Syftet med det föreliggande examensarbetet var att undersöka hur elever på gymnasiet upplevt den studie- och yrkesvägledningen de fått och vad de hade för åsikter om studie- och yrkesvägledning generellt. Vår första frågeställning handlade därför om vilka upplevelser och åsikter elever som gick andra och tredje året på gymnasiet hade av studie- och yrkesvägledning. Den andra och tredje frågeställningen fokuserades på hur eleverna ville att vägledningen såg ut samt hur deras tankar stämde överens med studie- och yrkesvägledarens uppdrag enligt lagar och regler. Vi genomförde tretton kvalitativa intervjuer varav tre med elever som gick andra året på gymnasiet och tio elever som gick tredje året på gymnasiet. Resultatet av dessa intervjuer visade att kvaliteten på studie- och yrkesvägledningen skiljde sig åt från skola till skola.

In this essay I plan to mainly write about the Christian church. However, I will shortly mention other parishes.In the first part I will in the first chapter write how the church saw earlier on HBLT (Homo-, Bisexual, Lesbians and Transgender) people. In the second chapter how the situation is today and finally in the third chapter I will try to see how the situation is in the future in both in a positive and negative aspect.In the second part I will write about Troy Perry, the founder of M.C.C. Metropolitan Community Churches). In the first chapter I will write shortly about when he was growing up, in the second about his vocation to become a minister and in the third chapter about his founding of M.C.C.In the third and last part I will in the first chapter write about the first years, in the second chapter about how it is today and in the third and last chapter what the elders in the church sees how the future will look like.My main question is to see if M.C.C.

In this study environmental work in the Swedish hotel chain "Scandic" is investigated. Earlier studies point out sustainability and different environmental certificate programs as essential for the housing sector to contribute to sustainable tourism. The purpose and willingness to fulfill such a mission has been investigated by interviewing central actors in the hotel chain. The result shows that there is a desire to be part of environmental certificate programs mainly for the reason to be part of the system and not for the benefit of nature. Sustainable development is understood as being environmentally friendly. Different solutions to adapt and being more environmentally friendly is discussed.

The purpose with this essay is to see if billingualism is understood within the litterature, in the society and among students and facultyteachers. We have read interresting theoris about billingualism and we brought this with us to the schools when we interviewed two principals in two seperate schools and when we performed an investigation, in a form of questionnaries, in one of the schools. They where made with teachers and students in ninth grade. We´ve divided the studie in three parts: the first part contains a theoretical background of what billingualism is. The second part is a presentation of the interviews and the answers from the students and the teachers.

An important task for Region Skåne is to allocate resources to the health care districts. From 1999 to 2002 Region Skåne used needs-based resource allocation as a model for allocating resources. In a needs-based resource allocation individuals with the same socioeconomic and demographic characteristics are assumed to have the same level of need and are therefore allocated the same amount of resources. During the period of needs-based resource allocation a matrix model was used as a method. In the matrix model individuals were divided into cells after each combination of the socioeconomic and demographic variables.

The first part of the thesis consists of a brief introduction to the general principles of target detection and the sensor-systems used. In the following part there is a theoretical description of the algorithms this thesis focuses on. The detection algorithms described in this paper are called Cell Average, Ordered Statistics, 2parameter and Gammadetector. Two different discriminators called Extended Fractal Features and Quadratic Gamma Discriminator are also described. The algorithms are tested on three different types of data, simulated SAR-pictures, authentic SAR-targets and IR-pictures.

Denna undersökning har studerat ett lätt infanteriförbands användning av kombinerad bekämpning som metod för verkan under en amfibieoperation samt vilka aspekter som påverkade möjligheten till kombinerad bekämpning p.g.a. operationens amfibiska karaktär. Fallet har utgjorts av Parachute Regiments två bataljoner som under Falklandskriget utkämpade tre slag vid Darwin ? Goose Green, Mount Longdon och Wireless Ridge. Som analysverktyg har använts Robert Leonhards teori om den kombinerade bekämpningens tre principer.

