Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka hur stor skadeverkan och stoppeffekt den nya ammunitionen, SPEER Gold Dot, har i jämförelse med den gamla, Norma SÄK. Vi vill även belysa hur viktigt valet av ammunition är för tredje person och polisen sett ur ett säkerhetsperspektiv. Eftersom detta ämne är så pass nytt har det mesta av materialet, som vi tagit del av, kommit från utlåtande, rapporter media etc. Vi har utifrån materialet valt att begränsa oss till endast tre frågeställningar, vilken effekt/skadeverkan har den nya ammunitionen mot den gamla ammunitionen, vad talar för och emot den nya ammunitionen, varför har man bytt till den nya ammunitionen och inte behållit den gamla? att argumentera mot en del av medias rubriker och den viktigaste av dem alla är om den nya ammunitionen strider mot Haagkonventionens eller inte.

This report summarize what have been done during the Master of Science Thesis that Klas Schjelderup has written for the company RANOTOR Utvecklings AB. The company is developing modern steam engines and this work should develop a machine to perform tests on a new type of piston seal that hopefully could be used in the future. The steam engines will be both volumetric and energy compact, around 1600hp/literof cylinder volume, and it will have a lot of practical applications.The new type of piston seal is hydrostatic lubricated which means that a fluid is separating two faces that normally is in contact. In this case pressurized water is used to separate the piston seal from the cylinder wall. RANOTOR have earlier formulated that at least the expander in the modern steam engine have to be oil-free, due to other components functionality in the closed water system.

Denna studie handlar om hur forskning kommuniceras utifrån forskarens perspektiv och kontexten är Landstinget i Jönköpings län. Enligt högskolelagen finns det ett krav på att forskare i universitetsvärlden ska samverka med det omgivande samhället, informera om sin verksamhet samt verka för att forskningsresultat tillkomna vid högskolan kommer till nytta, den så kallade tredje uppgiften. Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilken syn forskare inom Landstinget i Jönköpings län har på den tredje uppgiften och hur kommunikation tillämpas i samband med forskningsfrågor. Landstinget i Jönköpings län ser sig som ett forskningslandsting och effekten av forskningen ska på relativt kort tid kunna komma patient och verksamhet till nytta. Därför är kommunikationsaspekten intressant.Studien utgår från sändarens perspektiv och har en kvalitativ ansats, sex disputerade medarbetare inom landstinget med olika yrkesbakgrund har intervjuats.

Så länge som människor strövat omkring på jorden har det bytts och handlats med varor och tjänster. Det är i människans natur att göra affärer.Logistik och inköp har därför naturligt blivit stycken i den mänskliga handelshistorien, samhället men främst företag påverkas och påverkar denna nutidshistorias utveckling. Då konkurrens har blivit ett stort inslag för att lyckas i ett företag så har företag försökt hitta nya metoder för att hävda sig på den globaliseringen marknaden. De verktygen kan skilja sig från företag till företag beroende av vilka lösningar företag vill lösa men exempel på det kan vara Supply Chain Management som kommer att behandlas i denna uppsats. De andra teorier som kommer beröras är fusion, Just-in-Time och inköp.

Ämnesområdet för denna uppsats är barns fritid. Syftet är att undersöka hur barn i tredje klass i Fagersta disponerar sin fritid och vilka önskemål de har om ytterligare mötesplatser med andra barn. De frågeställningar som ligger till grund för arbetet med uppsatsen är: Vad gör barn i årskurs tre i Fagersta på sin fritid? Finns det skillnader mellan flickors och pojkars aktiviteter? Finns det skillnader mellan olika skolområden vad gäller barnens aktiviteter? Finns det, enligt barnen själva, bra mötesplatser i Fagersta? Har barnen själva önskemål om ytterligare mötesplatser?Undersökningen är en så kallad totalundersökning, där samtliga barn i tredje klass i Fagersta har ombetts att svara på frågor om sin fritid. Den metod som använts är kvantitativ med kvalitativa inslag; en enkät med både slutna och öppna frågor.

In central Jönköping, on Munksjöns northern waterside a shopping centre will be built, on the block Atollen. The construction will begin in autumn of 2007 and will be finished according to plan in 2009. Atollens goal is to counteract the competition from external retailers and strengthen the retail trade in the city centre, leading to more attractive and competitive city centre.Atollen will not be a shopping centre in traditional style and design, it will be focused on shopping and experience. The shopping centre shall be a natural venue with a wide and exclusive store mix, concentrated against trend conscious customers. This will be created with the help of a futuristic design and architecture, with light, open and transparent spaces.

För att medges skattebefrielse enligt sexmånaders- och ettårsregeln får inte den skattskyldige på grund av semester, tjänsteuppdrag, eller liknande vistats i Sverige mer än sex dagar för varje hel månad som anställningen varar, eller totalt 72 dagar under samma anställningsår. Lagtexten uppställer således en begränsning avseende antalet vistelsedagar i Sverige, men vistelser i tredje land är inte begränsade i lagen.Skatteverket har dock lämnat ett ställningstagande enligt vilket den skattskyldige inte får vistas mer än 96 dagar per anställningsår eller åtta dagar per månad sammanlagt i Sverige och tredje land för att medges skattebefrielse enligt sexmånaders- och ettårsregeln. Ställningstagandet har ifrågasatts då det begränsar individers möjlighet att medges skattebefrielse enligt reglerna. Mot den bakgrunden syftar uppsatsen till att analysera om Skatteverket har stöd enligt legalitetsprincipen för ställningstagandet. Enligt legalitetsprincipen får ett ställningstagandes materiella innehåll inte uppställa nya rekvisit för tillämpning av lagregler, eller utan stöd av gällande rätt förorda en omotiverat snäv tolkning av rättsregler. Uppsatsens analys visar att ställningstagandets materiella innehåll inte är förenlig med gällande rätt vad gäller sexmånadersregeln.

