 standard, parts 12 and 13, and how they relate to the installation interface of Windows XP, with the hypothesis: "There is a Linux-distribution whose installation interface according to applicable HCIrecommendations is equivalent to that of Windows XP." With the checklists provided by ISO 9241 an empirical study has been made, and so comparable measurements of how well the Linux-distributions and Windows XP follows the recommendations of the standard was obtained. By comparing the results from the tests similarities and differences between the installation interfaces can be deducted. As the result and the conclusion shows there are Linux-distributions whose installation interface, according to the applicable HCI-recommendations, are equivalent to that of Windows XP..

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att skapa en helhetsbild av vilka faktorer som låg bakom bildandet av ett lågprisflygbolag inom SAS koncernen. Det vill säga: Vad initierade SAS att starta ett lågprisflygbolag? För att kunna svara på vår frågeställning valde vi ut ett par olika inriktningar och synsätt på strategi inom modern företagsekonomi. Vi applicerade sedan dessa på företaget vi valt att studera och analyserade händelseförloppet utifrån förutsättningarna som gavs. Slutsatsen på rapporten konstaterar att det finns tre huvudanledningar bakom SAS lågprissatsning.