Byggnadssektorn bidrar starkt till dessa utsläpp, eftersom 40 procent av Sveriges energianvändning kommer från bostäder och lokaler. Passivhus, som är en byggnad utan traditonellt värmesystem, kan vara en lösning för att minska energianvändningen i byggnader. Ett passivhus värms upp av den energi som alstras från människor och de hushållsapparater som används i huset. Trots att passivhusen kan bidra positivt till klimatförbättring, har de ändå inte fått något större genomslag på den svenska marknaden.

Eslöv received its city privileges in the year 1911 and to celebrate the city?s 100th jubilee it has been decided, among many other things, to reinvigorate the City park. This master thesis presents a new proposal for the design of the City park. As a basis for the new proposal a study of the public park is made in a social and structural context as well as a study of the history of the Eslöv City park. The history of the Eslöv City park is somewhat unclear, especially if there has ever been a one design for the whole park? To create a picture of the public park in general, a study of literature has been made and to describe the history of the City park I Have researched the city archive in Eslöv.

The purpose with this essay is to examine different roles of leadership in the working environment by interviewing ex-students that have taken their degree from Halmstad Högskola and its construction program. How do these ex-students handle to be in a position of power in their everday life and how do they handle decision making? Do they find that the education they have recieved in any way has helped them in regard for leadership or do they rather conclude that further education in the area of leadership would be beneficial? These are the questions that I set out to shed some light over in this essay. This study consists of one part theory and one empirical part. The empirical part was accomplished by interviewing ex-students from Halmstad Högskola and this part was later compiled with relevant theories on the subject which were obtained from books , internet and various databases.The results from the interviews show that the general point of view is that the subjects containing leadership in their education hasn't really helped them.

During the 20th century Sweden faced an increased proportion of workers registered as part-time unemployed, especially in the care sector. However, due to many valuable efforts, aimed at solving the problem of part time unemployment and political decisions, the number of people who are part-time unemployed has declined since the late 20th century. We have investigated part-time workers preferential right to extending their working hours. According to Section 25 a of the Employment Protection Act, part-time employees who have submitted an interest in increasing their working hours has a preferential right to increased working hours, with the assumptions that full-time employment with the employer will meet a labor need that the employee has sufficient qualifications for.Qualitative interviews have given us information about how Karlstad Community and a private care company deal with part-time unemployment and their workers preferential right to extending their working hours. We have found that people who work for Karlstad Community have an opportunity to choose their number of workings hours, thanks to a political decision made in Karlstad Community, aimed at solving the part time unemployment in the care sector.

Syftet med studien var att analysera la?rares synsa?tt pa? AD/HD. Studien bygger pa? sju intervjuer med la?rare som arbetar i grundskolan. De teoretiska utga?ngspunkterna fo?r denna studie var tre specialpedagogiska perspektiv - traditionellt, alternativt samt ett tredje perspektiv.Studien visar att la?rarna a?r positiva till att diagnosen sta?lls da? de menar att diagnosen a?r nyckeln till att fa? extra resurser inom skolan.

Ett dödsbo anses vara en juridisk person i svensk rätt. Dödsbodelägarna förvaltar dödsboet gemensamt och företräder det mot tredje man, 18 kap 1 § ÄB. Bouppteckningen är legitimationshandling i enlighet med 18 kap 4 § ÄB. Syftet med denna uppsats är att utvärdera bouppteckningens funktion som legitimationshandling för dödsboet mot bakgrund av gällande rätt.I bouppteckningen ska samtliga som kan anses vara dödsbodelägare och efterarvingar anges, men det uppställs inget krav på att bouppteckningen ska utvisa vilka av de upptagna personerna som är dödsbodelägare. Frågan om vilka som är rätt dödsbodelägare behöver inte heller vara avgjord när bouppteckningen upprättas.