På utvecklingsarenan vid Scanias motormontering i Södertälje monteras prototyp- och förseriemotorer. Under hösten 2012 kommer produktionsvolymerna kopplat till förseriemotorerna öka kraftigt, ökningen orsakas av ett fåtal motortyper. Materialflödena förväntas utgöra en flaskhals och syftet med examensarbetet är att ta fram ett logistikkoncept för att möjliggöra en högre produktionsvolym. Målet var att ta fram ett kostnadseffektivt koncept rörande materialförsörjning, layout och arbetssätt. En uppdelning har gjorts i bakgrund, nuläge och framtid.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the rise of the Tea Party movement in the United States. By using a known theory within social movement studies, the political process theory, this thesis look into the factors that could have played a role in the rise and fast mobilization of the Tea Party movement. The political process theory consists of three parts and hence looks into both the political structure of, in this case, the United States, how mobilizing structures have been used and into the cultural framing used by the Tea Party to create their identity. In order to bring structure to the thesis, the three theory parts have been transformed into analysis models. These give a very good idea of all the factors that could have played a part and therefore also a good way to describe the rise of the Tea Party movement.The research confirm what the political process theory says, that the Tea Party movements rise came at a time when there were a mix of factors at play, both structural and cultural, creating an opportunity that the Tea Party took.

During spring 2009 a three meter tall and laughing robot was developed in collaboration between Royal Institute of Technology and Royal University College of Fine Arts. The robots function and esthetics is based on an existing toy robot called Elmo. Elmo is 30 cm tall but now the goal was to make it 1000 times bigger in order to present it on the spring exhibition of Royal University College of Fine Arts. Due to only four months of developing and building time a demand of fast determination and good planning was required. In order to make a good structure for the project it is divided into five phases: Analysis of Elmo, planning, concept development, detail construction and finally product development and testing.In the first phase valuable knowledge is obtained according to the movements and geometry of Elmo.

This essay examines the expected impact of the statury audit exemption in Sweden from anauditor perspective and any conscious changes made on the accounting firms to meet the abolition.The theoretical framework is divided into three parts where the first deals with the concept of audit, who the stakeholders are to revised information, the auditor's function from an agent and positive accountingtheoretical perspective and the expectation gap of what an auditor cando and what the client expect audit to be. The second part deals with the audit exemptions and effects in Denmark and England. The last section addresses the current debate, studies and statements by FAR SRS, small businesses, banks and the tax authority.The essay is essentially inductive with a phenomenological operator perspective. The thesis has a qualitative approach with four respondents who are authorized or approved as an auditor with extensive experience, active on four different accounting firms. The questionnaire is divided into two parts where the first part consists of a number of very open questions and the other part of more structured questions in order to obtain comprehensive answers.The survey shows that a number of new services, certifications and authentication degrees are to be expected in Sweden aswell.

In April 2007 we contacted Lennart Augustsson at Designpartners AB in Västerås. He came up with the idea to investigate and evaluate their construction of a interaction beam, CSB-beam. CSB is short for Connector Interaction beam. The beam is based on a horizontal C-profile of high-tensile steel and in the bottom of the profile are vertical flat bar welded so called block connectors. These block anchorsare also made of hightensilesteel.

The dependency of continuous electricity supply is high in the Swedish society today, at the same time no one is willing to pay for a too costly or over dimensioned power distribution system. The owners of the distribution systems are the ones responsible for this balance act of maintaining a high quality of electricity delivery to customers at a reasonable cost.In this master thesis a limited part of the primary distribution system (10 kV), owned by Mälarenergi Elnät AB and located in the city centre of Västerås, was chosen for a deeper analysis of its reliability. Its ability to handle outages of system components (N-1 and N-2 contingency analysis) was investigated to find out potential weak spots and parts of the grid that showed signs of being overdimensioned.The results of the performed simulations showed that in 74 % of the studied N-1 contingencies cases, consisting of outages of a bus bar in a distribution substation, the system could handle this without causing outages in other parts of the grid. For the N-2 contingencies 61 % passed the test. It was also found that one of the two included high voltage substations could alone supply the investigated part of the grid.

Studiens syfte är att identifiera informationslogistiska problem och behov med utgångspunkt i förändringsprojekt inom strategi, organisation och IT för att därigenom visa vad informationslogistik kan lösa för problem och behov. Informationslogistik är ett tvärvetenskapligt ämne och rör sig inom disciplinerna informatik, ekonomi/management och logistik. Utifrån ämnets tresidighet valdes utgångspunkterna strategi, organisation och IT.Forskningen inom informationslogistik redogör för hur IT kan användas för en behovsorienterad informationsförsörjning. I korthet redogör forskningen för hur information kan lagras i datalager och hur informationen är möjlig att bearbetas med olika intelligenta verktyg. Logistik är de bakomliggande förhållningssättet på hur olika IT lösningar kan förse rätt information till rätt person.

Problem Mobiltelefonen är i dag en kanal som företagen börjar använda sig av i sin relation till sina kunder. I och med att tredje generationens mobiltelefoni introduceras ges ännu större möjligheter för företagen att göra detta. Inom området finns det idag inte mycket forskningsmaterial publicerats då företagen ännu inte börjat använda sig av möjligheterna på bred front. Syfte Vårt syfte är att utreda hur företag idag använder sig av mobiltelefonen som en marknadsföringskanal i sin relation till sina kunder. Vidare försöker vi också analysera hur tredje generationens mobiltelefoni och mobilmarknadsföring kommer att påverka företagen i ett relationsmarknadsföringsperspektiv.
